The location of this apartment is unbeatable! My work area is in Mansfield, so it's such a good change of pace when i can wake up later than before and still make it to work on time. All the major grocery stores are within 5 minutes This makes daily errands and commuting a breeze.

I really like the community. Nice people lovely facility and the staff is great. My kids love the pool and hallway and the elevators are a must in all apartment complexes made moving large furniture so much easier

This is a nice place to live, plus there is a lot of storage space in my unity, which I love. The staffs also are amazing people, I put in a work order, and it was attended to in less than 2hrs.

This complex is amazing. Moving in was a breeze. The staff up front made everything easy and everyone is so polite. The location and cleanliness is unmatched. I’ve been here for about a year & love everything about it. The staff & maintenance crew are amazing. Being I’m a gym rat, just wish there were a few extra things but has things I need. It’s definitely quiet & with my experience, the neighbors are quiet & friendly. Would for sure recommend!

The property has its pros and cons. It's a nice property but you can hear everything through the walls. It's pretty price to be here but we like it so far. The door facing can use fresh paint throughout the building.

Love everything in my apartment and everyone in the leasing office is very nice. Also anytime there is an issue and I submit a maintenance request it gets resolved quickly.

So far it’s been good. The only thing I wish I could change was the icemaker situation I ran into and pest control issues. Other than that the amenities are gorgeous.

My experience here was not the best. Shaunice is a sweet heart but she’s no longer at the property. Andrew is phenomenal!!! Very thoughtful and kind when it comes to taking care of the property. The rest of the staff need people skills training. This property is a work in progress. Gnats are a big issue here, etc. This is a not a luxury property.

The apartments are perfect, complete, super clean and with an unbeatable location. The magnificent owners are great and very attentive hosts, they advise you in detail and are always available by phone to answer any questions.
So far so good, no issues. I just wish there was a service elevator to bring your things up. I had to go buy a cart to load my things on and use it to bring up groceries as well.
Been here since august & love every minute of it!!! Quiet all around & always clean. Even the dogs are quiet. Still haven’t made it the pool yet but eventually I’ll make it.
The location is convenient to so many places and things to do. I love the amount of storage provided and the GE appliances are a very nice feature. Also the dog park is very nice and my dog likes going there everyday.
There's a cozy, warm feeling about this community. The vibe here is amazing and I love it! The cleanliness of the property stands out. The amenities, features, and highlights are all a cut above the average. Mason Mill is a beautiful place to call home!
We have such a good experience moving in to these apartments. Everything is so connected! Management signs you up for every app required to seamlessly unlock gates and doors. It’s so close to my job now that I could probably walk there if I wanted to! The clubhouse is amazing. My dog will love the dog park.
Great apartments and amenities but the office people always seem bothered and rude when I ask questions about things. Maintenance is very good and gets stuff done in a timely manner.
What is not to love? The amenities are outstanding! The staff are so friendly and so helpful. Andrew, the maintenance director is amazing! The corridors and elevators are kept immaculate at all times. The grounds are kept so nice. When I’m going up to my apartment it feels like I’m walking through a luxury hotel!

My resident experience at Mason Mill has been absolutely wonderful to say the least. Andrew is always a pleasure to work with anytime I have to submit a maintenance request. Also, Mya and Erika are incredibly attentive to any questions/concerns about my lease agreement. They are both very welcoming and are a pleasure to see each day. It truly feels like a community at Mason Mill.
So far I’ve been here almost 7 months & personally I love it here!! It’s quiet, safe, & everyone respects each other. Being on the top floor I’ve always been respectful of the people downstairs & around me & they do the same. The staff are professional & if anything needs to get fixed or taken care of, maintenance is always on point. Would definitely recommend!
