McKnight Falls is located in a rural area of Jonesboro off of Highland near the factories and close to ASU. This property is one of our newest builds and we are currently expanding. This property features a beautiful fountain in the center of this community and is quiet and family friendly. We specialize in 2 and 3 bedroom townhomes with 1 ½ bathrooms or more in each unit. Black acid stained concrete floors on the ground level with neutral carpeting and colors throughout the townhome to create a modern and comfortable feel for these lovely units. Amenities: -Private Bedroom -Private Bathroom -Walk-In Closets -Fully equipped kitchen with beautiful black appliances -High Speed Internet (200 mbps) -Water & Trash Service -Sewer *We are a pet friendly community allowing one pet per unit up to 25 pounds fully grown. Additional fees apply. All cats must be declawed (proper documentation required)*
