I’ve never been a resident here but looking at the floor plan i’m genuinely curious as to why you would put a laundry room in the master bedroom? Let alone any person’s bedroom? And looking at these reviews? Yikes.

Apartments are small, dark and loud and the office staff are unwilling or incapable of doing anything about excessive noise and surround sound shaking the walls.

I have noticed a ton of improvement in the last year. There was a time when I had my mind made up that I was going to move when my lease was up but I am definitely staying now. Thank you to the staff for turning this place around.

I initially loved this place when I moved in, inside the apartments are nice, however, 4 months in and it’s a nightmare. All deposits were made prior to moving in $0 balance you would think, but no. Reviewing my account and I saw that I’m owing $300 for dog deposit. I called the office to have it removed and it didn’t, I have to be kept calling calling calling for it to be removed, then I stopped by to report that my oven bulb never worked that didn’t change until 2 weeks after me calling back to ask what happen to the bulb for the oven - 2 weeks. Trash on the steps sometimes for days, the dog park is covered in poo and dog poop sometimes at the walkway, GATES doesn’t work 90% of the time( Gated Community) it’s either left open or your gate fob not working so you’re stuck at the gate late at nights trying to get in. The other gate is totally broken off so it’s left wide open, Sanitising wipes in the gym dried out hence it cannot be used. Here goes my rent, which is paid in advance every month only to get an email stating I’m in arrears and what actions will be taken ( I asked myself is this really happening?) Then there is the unprofessionalism of staff who discusses other residents that they are complainers, or what type of furniture inside of their apartment etc. I had initially recommended friends and colleagues to Maystone but I’ll be forwarding this review to them. My mental health and security is of utmost importance to me and this is not it. This place was advertised as Luxury Apartment but I guess that’s subjective.

Don’t rent here they tell you all kinds of things to get you into the apartment and then when you get there they do nothing but lie and charge you for things that they said would be free I’ve been living here over six months and the gate that we have has been broken for three Never received my free month rent debit card they have been giving me the runaround every since very on organized

I have lived here for a little over a year and will be moving out this month. I want to start by saying that Shaunte, Kiera and the rest of the (new) management staf are wonderful and will do whatever they can to get things done, when they can. Unfortunately, the issue(s) I have had here are still unresolved. My issues are as follows, the worst being number 1: 1. A couple of weeks ago a family with 5 very young children moved in above me. Apparently, these apartments were built very cheaply and I hear everything! Most of the day, until around 10:00 p.m. it feels as though I have a stampede above me and it has gotten so bad that I cannot work from home anymore and have had to work at Starbucks during the day. I have called security 2 times and they have gone to the apartment, however, no one will answer the door. The management has told me that they have called the tenant, however, the loud noise continues. I have been told that there is nothing more they can do and that that they get these complaints on a constant basis from other tenants 2. I had knee surgery a couple of months after I moved in and needed to park in the handicap parking spot. This was last June and there are, or should be, 2 handicap signs outside of each building. Someone ripped off one of them (it still hasn't been replaced almost a year later) and people w/o handicap plackets or handicapped license plates parked in the one spot. When the old management didn't do anything, I called the police. The 1 sign is still missing. 3. This is a gated community, however, the gates are open all day and when they are closed, we use a card--when the gate opens at least 4 cars can go through. So much for being "gated". If you are planning to move here, my only suggestion is get an apartment on the 3rd floor!

You don't get your packages, you get charged for things you were told were free the 1st year. You get everyone's mail but your own in the mailbox. They tell you just put in the return mail. well 2 days later you get it back. Instead of looking up the tenants name and asking them to put the correct address on it. Every time you go up to the clubhouse to ask a question, they all too busy having coffee, or hanging out. 3 times in one day, I asked about a package that was delivered for me. twice they told me it was not there. The third time when I showed them the deliver receipt, from the post office they finally took me into the storage room and looked, They said there were 3 packages there and none were mine. I finally had them read the names and they did and one was mine. I said that's me, she said, oh it must have just come in. Wrong..... it came in the da before and no one checked it in. It states, no aggressive dogs, there a pits, Sheppard's and very large dogs in this community NOISY NEIGHBORS, BIG SPIDERS IN THE SPRING, I MEAN BIG. I'M LOOKING ELSEWHERE AS I TYPE, EVEN IF I HAVE TO BREAK THE LEASE, I'M LEAVING!
