Clean, well maintained, responsive staff, excellent amenities and community events, and fantastic natural lighting through large windows. It’s in a great part of the city with easily walkable restaurants, stores, and entertainment. Best apartment I’ve ever lived in!

Great place! Great location (right downtown) but yet it’s clean and very quiet while inside. The management is also very helpful (move in process was very painless).

The Maverick is located in an exciting part of downtown. The facility is clean and overall friendly.

Paper thin walls, random individuals attempting to break into your apartment, and management who doesn’t fix the problems. If you want to hear every step your neighbors make and have to fend off people trying to get into your apartment, or if you feel like living in a dorm room again like college- then this place is for you. Otherwise do yourself a favor and ignore every positive review of this place and live elsewhere. Trust me.

We have really enjoyed living in the Maverick. We have used the amenities here more than any of our previous apartments. We love the location and the community feeling the Maverick provides.

This place is by far the best I've lived in so far in Minneapolis. There are always community events being organized, and the apartments are so spacious and surprisingly quiet. The pool deck is a great place to chill out on a hot summer day, and the firepit on the roof is a beautiful place to enjoy a nice view of the city.

Absolutely love it so far! Been living here for a little over two weeks and dont have a single complaint. Would recommend for anyone that wants to live in a great apartment in an even better location

The complex is very well kept and the unit was spotless when we moved in. It also is in a great location close enough to downtown but near the fun of the north loop.

I was told multiple things while touring the apartment that ended up not being true after I moved in. You cant in fact have a BBQ on your patio as was suggested, nor you can you put a pod in the garage to facilitate move logistics. So take anything the leasing agent tells you while on tour with a massive grain of salt. Prepare to be nickel and dimed upon move out too. The carpet in the closet smelled of cat urine when I moved in and now I'm paying to replace the carpet upon move out. Definitely don't use the kitchen island to cook at all or you'll pay to 'repair' that as well. I had to make multiple maintenance requests for missing or broken items the day i moved in. I get that state health mandates and a global pandemic rightfully limit the availability of amenities, but don't expect any kind of discount off the premium you pay to live here when these things are unavailable. There was also multiple car break-ins when i lived there, this didn't affect me, but it happened pretty regularly and nothing seemed to have ever been done about it. You dont need a keyfob to get into the back doors of the freight elevator, and once in the elevator you can hit the open doors button and then walk right into the 'secure' part of the building. Apartments.com says that 2 out of 5 stars means the place is 'ok', which this place is. Not quite poor, but definitely not good, great, or excellent either.

I really love this place so far. Quick communication from management and a surprisingly quiet apartment from what I'm used to. After moving in, I found out my best friend has a good friend also living here so I know I'm in good company.

I love living at the Maverick! When I first applied, my leasing agent responded within 15 minutes and scheduled a next-day tour. They listened and made a lease optioned that worked for me. The building upkeep is wonderful and the most gorgeous apartment features. Fantastic community! I wish I could stay forever.

Great space in a great location!

You really cant beat the locationwe feel so central to everywhere we like to go from the Mill District to the North Loop and other parts of downtown. Amenities are top-notch and clean, especially the fitness center and well-maintained courtyards. Our apartment is modern, functional, and already feels like home.

The Maverick Apartments are beautiful, but importantly, they are widely accessible. Every detail from the floor plan layout to the amenities makes this place functional and fun to live at. We've had guests on a number of occasions, and they are always blown away!

Maverick provides a feeling of home in the North Loop. The authenticity of the building gives off a cozy feeling that you won't find elsewhere in the city. The good price combined with a great neighborhood makes living at Maverick a no brainer.

Maverick is a great place to live. I love the neighborhood and how close we are to everything. The managers make fun events every month for the community. I love the decor and the amenities offered here.

I moved from the suburbs to downtown MPLS. Maverick has all the feels of a home but without the upkeep. Close and yet quiet. Professional and yet casual. And, overall, it’s less expensive than a home and I’m able to save money monthly into savings. Love this place.

management team are friendly and professional, the apartment location are safe, great location with many public transportations accessibolity only few steps and surrounded by many great restaurants, cafe and nature (river and park).

My husband and I moved to the Maverick in May 2017 and are thoroughly enjoying our new downtown residence. The management team is great which sets the tone for everything. We love Maverick's prime downtown location. We walk and bike to all the different neighborhoods and are surrounded by fun things to do. We find the atmosphere here both relaxing and energizing.New friendships, polite residents, well-behaved dogs and more, add a little something special to each day.

This place is the most unprofessional establishment I've ever dealt with. Everything they promise you at the before the move-in is a lie. They don't follow though with anything they said they would do. Also, the area that the lofts are located in is very dangerous! Don't walk outside at night by yourself. The first week here my car had been vandalized and the management team seemed uninterested in correcting the issue.
