With the spectacular mountain views and the Spokane River winding through downtown, Spokane is one of the most picturesque college towns in America. It is home to Gonzaga University and Washington State University-Spokane, giving this already energizing city a youthful spirit. Just spend an afternoon at Riverfront Park -- a gorgeous spot that features Spokane Falls and part of the 37-mile Spokane River Trail -- and you'll be very glad you moved to a Spokane apartment.
Of course, it's more than a spectacular landscape that provides opportunities for hiking, camping, river-rafting, and fishing that draws new residents to Spokane. The city is considered an economic and cultural hub of the region, and it is the county seat of Spokane County. It is very close to Fairchild AFB, Northern Quest Resort and Casino, and Spokane International Airport.

Property Ratings at McDonald Place Apartments
I’ve had quite a wonderful experience with viewing and then moving into McDonald Place. I was shown 3 units with different layouts and set ups on different floors. These apartments have been updated as well. Definitely pleased with my experience so far. Rebecca did amazing and I’m excited for this new journey.
I have lived at McDonald Place Apts for almost 2 years now, which has been a great experience. The Valley location is convenient to everything in a great neighborhood. Though the complex is older, it is well maintained, and the rent is reasonable. Responses to my maintenance and emergency requests have been appropriate and timely. For example, I put in a maintenance request recently and I had someone over the next day looking at it. All of the staff, from the management team to the maintenance team are helpful and friendly. I like the fact that the complex is smaller and the neighborhood is safe.
Having resided at McDonald Place in Spokane Valley for a number of years, I will share that it is a good place to be. My apartment is comfortable and fairly priced. Management is promptly responsive when required. The maintenance staff is "second to none": dedicated, competent, and efficient Neighbors are friendly and the "hood" is quiet and safe.
Lived here for seven years and it’s not bad. People are friendly, neighborhood is nice, and Matt (maintenance man) is always on top of issues.
I’ve lived here for 7 years. Everything is well maintained. Office managers are friendly and helpful. You can’t beat the price and location.
I’ve lived her for almost a decade. The management keeps the grounds maintained and clean. The apartments are clean and things are fixed quickly. Would definitely recommend if an opening becomes available, which isn’t that often.
McDonald Place offers 2 to 3 bedroom apartments that come with a number of benefits. After I started living here I was amazed at how the place offered more than I could ask for. Refrigerator, air conditioning, pantry - it had it all. It has made my living experience really convenient. The spacious dining and living room is a bonus. Maintenance is always on-site and on-call. The community is immensely friendly and had welcomed me into the neighborhood quite quickly. Other perks that I've got to enjoy so far include the nearby restaurants and shopping malls that are not too far away and always keep me connected to entertainment and resources. My family and I have been able to live here comfortably so far and couldn't be happier to call our apartment in McDonald Place our home. This community in Spokane Valley is one of the bests that Washington has to offer.
After a while of living here in McDonald Place now, I'm happy to say that it has been a great experience so far. My 2 bedroom apartment has been really cozy for me and my cat so far. The apartment came with a very consistent air conditioning system, vaulted ceilings and a washer. The landscape is beautiful and large. It's somewhere I have been spending a lot of time. The garage also has guest parking which has been really nice because I have a friends come over quite often. Some of the best feature of the apartment for me has been the carpeted flooring and extra storage spaces. The best part of living in this community is that it's cat-friendly. If you're looking for an apartment in Spokane Valley, be sure to check out McDonald Place Apartments.
McDonald Place Apartments is everything you'd want in an apartment. The views are fantastic. It's very cat-friendly. Apartments are clean and well maintained. The staff is always polite, friendly, and quick to respond to emails or calls. Maintenance issues are resolved efficiently. The location is close to highway 90 which has great shopping and entertainment. The rent is very affordable for the area. I highly recommend McDonald Place Ats for your next place to live.
This is a magnificent apartment in an ideal location close to the many shopping centers in Spokane Valley, Washington. The home has been very tastefully refurbished and furnished by the owners, and as everything seemed to be brand new, it looked as if we were the first tenants to have rented the home since it had refurbished. The condo itself has very efficient air-conditioning in the lounge/dining bedroom. The kitchen had entirely provided with all brand new devices including fridge/freezer, induction hob, washing machine, electric oven, microwave, toaster, drink maker, electronic safe, etc. There is also a comprehensive instruction manual with photos in the apartment on how to use all the appliances. Many thanks to John and we look forward to renting this property again next year.
Great location and generous space in the apartment. My daughter and I felt safe coming and going (during the day and at night). The owners are very friendly and kept in contact with us during our stay with the activities that were happening. The apartment is spacious, very clean and located in a safe, decent area. Real value for money. Everything was perfect from beginning to end ... The apartment is just perfect! Spacious, comfortable and with a lovely balcony! The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking, the air cons in the room and the living room saved us! The wifi is perfect too! I would definitely stay here again! Bnb
The stay in McDonald Place Apartments was worth it. The place is clean and relaxed. The room was cozy and comfy. The staff helped us with everything we asked for.
