This place is great! Maintenance is up to date and people here are happy. I love the pool area.
I’ve lived here 2 years, the pool has been closed the whole time. 3 people cars being stolen. The water is just lukewarm. Our apartment flooded and they tore out the carpet. Only checked the ceiling for mold I have a feeling the floorboards are molded, my family keeps getting sick now.
This apartment complex is a joke. The pool is not kept up to code (a little girl even drowned here last year because of it) so you'll never get to use it, it has been closed almost the entire 3 years I've been living here. The apartments have tons of problems--- I have not had a working dishwasher since I moved in, they keep promising to replace it but they are liars. All appliances are cheap and dingy, they have just layered paint on the walls so weird spots and holes, patches, etc show through. Carpet not installed correctly so huge bumps everywhere where it doesn't lay flat on the floor. Trash all over the complex and parking lot. Tons of pot holes and the parking lot is always wet. We have a ton of sewer issues, they even tell us not to flush our toilet paper because the plumbing is so bad and water pressure is low. My apartment has had two major issues with hot water heater since I moved in, including last weekend when it EXPLODED and flooded my apartment--- took them 3 days to fix and it's still not fixed correctly. Have been taking lukewarm/cold showers for weeks. I hate this complex and the management constantly lies and says they've fixed issues they haven't. We've also had multiple shootings/domestic violence issues, cops are here at least once a month when I come home from work. The other evening I got home and saw a teenage boy being arrested in front of my building. Lots of kids here running wild in the evenings, throwing balls, etc near people's cars. No one cleans up after their dogs. This place has no security and when the office is closed there's no way to get ahold of anyone even in case of emergency. DO NOT MOVE HERE.

I've lived here for three years and love it! My apartment layout is very spacious and there has been no crime.
They have a really good scam going with the towing company and will take anything from anybody. Horrible people to deal with and oscar the building manager has made zero effort to fix this mistake. I highly recommend moving anywhere but here. Unless you want your car taken at your expense. To put it into perspective they even towed the building managers car too.
