I have been here about a 1 1/2 years.I have a pool side apt,it is great to watch the pool lite up at nite,or someone grilling on one of the two grills we have,and last but not least the firepit.It is a community here,we do things as a community like the Halloween party we have coming up.We also have a great two story weight room,we have a community room with a pool table a few huge tvs that we can use on special occasions. We have a office with computers and printers to do things if you are home from work.It is a very great mix of people everyone is very friendly and that goes for our fuzzy family as well.I would highly recommend Mayfair Reserve it is close to everything.The maintenance here is top flight they handle thing very fast and professional. The leasing staff is the best Lead by Terra they they will help you away possible. I forgot to say I am in a wheelchair and don't drive Mayfair was in the middle of everything,I can be independent. I lived at mayfair reserve for about 15 months and it was truthfully the best year of my life. Everything is clean and updated. Whenever I had an issue the office is always open and willing to help. Tera is extremely helpful and has such a welcoming personality. Never had an issue with neighbors or the office. I genuinely enjoyed my time living at mayfair reserve.
I currently live at Mayfair reserve and regret the day I signed my lease. A lot of the tenants living in this building are families which is fine if you like hearing the sound of running kids above you all day and night. I guess if you live on the fourth floor this could be avoided but there are other issues sadly besides that. Smells of weed constantly, no parking for guests, and it just isn’t a great area. Walls are paper thin too. I recommend if you are younger and don’t have a family find an apartment building that is closer to the downtown area. Pay the extra $50-$100 or less space because I can guarantee it won’t be as loud as it is here.

I have had an ongoing noise issue with the bitter man who lives above me for over a month now. Management “has talked to the resident” and is “seeing what other options they have” but nothing has changed. I pay way too much money to be incessantly disturbed by the dog’s barking and neighbor’s stomping. Management has no issue coming to me with a problem (trying to let my dog get some legitimate exercise) but does not address my needs. The physical space is nice, but absolutely not worth the aggravation of dealing with this property management company & being trapped in a lease.

Made a mistake parking in my designated spot without the permit sticker in the window. Then Car was towed for 375 dollars by a very unprofessional towing company called ABYSS. Extra charge for “underground garage needing special equipment ” and the apt garage is not even underground. Also the Property staff did not notify me for three days until i came home at midnight after a long road trip. And i was extremely emotionally and physically distressed!!!! Apparently the manager claimed they would not know who to call. i guess i am nobody paying 95 per month for that designated spot. THEY HAVE NO HEARTS! The manager promised me to talk to towing company and make sure tenant get notification or clarification if similar situation would happen again. SO FAR I HAVE NOT HEARED FROM THEM. I will not recommend any one i know to live in this apt bz they will dig the last penny out of your pocket and cheers . CANNOT WAIT TO GET OUT OF HERE.
We have lived at Mayfair Reserve for several months. Our apartment is very comfortable and well appointed. Any maintenance issues have been promptly addressed. The building and amenities are nice and well kept. The staff has been very helpful and responsive. However, I would not feel comfortable recommending Mayfair Reserve to a friend or family member. We chose this community because it is a smoke-free property. We signed an agreement that we would not smoke in our unit or anywhere on the property. Yet the hallways constantly reek like marijuana. It is annoying and embarrassing when we have had guests. Oh, and there are only about 12 guest parking spaces for approximately 200 apartments. We notice the same cars parked in those spaces on a daily basis as well as overnight. So clearly there are either residents or people who are not even on a lease parking in them. Mind you we pay $200 per month to park our 2 cars in the garage. There are 2 lovely courtyards. One with a fountain, one with a pool. Both with awesome grilling stations. Oh, but the courtyards are now closed and the grills shut down due to "liability issues" we were told. The amenities we are paying for are not accessible which is ridiculous. Mayfair Reserve could be the upscale apartment community they advertise if they would only enforce the lease agreement.

Any apartment that we are able to determine that goes against this policy is issued a 5 day notice effective immediately, as confirmed smoking onsite is considered a violation of the lease terms. We hope that our residents continue to be courteous and mindful in practicing this policy. Our team will continue sending out reminders to our residents enforcing the importance of this as needed. We understand your frustrations with the guest parking situation and are currently working on several different solutions to improve that experience for both our residents and their guests. Mayfair Reserve is a decent facility but the operations of the facility are terrible. The most unsettling issue that I experienced was that on two separate occasions male workers entered my apartment without permission early in the morning. On one of those occasions I had just got out of the shower. This was a very disturbing experience and the only feedback I received after voicing my concerns (multiple times) was that it would be "looked into". Another issue was that construction in the building often started before 7:00am (even on the weekends) and the noise from the construction made it impossible to sleep. There were also multiple occasions during the day when the fire alarm went off for long periods of time which left my dog too scared to continue living with me. Lastly, I was ensured that I would not be charged a "vacancy loss" when I decided to leave (due to all the issues listed) because the apartment complex overall was still 60% vacant but I was charged over $2000 in vacancy loss. I tried calling to resolve this issue many times but my phone calls were not returned. Do not rent from Mayfair Reserve. It's definitely not even worth half the price for all of the trouble they create.

While the property is exceptional, the management staff lacks common etiquette. When I transferred units within the property, they failed to return the security deposit to me within 21 days. It took over 1.5 months and I had to constantly follow up with the status of the check. Additionally, in several instances, it took up to 2-3 days to get notification of a package in the property’s package system, despite the acknowledgement from Amazon that the package was delivered. Lastly, the management staff instills inconsistent methods of communication when a new policy is enforced. They do not properly train their staff on the various methods of communication and fail to execute a general sense of decency, which is a shame as they claim to be a luxury apartment. I expect general courtesy and professionalism from the staff of a luxury complex.

We toured this property but decided against living there as one of the leasing staff members was inept and never followed through with answers to our questions. Expected much more from this property but they under delivered in terms of customers service and professionalism.
