Property Ratings at Maximus Apartments
For me, and for my family, we were lookig f or three thing when we moved here over three years ago: #1 Safety. I called the local El Paso Police department office nearby, and asked about this and two other neighboring aparatment complexes. I asked them a simple question: How often do you respond to calls and go to this apartment complex. I was surprised and pleased with their answer. For the other two comlexes, I was told they went there frequently, but to Maximus apartments, "allmost never." We are ery glad we moved here. We feel extremely safe living here, almost like we do not need to lock our doors or windows, although we do. There is a park less than a mile away, and the neighbors going and coming to the park are very friendly. The entire areas seems to be quite safe. The reason for the Safety seems to be reason #2. Good, Friendly neighbors. Not one, but almost EVERYONE who lives here. This does not happen by chance. The apartment manager is friendly and is very clear about the rules, that she expects us all to abie by them. With few exceptions, we aalldo our best to follow the very reasonable rules as best we can. I have never heard about an argument or disagreement among neighbors here. #3 Convenience. We are with 1 mile of the Northgate bus stations and a Food King store, and a little more for a Walmart store. Many people walk or walk and bus to get to work, or just walk for exercise. PMany public and private schools are nearby, which is nice. As Imentioned, there is a large park a short walking distance from our apartmenthere. On top of this there is are lots of nearby reataurancts. #4 Economy. The apartments are priced below the average prices of nearby apartments. The economy is even greater when you consider the prices of utilities, like gas, water, trash and electricity. The apartments are gas-heated with gas water heaters and gas stoves. The cost of this gas is included with the rent, as well as the cost of water and trash pickup. The only utilities you will pay for here is cable TV wth high speede Internet, and the electricity. Since the apratments are goas heated, with gas stoves and gas water heaters, the costof electricity is resonable quite low. even with the air conditioning. #5 Friendly management and fast repairs or maintence work, as needed, often withiin a few hours. #6 Privacy. The apartments are hidded from the street so you would not know there are apartments here, from the street.
