"we are in line with every other place around here for rent" they say that except every other place has a pool and a gym. They have raised my rent by 600 in the past 2 years with absolutely no updates to my place.

We've lived here for 2 years, and the new management that just took over has raised our rent by 30% ($300). Our wages haven't changed. There are no amenities included, and children are literally playing in the parking lots because there's no park or anything for them. We don't have a swimming pool. There's nothing to justify the price they are charging. There are other apartments with similar floorplans that have amenities, parks, swimming pools.... This apartment rat problems, stuffy bedrooms, and cant even organize trash pickup. We had zero problems with trash with previous management, but for some reason now we are constantly having issues with trash being picked up. New management's solution is to install dumpsters and take away our bins, which will 100% make our community even trashier. Especially with the rat problems. Skip this apartment complex. There are others out there. If we could afford it, we would move.

Townhomes are way overpriced for value. There are no Amenities. parking sucks. They have monthly issue with trash pickup. Children have nowhere to play. Living facing Hard Road lots of traffic noise and drag racing. And I swear I have seen rats at night running around back patios. I believe it and now received notice they are adding animal control to monthly rent cost. Sorry I ever moved in. Happy I'm moving out. It's been a long year. Basement is cold, and bedrooms are hot you will need a fan or window air-conditioner. was never really happy living here.
They can’t even spell their own name correctly. I’ve heard and experienced nothing but horrible things since Village Green took over. 30-100% rental rate increases for renewals and market increases. Absurd.

This is a very good spacious townhouse for the price point. Yeah they don't really have any amenities but you can just get a lifetime fitness membership right down the street and you'll be just fine. Beware of there pet policy though. We had to move because we missed the part of the pet policy where it stated the dog had to be above 2 years old. So we had to move and the office will not make any acceptations AT ALL. Other than that its a really friendly community and you really cant beat the price that they have it at. I will probably try to move back when my dog is old enough. Maintenance is pretty fast also.
Beware of application process! You can make enough money and have a 100% rental history and still get rejected! Which means they take your money! Please ask before you do because they won't tell you! Very shady
I have lived here for 3 years and I have not yet been disappointed. The office staff is friendly and helpfu, maintenance is timely and the environment is family oriented, quiet and clean. You are close to all your shopping needs...I love it.
I moved in to Abbington Village a little over a year ago and I have to say I have had the greatest experience. The office is open 7 days a week and later during the week so if you have a M-F 9a-5p schedule they are still there when you get off work. The maintenance is outstanding! My freezer stopped working properly and I had a new one in 3 days (they had to order one). My water heater broke and I had a new one the next day. Additionally the neighborhood is quiet and I don't hear my neighbors through the walls which is always a fear when moving into a townhouse/apartment. If you want a place that has reasonable rent, in a nice neighborhood, and just minutes from everything you need this is the perfect place for you.
These are good town house style apartments. The office staff are friendly and helpful. There are maintenance men working in the area every day working on the up keep of the apartments and landscaping.
We have lived here for a year and I am impressed with how quiet it is. Because these were originally build as condos/townhouses, the walls between each apartment are very well insulated. Unless the neighbor is pounding on the walls or outside, you usually will not hear them. Parking is tough though. The office says you have one space marked and one space unmarked available to you. The marked one is in front of your apartment, however the other is anywhere you can find one. If you have two vehicles, you will need to hunt for another spot. They sub out most of their maintenance to professionals, leaving the repair to the mercy of the subcontractor.
This place is horrible. Don't waste your time or $ on this place. Besides the location everything else stinks. The front desk is rude, maintenance doesn't show up. Built cheap. you can hear everything through the walls. Cant wait to get the heck out of this place.
