But this isn’t just a pretty face – Greenville is a fast-growing, vibrant city noted for its strong job market, numerous universities, and absolutely gorgeous scenery. Just visit Falls Park on the Reedy, a 32-acre urban park that features several waterfalls, a curving pedestrian bridge, and a suspension bridge with amazing views of the river.
Shops, restaurants, and art galleries fill the beautiful downtown area. If you love to shop, have lunch at a sidewalk café, or enjoy dinner at a fine restaurant, look for your Greenville apartment near Main Street. Perched among Downtown Greenville’s historic shops, Noma Square provides a funky, modern contrast. This is a popular area for fun events, festivals, and community get-togethers.

Property Ratings at McBee Station Apartments
This property has gone downhill the past couple of years, since being taken over by Tribridge Residential. I lived there for 3 years and it went from being awesome to miserable. The new management is the biggest issue. Turnover rate is very high. Issues: - Water and mold damage to buildings. Management claims there was no mold damage, but many people moved out due to mold. My building was under construction for 9 months and still not finished when I moved out. Nail pops in the walls were never repaired. Many areas remained in disrepair for extended periods of time. - Office would not answer the phone or return phone calls. My monthly amount due was constantly wrong. Whenever I called the office they were never helpful and it always resulted in me having to fix the issue on my own. - Office management did not honor the terms of my last lease agreement, specifically $500 off rent for renewal. They were dishonest and difficult to deal with. For what you have to pay at McBee, there are better options in downtown Greenville. The only positive at McBee is the size of the apartments and convenient location, everything else is negative.
I have lived here for 5 years. Lately, the management has changed (July 31) and it's brought a lot of problems. It really went downhill, in terms of customer service. Unfortunate, since this was a great place to live with a community of people who loved the place. Now, complaints galore! It was 5 star for 5 years!!!
Love the staff and the resident parties. Made the right choice living here.
