A/C has been giving problems since the day I moved in. Currently a year later and despite having to contact my lawyers I’m sitting in my apartment sweating because it’s 80 degrees in here and not cooling. I can only imagine what my electric bill will be this time. I have a service request open for 11 days for this and still nothing. Paying high fees in rent for amenities that you can’t use. Haven’t had gym equipment for a year, they tore down the laundry facility after I moved in a month later, pool has been locked what amenities are we paying for exactly. They’ve made sure the front office looks nice though. But what’s really the worst is the roaches. I’m not a big squeamish person but to come home and find a roach crawling on my bed was it! It’s to the point if I go a day and don’t see a roach I’m surprised. It’s usually 5-6 at minimum that I kill a day. They don’t care enough to get the infestation out then they need to start charging the roaches rent since this their apartment too. I’m so glad I am not renewing my lease in the next few months.
Bugs in the apartment. The office people are unprofessional. They don’t answer you back and they say the pest control company is coming but can’t tell you when. So don’t believe them

Definitely don’t see how this place is receiving 5 stars. I have been here going on 3 years and the service has gone downhill. I have maintenance requests that have gone unanswered for over 6 months and now they are going up on the rent. My dishwasher has been broken with sitting water for months, the refrigerator leaks brownish water, I had to replace my own microwave (they still haven’t picked up their microwave from months ago), the shower paint has pilled off in chunks, there’s still damage from the freeze in February that hasn’t been repaired, the roaches are getting out of hand regardless how clean you keep your apartment, and the staff constantly lie like they scheduled someone for maintenance. Maintenance never shows up even if you stay home to make sure. I have to pay even more for an apartment that hasn’t been 100% for almost a whole year. This place started great, but definitely on a decline even after the few improvements outside. The negative reviews are more true than the positive for sure.

Upon moving into the apartment the AC didn't work this was on July 22 since then we've put in multiple maintenance orders to have it fix and have received no conformation. Also the ceiling fan didn't work upon arrival and there were bugs everywhere the fridge was maggot infested with fruit flies everywhere and a smashed roach on the wall like before they gave up the clearly rush painted apartment they smashed this roach on the wall and didn't take the time to clean it off. It took them about a day but we seen many more roaches since regardless of spraying for them. THE CLOSET WAS DAMAGED CABINETS LOOKED LIKE THEY WERE CHEWED ON. THEN the electricity was shut off WITHOUT WARNING on August 6 for many hours we got our own and it was turned back on. NO COAX CABLE CONNECTION ALSO HAD TO HAVE OUR INTERNET PROVIDER INSTALL w permission from the landlord EVEN THOUGH IT WAS ADVERTISED HIGH SPEED INTERNET ACCESS . Regardless my main issues are the lack of knowledge the staff seems to have from the beginning of not even knowing where the application was to not knowing what a coax cable was to not even taking the time to update us on the maintenance of the ac when it's august and it's been 90-100+ degrees outside. This is greatly disappointing and at this point it's by far the worst apartments we've lived in.
This place was great when I was trying to initiate a move in. They cooperated and were very communicative until I became a tenant. The model apartment is probably the only apartment that’s not roach and bedbug infested. I got my apartment sprayed 5 times FOR BED BUGS within the first month of me living there. I had a leak in my roof that I advised was there when I got there and continued to worsen when it rained. I lived here for 9 months and the roof was NEVER fixed..They continuously closed my service order due to constant change in management. The roof finally gave in on my move out day. They constantly have plumbing issues. AND DO NOT LEAN AGAINST THE COUNTERS as the paint has ruined a lot of my wardrobe from stuck stained DRY paint. All the cabinets and walls are ate up by roaches and They try to paint over it. There are stray animals everywhere. And My neighbor committed suicide and hung herself from her balcony. I had to get out of there asap. Any good review is most likely a plant because there’s nothing great about these worn down apartments.
We where promised that the apartment would look exactly like the model but it was just the complete opposite of it. The apartment had not been walked by the lady who was helping us until the day of moving which is today on top of that we where not told until today that we have to pay 300 more on top of the rent bill. The apartment is a mess, painted poorly, cabinets can’t be closed do to missed mached doors or either stuck with paint , mold in bathroom, and so much more wrong with it. Take your money to other apartment complex because this one do not deserve it!
I rarely write reviews but on this apartment I just have to cos another need for repairs on the same issue fixed previously and the same bad process of visiting several times is ongoing. This so new residents know what they are in for if they decide to move in except the management changes and shows concern and love to their residents.maybe if I had read something like this I won't have bothered and the pictures posted aren't what you get even the fees, it keeps increasing for no reason cos they wouldn't explain the reason for the increments. Don't have reasons that makes you visit the office for repairs just pay your rent cos that's all they are interested in, your money. No care or concern. I've had several bad experiences living at this apartments and can't wait to move out fast when my lease is over. I can't recommend anyone here. I was initially excited moving in thinking I will be living in an apartment that cares but was disappointed they rarely pick up calls especially Saturdays so you have to visit the office to complain for probably the fourth or sixth time and they look and talk down at you, making you feel like you are bothersome, no matter how urgent the issue is. Everyone knows how important the bathroom is, it took them almost two weeks to fix with failed promises without an apology. Since I moved in the heater hasn't worked and bugs everywhere, I tried of complaining everyday for the same issue so I've stopped just praying there won't be urgent need for repairs since the house is old so I don't have to visit the office and get the looks of a complainer despite never missing to pay my rent. If I play my part by paying then I feel they should play their role of the service of repairs when the need arises. I can't wait for the lease to be over. I hope they get people that really cares for the paying residents into office.
Bad management, front office always take excuse and liar, never come to fix the problem we have, these apartment are old and need many thing to fix. Everything we touch it's just come apart but to call them to fix, they don't ever come or ask what's problem we have had.

I have lived at Vineyard At Arlington for seven years and I love it. The manager and other staff in the office are very pleasant and ready to listen to you. There's a large tennis court area that is fenced and safe for children to play in. Next to it is a large swimming pool which is great for the Summer. They have an exercise room for residents to use at their will. This is a nice, quiet and safe area. I'm going to be staying for a long time. Come check it out if you're looking for a great place to call home.

Finally in July my contract is over ... Personally I can not recommend them ... The receptionists sometimes are in a good mood sometimes ... Not nearly 1 year ago I complained about some problems in my apartment and in the end I finish them Arranging my husband, they have excess restrictions and with that it is impossible that this can resemble a home, in my building these months we are going to go 3 families for the same thing ... They never notify when it will be open or closed the pool is supposed Only Mondays close to clean it, I have 2 days wanting to go and it is closed, they have no security at night (they stole things from my truck), there are too many animals (dogs and cats) and theirs are everywhere.

We have a very diligent staff so without knowing who you specifically spoke or dealt with we cannot determine where the break in service happened. Also without knowing your name or apartment number is it hard to revert backwards and see why you had issues that were unresolved in your apartment. We keep records of all maintenance requests so knowing who you are would be extremely helpful. From a security standpoint our community has never warranted having an onsite presence as the city is very diligent in driving through our community daily. If you have issues we always encourage you to call the police and of course reach out to us as well. On your comment about the pool, currently it is closed but not because of anything from our end, we are waiting on the city to inspect and until they do we cannot open the pool back up. We do apologize that you are not currently enjoying the pool but the city should be here and once they do sign off, we will open the pool. Let's first start out how this apartment is a bunch of bologna! This was my first rental property and I was expecting everything to run smooth me and my spouse was pleased of the model they showed us hard wood floors, carpet, updated appliances...which was spectacular but oh how they surprised us when we actually got to the actual apartments, we were never informed it would cost to have the flooring so we received this plasticity flooring 1/4 inch not much coverage...There were cracks in the wall, dish washer didn't work, no coverings for the some of the plug outlets, all appliances all didn't match, a moldy smell which I could tell the previous renters had some water damage and some of the lights didn't work it was just overall a mess but everyone in the front office is nice but make sure you have patience because you have constantly bug them about an problem...but overall I would expect this from THIS type of apartment since its older...on this bright side they have a movie room lol but yeah great for people to start off and learn by mistake.

This is a Great Place. If you are looking for a professional team to take care of you this is it. I love coming to the office and have Jessica assist me with a Great smile. I moved in February 2016. I have a two bedroom. I love it. It has all flooring, nice cabinets. I just love it. My apartment is near the tennis courts and I just love the Theatre Room. I come in to the office and I am greeted and offered either coffee or hot tea with fresh baked cookies. I am in love with my home.

I have not lived in these apartments but a couple of months, and I can not wait to get out. When my lease is up there is no way I am renewing. I will say it was nice when I first moved in, but things have drastically changed. Reason one, the management does not care to fix anything and will tell you you are wrong, even if you can prove something is still not fixed. Reason two, the rent is not worth what you pay. Reason three, management likes to charge people extra money each month even if you paid your rent on time and in full. They also refuse to give you proof that you paid your rent and how much. My recommendation is to find another place to live if you can. This apartment complex is not worth your time and energy to look at.
