Property Ratings at Meadow Creek Apartments
This was by FAR the WORST rental experience I have ever had. The apartment is constructed with extremely cheap materials. The floor in my daughter's room and the wall in the bathroom, was infested with mildew. The sticky paper material floor also bubbled up throughout the apartment. The walls are thin as paper. I have NEVER had roaches in my life, up until I moved to this poor excuse of an apartment. I consistently had a roach problem throughout my time living there. And to add insult to injury, the so called Property Manager decided to share my PERSONAL & FINANCIAL information with her friends and tenants on more than one occasion. Trust me when I say, unless you are desperate, which life may force you to be, please DO NOT move to Meadowcreek apartments
Years ago when I toured the complex it was horrible, drug infested and the grounds was dirty trash everywhere to include the worst management in history. I came back under the new leadership and 12/01/2020 will make 3 years I have been there and don't plan on leaving. The Manager is awesome, repairs are done in a timely manner even though we are going through COVID-19. The owner/manager have waived late fees showing that they care are their tenants. I recommend Meadow Creek Apartments giving them 5 stars for a JOB WELL DONE. Keep up the great work Tenant: JAC
Ever since I've lived at Meadow Creek, going on 4 yrs now, this is the 1st year that the apartment complex only had 1 flood and all of Richmond was flooded due to the tropical storm Dorian. Thank to Kenneth installing the new pumps we had no more flooding issues. Thank you Kenneth, you are the best. I would also like to thank Ms. Diana. She is a great Manager and if you have any issue or concerns she is always available for whatever may come up. Thank you all for what you do to keep Meadow Creek looking good and safe.
Wonderful place to call home at a very affordable price. And SAFE!! We are currently living here right next to.the rent office. We transfered from a 1 bedroom to a 2 bedroom whatever the lady diane in the office tells u she goes through with everything she says. They have security so theres hardly any problems and if by a chance there is a problem they are on it! The maintenance man is very polite and fast. They are very fast with any maintenance request u may have. They are working on getting a playground in for the kids. Compared to other properties in the area this one by far is the safest and very quiet for the location.
Was interested in possibly living there one day an Diane definitely gave me all the help and info I needed to make my decision I look forward to being a resident in the near future
Property Manager at Meadow Creek Apartments, Responded To This Review
Thank you so much for taking the time to write a review. We really appreciate it!
I lived in these apartments. Yrs ago, they still look good. No complaints
When I first moved in, the landlord was horrible! Then they switched and it was the best experience I've ever had while living in an apartment! You will never find another like Rafael.
The apartments are actually really nice and the one bedroom is more than enough space for just me and my brother. The only thing I'd say is I don't like having to keep getting a parking pass. Sometimes I forget so people can't come over.
