Situated in the Willamette Valley, Lebanon is a friendly, small town on the Santiam River about 18 miles east of Corvallis. Mountain views and outdoor recreation abound in Lebanon, which sits between the Cascade Mountains and the Coast Range. Numerous parks in addition to Cheadle Lake, McDowell Creek Falls, and the Santiam River offer plenty of space to engage in all kinds of outdoor activities in Lebanon as well.
Home to the only osteopathic medical school in the state, Lebanon has enjoyed new development and growth while maintaining a charming small-town atmosphere. Lebanon’s close-knit community supports local businesses on Main Street, which is teeming with brewing companies, thrift stores, cafes, shops, and restaurants. Annual events such as the Strawberry Festival and the SeaDog Nights and Gypsy Carnival also bring the Lebanon community together. The city that friendliness built is within a 90-minute drive of larger cities like Salem, Eugene, and Portland.

Property Ratings at McKinney Lane Apartments
This is a nice, quiet, clean community with friendly residents.
Pam goes above and beyond for her guests she is an excellent manager
My experience at Mckinney Lane has been amazing thus far! Thankfully, never had any problems with kitchen appliances, washer/drier or anything whatsoever. When I was first moving in there was nobody in the office so it was a hassle to get things done coming from out of state, but an office manager was hired soon after that. She is really great, never had any issues with management since she got here. I live in a 1 bed/1bath and it's very comfortable, spacious and the complex is small and quiet
Living at Mckinney Lane has been a great experience! The apartment and grounds are well kept. I live in a 1 BR/1Bath and it's pretty spacious. Never had any problems with neighbors, the complex is really quiet, and the office manager is very approachable. Overall, highly recommend
I have lived at Mckinney Lane for almost 2 years. I was skeptical at first from reading other comments online, but it was a great decision to end up coming here! The apartment complex is small and cozy, neighborhood is quiet, we have really great lighting at night. It's really safe and I have never had any issues living here
I have lived at McKinney Lane Apartments for over two years now and absolutely love my home here. My apartment is a studio and it has more storage and amenities than my previous two bedroom apartment did. A patio, outside storage, washer and dryer, microwave, floor to ceiling 7 foot wide built-in bookcase, huge walk in closet, and an extra large bathroom with extra cupboards and drawers are huge benefits. There is plenty of storage in the kitchen area, including a pantry. Being a newer apartment, it looks clean and extra nice inside and out. It is also a great place, because I can have my two cats here--a key thing for my choosing to live here in the first place. When I first moved in, there was difficulty finding a permanent manager. Now though, there is Pam and she is the best. She obviously loves her job and each of us as well. When I have a maintenance request, I may have to wait a little bit (as there is currently not on site maintenance), but it gets done and she does her best to get it done as quickly as possible. Soon, there will be an onsite maintenance person, so that will be changing. Pam also makes an effort to celebrate with us, as she hosted a BBQ this last summer and there will be a Christmas party this week. To sum up, I would highly recommend living at McKinney Lane Apartments.
