Poor Customer Service
I called the number provided with this listing to ask if the Studio was still available and Carlos with Mason on McKinney Apartments was quite rude, sounding as if I had completely inconvenienced him by calling. After he mumbled/answered my questions he didn't say goodbye, have a nice day, or anything of the sort, he just ended the call abruptly. Even if the listing was available I wouldn't want to stay here because he seems like such an unpleasant and inconsiderate person. Completely unprofessional. Here's to putting forth effort in being a more professional apartment manager and more over a pleasant human-being!
