I really appreciate the leasing professionals for showing me the appartment and for their professional expertise in the field. Both my first tour to the building and move in orientation was so great! I really love the cleanliness and quiet environment to get rest after long days of work. Besides , the appartment got nice amenities to relax .

Over the year of my lease I only had problem after problem with this property and their management. Also, once my lease finally ended and I moved out, they had the audacity to charge me for another month’s rent! I wound not recommend anyone to live here. Worst Apartment Complex Ever!!!
So far, my experience at Mason & Main has been positive. There were a couple hiccups with getting the apartment ready for move-in and the flooring, but the management team has been very responsive and the community has been great so far.
Mason & Main is one of the most top tier properties I’ve had the privilege to be apart of. From the amenities to the structure of my unit all the way down to the staff. I absolutely love being a resident at Mason and Main. I’ve been here for 1 year and am signing another year lease this week. From the day I submitted my application, the entire team has gone above and beyond for me and my family. I always say, with a strong leader, you’ll have a strong team. Shannon, the Community Manager, leads by example and will get out to assist you with your needs if the leasing team is not available. I really appreciate her willingness to help even though she has a TON of things to do behind the scenes. The leasing team is warm and welcoming. You’re always greated with a smile! The maintenance team is super helpful and knowledgeable. The list of great things about the team goes on and on. The second best things are the beautiful amenities. So many to choose from and they’re never crowded. If you’re looking for a classy place to call home… come be my neighbor ??

Mason and Main leasing and maintenance staff are responsive to any issues and concerns I brought up. I am extremely happy with my unit since I moved in in May 2023. The location is ideal, landscapping is beautiful and amenities are excellent.
Staff suck at responding to emails and not happy that bldg does not have air conditioning when it advertised it online
We were so happy and relieved when we found Mason and Main Apartments. All our expectations were met. The management staff are friendly and courteous. To top things off, the social activities have made us even more welcome.
The leasing team was responsive to my concern that a decision on my application was taking longer than expected. Everyone on the team worked together to find a resolution to my satisfaction.
