Maxwell on 66th

So far I’ve enjoyed living here. It’s clean, quiet, and close proximity to a lot of neighborhood spots. Maintenance does a good job and it’s nice to have community functions from time to time

I have had the best time living here! Would recommend it to anyone. Nice, clean and quite complex. The leasing staff is always so nice and helpful. I have lived in many other high end residences but nothing like Maxwell!

Just moved in and the stay has been very nice i’ll say it’s been peaceful and quiet, cars from mayo get a little loud but besides that the community is amazing and the views are great!

I am a soon to be 2 year resident of Maxwell at 66th. I have been very pleased with the overall experience, community, complex/amenities, and the great layout of my 2 bedroom unit. The management has been very pleasant, engaging and helpful when issues arise. I will definitely be renewing my lease.

Maxwell has been home for over 4yrs! Overall the community has great energy and I love calling it home.

My experience here has been excellent! It's quiet and everybody seems to get along with everyone else. My apartment is great - perfectly engineered for one person. As always, staff are great.

My experience moving into the apartment community was very simple and pleasant. The building is clean the pool is magnificent, barbecue areas are clean and comfortable. It is nice to see a range of ages that live here not to mention all the furry friends. The dog park is a wonderful place to exercise your pet and meet neighbors.

This apartment complex offers a fantastic living experience with well-maintained units, a friendly and responsive management team, and a great location close to shopping and dining options. I highly recommend!

My boyfriend has lived here and now I am moving here as well. We have both always loved it here!! Everything is kept clean, the area is perfect and safe. The pool is the best thing as well!

Close to shopping and entertainment. The staff are friendly and helpful. The amenities are great. Pet owners are good about cleaning up after their pets. Property could use more parking options though.

Maxwell on 66th is a successful apartment living complex which places high value on it's residents. There are ammenities galore and they are all well maintained. The apartments are fantastic; I live my one bedroom floorplan. Staff are top notch.

My reviews here keep getting lower and lower. I look back a year ago, and “nothing” has been improved here for my living experience. All of the same things that were broken a year (years sadly) are still broken. The Crestron system at the pool and gym….all the light posts around the pool that are out. Broken gates that don’t open….flashing lights all around the property that never get fixed. It’s also HORRIBLE customer experience when you new tenants get concessions up to 8 weeks free yet you continue to raise rent on your most loyal tenants of over five years now. Makes me sick this is your business model.

Overall, I have enjoyed living at Maxwell for the past few years. The amenities are great, the staff and maintenance guys are friendly, the apartments are a good size with great balcony space. The pool area is a beautiful space, with lovely plants and trees that make it feel extra special.

The parking and lenteties fees should be included in rent, too many extra charges. Also you should offer free rent for those who want to extend vs units sitting empty

Love this community! No other place id rather be! Front office staff is amazing! They truly treat you like family!! Maintenance staff is fast and efficient. Work orders are completed expeditiously! No complaints!!

My fiancé and I have loved living here the last 6 months. The leasing office is very nice and they have lots of resident get togethers for the neighbors.

The gate is now fixed and the streets got repaved. The complex is very clean and it’s been very enjoyable to live here now. Just renewed my lease

Nice community and very quiet. The complex is also well maintained. The office, and the maintenance staffs are wonderful and helpful. The renters seem to have respect for others in the community.

Pretty good so far, very disorganized when I moved in (keys did not work, garbage disposal didn’t work, did not give me covered parking spot I requested). Lack of communication for paving parking lot.

The community has made living here such an amazing experience. I couldn’t have asked for better neighbors! The pool area is also beautiful, which nice amenities to enjoy.

I recently moved into the complex and really like it so far. The amenities are nice and the apartment is perfect size for me. I like that the complex is on the smaller side and much more quiet than my previous residence. The neighborhood seems very nice with a lot to do in the area

It is great living here. Of course the staff are great, it is always clean and it is quiet. Parking is fine.I love the trash pick up and the door locking with my phone.The window coverings are a cut above. I do not like the oven controls - I have to get on one knee to see it. I do not like having a space (heating/cooling) in my apartment (that I'm responsible for) that is locked and I do not have access to. I love the attention to detail the landscapers embrace.My building has two floors - with no elevator - I would have liked to have had one on move in day. The layout of the kitchen cabinets is off - doors hit each other. I like the mailroom. Everything else is Great!

After selling my home and moving into Maxwell it was a big change yet it is like a home to me without the maintenance and safety worry. It is a warm and friendly place that is like a family

Overall positive experience. The main frustration is that the amenities often often broken or not functioning properly, and for a long time. Also the cleanliness and general upkeep of the property isn't great for the price point we pay. I do feel the price point is far too high for what it is and how it's up kept. But, the community of people is great, it's nice that it has a home-y feel here as compared to other apartment complexes. I've been overall happy here and have stayed multiple years now!

Living here has been great and all the staff is very kind and helpful. Maxwell on 66th is safe and quiet, we also love that it’s close to a lot of great restaurants and Whole Foods.

I have thoroughly enjoyed living at Maxwell on 66th for the past 3 years. The quality of living, amenities, staff, and community has all been great. If I had one complaint only, it would be the increase in rent each year. Although it is somewhat common in the area, I do feel it’s been a little excessive, especially as someone who’s renewed their lease here for many years. Aside from that, I love Maxwell on 66th & would recommend it to anyone who can afford it. Happy to have called this home the last few years!

The community leaders let things go and it lessens the quality of this residence. The pool is a mess, the grills don’t work, things look like they’re falling apart. It is clear that the office doesn’t care unless their owners show face and their lack of reaction to passify residents in the moment is insulting. This place has the potential to be fantastic but due to the office staff it’s basically average.

My experience so far has been amazing and I couldn’t thank Patricia enough!! She has been amazing and goes up and beyond! Thank you so much and I can’t wait for my move!

Overall a great experience. Beautiful pool area, decent sized gym and apartment. Balcony with Mountain View’s. Decent location with access to a number of shops.

4 years here and still the best pool in Phoenix! Close to freeway and many restaurants. Pet friendly and even has a dog spa! Highly recommend

Living at Maxwell is like living in a luxury resort. I absolutely love the pool and hot tub area with the fountains, lights, palm trees and flowers. The community of people living there is amazing as well! Highly recommend!

I loved my experience when touring Maxwell on 66th. The staff was lovely and extremely helpful. Throughout the whole process they were great at communicating, answering questions, and guiding me the all different options.

Love the location and floor plans. Definitely great for 30 year-old and under age groups. Alcohol theme pool parties are common and seem to be encouraged on weekends with management sponsored events. Not for tenants that enjoy a reasonable quiet and enjoyable use of pool on weekends. At times, the music and partying becomes so loud I have to leave. If you like this type of environment, then this is your place.

My move has been smooth, and the apartment looks pretty good and new with hardwood floors. I love it. The appliances are all new and the best part is the gas stove.

Love the community! Not leaving unless it’s into a house

I am in the process of moving in and it has been nothing but first class so far. The leasing agents have been so helpful and so nice during the whole process. The community looks amazing and the property is beautiful with great views.

The Maxwell is always kept so clean and the staff is amazing! It's wonderful living here. I'm on my 3rd year! There are several other Residents that have been here even longer than me!

This place has great customer service, security, and amenities. It does need elevators in the outer buildings and more airflow. I also wish the front was not so cramped with traffic all day. Overall, great place it just needs some more improvements!

The Maxwell on 66th has been great to us! Very clean, quiet, and maintenance requests are completed very quickly! Would definitely recommend this place to anyone!

I love living here, it’s more of a staycation because of the amenities. I love th floor plans and location, easy access to the main highways, shops and restaurants.

Quiet and well kept complex. All the staffs are very friendly. The complex is dog friendly, some tenants doesn’t clean up the mess which is very disgusting and rude.

So great! We have really liked being here! Great units & great property! My husband loves the hardwood floors, they’re beautiful! Like it!!!!!!!

All has been great during my first year lease period. The admin staff had been great, very responsive to questions and helpful with any issues that have arisen. I love the Maxwell 66 community and look forward to my second year.
