Things have been great.. good distance to place.. a very quiet area to live in.. I love that so many shopping centers are very close and you don’t have to drive an hour

Nazly was exceptional as we navigated our move-in! We always got very prompt responses whenever we had questions and she went over and above to make sure we had all our boxes checked and could move in without any stress. We love the location and the apartment itself is lovely; just the right size for two people and very warm and homey. The only thing I would change about the Lofts is that I wish they had a gate/door or some other way of ensuring that non-residents can’t enter the buildings. This would give so much more peace of mind as to safety. Even in the first week of living here there was an instance of a man sleeping in the hallway of one of the buildings. I don’t know if this was a one time occurrence or not but obviously it has happened and I do worry about the possibility of strangers/homeless individuals sleeping outside of my or someone’s else’s door.

We've had a great move-in experience! Nazly was very helpful in answering all of our questions. We've been living here for 2 weeks and love the apartment layout and the location.

Serene and peaceful environment without safety issues. Management is prompt to concerns of residents. Only a four star because of lack of amenities

Communication with staff is not good at all. Packages have been stolen, there is a never-ending cockroach problem inside the apartment unit, and there’s even been a mold problem in the water heater room that’s caused health concerns for my girlfriend and I.

Great experience! Easy and smooth process getting the lease set up. My questions were answered clearly and promptly. The apartments are also in a great location!

I've really enjoyed living at Matthews Lofts! Peaceful environment, pleasant staff, super safe community,affordable rent...just altogether lovely! Residents could really use a swimming pool though.

If you are single and not looking for amenities, but a quiet place to live, it is the perfect place. Located in downtown Matthews, it is accessible to restaurants, nightlife, Novant medical facilities, Harris Teeter, Target, and 5 minutes from 485.

I enjoy my living spot and the walk to down town matthews is close with lots of fun exciting things to do. My apartment mates are nice and not extremely loud.

Matthews Lofts is a quaint neighborhood nestled between beautiful trees and beautiful gardens. However, you still get to enjoy city life with its various architecture and shops. I’ve lived here over 3 years and I’ve enjoyed every single day. Don’t walk but run to this beautiful place of refuge.

I’ve been leasing from them for six years and they have been fantastic to work with. The maintenance guy is always on top of it and works hard!!

Maintenance is top notch, buildings are quiet and clean, management is good. All appliances and the building itself is very new. It’s a great place to live in a great location.

This is a great, safe, and friendly community. We are glad we made the choice to live here. The apartment is very close to a variety of restaurants and retail stores.

Nice staff & clean building! Well lit at night. Easy to use app. No issues with parking. Neighbors seem quiet. Overall, great experience so far.

The leasing process and the move in process has been super easy and helpful due to the help from the property manager Nazly. She has helped me with every question or concern in a timely manner. The apartment was clean and ready in ready upon signing my lease.

I enjoy the serenity of the apartment complex. At times, it is so quiet, it's almost like nobody lives here. The communication between the office and management is excellent. Maintenance requests are handled in a timely, courteous manner.

It has been a pleasure to be here once we were finally able to get it. This place is amazing and in the center of everything. The neighbors we have met have been nice and friendly. I can not believe everything that is at our disposal and for the price. It is a steal.

I have had no problems here we love it! We have been here almost 6 months and we enjoyed our time here so far and the neighbors are very nice and the area is calm and never hard to find parkin.

Quite and safe place. Appliances included are nothing fancy, but if anything breaks, its fixed promptly. Location of the apartments is choice.

I really enjoy living here. Great location, good maintenance service, and easy portal. I'll be here for years to come. My only complaint would be the garbage area. Not great access and to small.

I love it here! It’s so quiet and quant. Moreover, the location is everything. It doesn’t give an apartment community feel which I love. It’s more private and more comfortable than your typical apartment community.

Quiet neighborhood and quiet neighbors. But there are a lot of car that can be heard from the street as well as lawn mowing and leaf blowing constantly. Apartments are okay but some amenities could be updated.

More amenities would be nice but I'm sure it will increase the rent, which is already high as it is...based on the "market". Location is unbeatable. It's relatively safe in my opinion. Maintenance is top notch, they attend to reported issues in a fast manner. Area is kept clean on a daily basis.

Awesome community, quiet, safe too. We do need more amenities like a pool to justify the high rent. Rent keeps increasing a lot each year, but aside this overall a great place to live.

Mostly good, great location, consistent parking, friendly community and an excellent maintenance team. Many bugs in apartment but can be cleared up rather easily. Solid place to live, just expensive right now

Kayla the manager has been really helpful and everyone in the community seems so nice. I love how new the buildings and appliances are and I can’t wait to fully set everything up in my place!
