New Owner is awful

Beware, this was a fine place to live and I was there for 5 years with no issues. Unfortunately the property was sold. The new owner overcharges, doesn't maintain the property and doesn't care about it or it's tenants. The pictures you see online are grossly outdated. The pool has been damaged for months with no sign of repair and there is trash and debris everywhere. I reported the owner to Code Compliance and they were sited and fined for numerous violations. Be warned, this is a bad situation to get into.
