Masons Keepe

I absolutely love living in Masons Keepe and being apart of the wonderful community! The units are clean and spacious. The staff and maintenance team are always very helpful and friendly. The amenities (pool, gym, package room, etc.) are modern and well kept.

I like everything here The workers are friendly and the whole neighborhood looks nice and clean. The maintenance is really good everything looks good inside and out

Very happy here, especially with the wonderful community activities! My girl is starting to make friends with others in the community which is nice , just an overall good neighborhood to be in!

Nice place to leave in, we just renewed our rent for the 5th time. Everyone that works in masons keep are friendly and professional. Also, most of my kids classmates leave by us and get to spend sometime playing together at the tennis court wich is great.

My family and I have been here for a week. So far we are loving it. The office staff is great especially Mike. He is always such a pleasure and makes sure all questions are answered. I have heard great things about this place and look forward to being here.

Amenities are great. Love that community is gated. and above all, parking is no hassle. Maintenance is also very responsive and friendly!!! Apartment very spacious!

I love this area the office team is so great ! And I ain’t had any problems lately ! Very clean around the neighborhood and pool is a great size

The staff have been so wonderful. Everyone has been cheerful and helpful, more than willing to answer all our questions or find out if they don't know on the spot. I've had bad rental experiences in the past and Mason's Keepe has been a breath of fresh air!

My experience at Masons Keep has been great so far. I love how it feels safe here and peaceful. My favorite part of the day is coming home to my own space and being able to relax.

Great place to live everybody is nice and place is always clean and taken care of has a lot of playgrounds and areas for dogs to play. Very nice

Warm welcome, very lovely leasing office stuff. Everything was explained well. Apartments were clean and ready for us. Amenities make it a plus for us and the fact that it’s a gated apartment makes it even better.

The place is so beautiful and our maintenance guy is so welcoming and funny. The front desk assistance is spot on with everything you need and the candy in chips upon move in are great!!!

I’ve lived here for 3 years and love the community. Leasing management and the maintenance team are always responsive and accommodating to our needs swiftly. We really love the activities the management puts together for the community at the clubhouse and pool.

Everything went extremely smoothly with our move and everyone so far in the community has been super nice and helpful and welcoming. I believe we will be residing her for a very long time based on our experience so far.

The floorplan (Carlisle: 2-bed, 2-bath, deck) is spacious and well thought out. I find the built-in desk/counter in the dining area to be especially useful. The amenities inside could be a bit nicer (lower end cabinetry, carpets, countertops), but they are functional. The grounds are generally kept up nicely, and the community addresses any issues or repairs fairly quickly. The other amenities around the community are actually pretty nice. The pool - although somewhat small - is quite nice, and the exercise room, tennis courts, dog runs, etc. are very nice extras.

It’s been a good area to live and the maintenance people have been really helpful the area is nice and quiet and the management is are really helpful

All the staff at our complex are amazing! They always say hi whenever they are out. The landscaping is always done so the complex looks well maintained which is a huge plus

The location is nice, the people are nice, and the housing itself is nice. The unfairly high annual rent increases are making us reconsider how long we want to stay though.

I love living here and having an easy access gym, a pool, and being in the city! Very nice and clean apartments, nice views, parking, only complaint is being next to the train but after a while you get used to it!

I moved the past 10 years to many different places, but since I found Mason Keeps, it is been 3 years and I don’t think I can find anything better in all aspects.

Quiet, Peaceful, Friendly community. Plenty of outdoor summer activities, including a beautiful pool area for the entire family to sit and relax under the sun. Would Highly Recommend!

This apartment complex is so nice. It is private, family centered, and a great starting point as well. I like the laundry room, the layout and the staff are amazing as well. Any maintenance issues, I can just submit the ticket and they are efficient to fix things. Couldn’t recommend it more.

The apartments are spacious, clean, and cozy. They honestly feel like home and I couldn’t be happier. Everyone has been so nice so far and I look forward to my stay here.

We've lived here for a little over a year, and we love it here. The area is very well maintained, the office staff are very friendly and helpful, the maintenance staff are wonderful as well. Almost anything you need they will help you with in regards to the apartment and the area. Very safe, well lit area, no problems with parking either.

Really responsive and friendly. One of the best community to stay. Management is really good and the maintenance crew stays within the community which makes it easy and response immediately.

I've only lived in Masons Keepe for about a week now but I absolutely love it here! The below list is just a few reasons as to why I love my new home. - Kind, clean, safe community - Thoughtful snacks, soap, laundry detergent, etc left community prior to move in - New kitchen appliances and carpet - Well maintained communal facilities, clean, resident only with key fob access - Plenty of parking spaces - Quiet for an apartment complex, live on 2nd floor The only caveat would be that the Updater app didn't work as seamlessly as I thought it would. A lot of the items were marked as pending or in review despite being complete prior to moving in. The one other item that would've been nice is a tutorial or documentation of how to utilize the recommended apps (to pay rent, submit a maintenance request, etc.) that are suggested upon move in. Very minor but would help alleviate any anxious minds or persons! Overall, I would HIGHLY recommend Masons Keepe to anyone!

We have loved living here for the past year. It is quiet and well taken care of. The staff go above and beyond to make everyone feels comfortable and to eat everyone together for fun activities. I would definitely recommend this community to a friend!

This is a great family and pet friendly community. Everyone has been nothing but nice especially the management office and maintenance. Always very professional and happy to help. Considering the area we live in, this is a very well maintained and safe community. Definitely happy to call this our home.

Overall a good community. Maintained very nicely. Office staff is friendly. The amenities have mostly been updated, although there are issues with the gates frequently everything else is extremely nice.

I have searched everywhere for a solid apartment complex. When I came to Masons Keepe, I was pleasantly surprised. The staff were very nice, professional, and knowledgeable. I am looking forward to stay here for a while, and am thankful to have this opportunity to make this my home.
