Meadow Creek Apartments

This is a wonderful place to live. The staff are all friendly and helpful. The maintenance is prompt and thorough. The neighbors are great. Everyone keeps to themselves, but are always ready to lend a hand. I have always felt safe here. The apartments are large and so are the windows. My apartment is flooded with sunlight, and there are lovely trees blossoming in the Spring. The best part of living here is that they are very pet friendly. My cat and I are incredibly happy.

It has everything that I need. I was able to get a great space with updated kitchen and bath. The staff was super friendly and Elaine was helpful with my selection process from beginning to end. My family and I love our space and we are glad to call it home!

I have lived here with my son for almost 8 years. Everyone in the office and maintenance are super friendly and helpful. The neighborhood is quiet, and definitely safe for children. They have a dedicated area for dogs, as well as a nice playground.

I am coming up on my one year here at Meadow Creek. I have really enjoyed living her getting to know my neighbors and the staff that work here. While getting to know my neighbors I realized that Meadow Creek do great at retention of residences. They even have a great referral program and I have personally referred two friends so far. I honestly think if with the great neighborhood, and neighbors they staff here are what makes this community so great. They know the residency that live in the community and able to connect not just the maintenance people but the staff in the office as well.

Meadow Creek apartments are a wonderful place to live, very welcoming environment, with wonderful staff. Going on my 3rd year of renting here, I have zero complaints with this complex. The staff is wonderful, maintenance is very efficient and pleasant as well as eager to help. I would recommend Meadow Creek to anyone looking for a welcoming place to live.

My fiance and I recently moved back to MD from FL. We have lived in a couple different apartments but Meadow Creek Apartments so far is the best! The size of the apartments are very spacious with gray carpet which gives the apartment a much cleaner feeling. We have 2 dogs, this community is pet friendly which is very important to us as our animals are family. There is plenty of grounds to walk the dogs on and there is even a dog park! Laundry is not inside individual apartments but it is conveniently located on the second floor of each building. This is the best value you can find in the area. Aside from the apartments themselves, management is wonderful and very attentive. They work hard to make sure us residents are taken care of and happy. They also hold events for the residents every now and again. The day we arrived, they were actually having an ice cream social. The had drinks, hot dogs, and ice cream. It was a great way for everyone to mingle. We were able to get our apartment and lease signed all through email while living in FL so we could have a home when we got to MD. I highly recommend Meadow Creek Apartments for anyone looking to live in a friendly community with a caring staff!

Fantastic staff and smooth process ! We were in between leases and looking for a nice quiet apartment. Throughout the entire expierence the staff was super friendly and worked with us . The apartment is nice , very spacious and clean . It's a great location with near by schooling and shopping center , and a great community .

Elaine was so helpful helping me and my girlfriend move into our new apartment! She was quick with every response and had the answers we needed! She definitely made the move in day process go by so smooth and I could Not had been anymore happier with the service she provided.

Am absolutely loving my apartment so far! Just recently moved in with my kids and am super close to the playground which I love! The apartments are super clean and extremely spacious. I have a 3 bedroom and was not imagining an apartment to be as big for a 3 bedroom as my apartment actually is. The large windows allow tons of natural light where as to save electricity. Am not at all disappointed, and extremely satisfied with my first apartment at Meadow Creek!

We just moved into our new apartment last week and this place is honestly the best. Elaine at the office is so helpful and sweet. The apartment is so clean, and it’s the perfect size for my 2 roommates and 2 cats! They love it here.

My husband and I just moved to these apartments this year. We absolutely love it here! The apartments are spacious, clean, updated, and have tons of closet space. The carpets are a dark grey color which is very nice and refreshing. The windows are large and allow a lot of natural light inside. Elaine is one of the most professional and caring business people I have ever seen. She is always super responsive, helpful, and you can tell she takes pride in herself on the community here. When we first took our tour of the grounds, residents were hanging around out side, and one of the things that impressed me about Elaine is she knew everyone by name and personally. It really sold me on the sense of community here. It’s just tucked away from the noise and busyness of Downtown but close enough everything is just a short drive. It’s defintely a great fit for a first apartment or small families. Maintaince and office staff have been nothing but super friendly. We are happy campers!

I just recently moved into this apartment complex. Everyone I have met has been very friendly! The staff in the leasing office is extremely helpful during the moving process. The apartments are affordable and very spacious. Maintenance comes right away when needed and everything is very clean! We are very happy here!!

We have been living here for a year now and it is very clean inside and out with a plenty of Playground for our children. The on site laundry, and fitness center are wonderful. Leasing office was very helpful and easy. Maintenance comes right away. We love our apartment and couldn’t be happier!!!

Meadow Creek has been an amazing first time apartment for my roommate and I! The staff has been very friendly and very accommodate to our every need. Elaine is AMAZING! The rent was very reasonable for a two bdrm, two bath, and it is a great location to both of our jobs. We have loved our year here at Meadow Creek!

This was the first apartment my roommate and I have lived in since moving out on our own and I must say we picked a great place. The staff is friendly and addresses our issues at a timely fashion and the pricing is very reasonable for the space you get. We have lived at Meadow Creek Apts since 2010. Our neighbors and other residents are friendly and welcoming. The location is a good area for businesses, school, etc. The leasing office employees on site and at the Owings Mills' location are always very friendly, helpful and attentive to our needs. The maintenance guys are awesome. Whenever there is a problem within our apartment, they are there as soon as possible to fix it. The community is safe and quiet.

these are one of the most affordable apartments you will find in westminster along with the most community involved to make it a very safe and family friendly. they also have a wonderful and helpful staff that will send maintenance at any time of the day and will actually show up when they say they will. i recommend it highly to any small family with dogs looking for a safe place in westminster. -victoria

We have been living for three years and so far have been very happy here! The property is kept clean and safe, the parking lots are clean and well lit with lots of children playing in the playground and grassy area. The maintenance team is absolutely amazing and very professional and courteous. They can be seen daily working around the property, whether it is making repairs, removing snow, or mowing the grass. The on-site gym is a great resource to the tenants. Events are given from management throughout the year to make this apartment community welcoming and appreciated, such as my children's favorite - the annual Ice Cream Social. As with most apartment complexes, the walls are thin, but for the most part I have had polite neighbors so this is not an issue.

I'm really enjoying being a tenant here with my two boys. The staff here is easily accessible and does a great job of bringing the community together. The apartments are cozy but well maintained. I wish that the kitchen was bigger and there were storage units on site. There are no balconies or decks but the grounds are beautiful with a lot of green space. I would recommend to the management to add a few picnic tables and community charcoal grills. This community allows pets which is a huge bonus (we don't have any yet). There are a good deal of kids around, which I love because it gets my kids to unplug for awhile and run around outside. My building is nice and quiet and the tenants are friendly. I love the walk-in closet and two full baths. I also really like the fact that I always see maintenance on the property, taking care of the grounds and ready to help when needed. Looking forward to making this my home for the next couple of years.

Meadowcreek apartments are very spacious and let in a lot of light. It's always so peaceful, cheery, and quiet. The staff is incredibly friendly and it's a very safe place to live. There's wonderful customer service and it's wonderfully cared for, inside and out.

If you are looking for a spacious place to live in Carroll County md, the apartments at Meadow Creek will definitely suit your needs. The apartment is quiet even while living next to families with small children. The buildings have clean, maintained laundry facilities, good lighting in hallways as well as outside. Grounds are kept up and have play areas for children within walking distance. There is a nice community pool across the road with sidewalk access and kiddy pool. Office staff is fast and officiant with a fantastic matanaince crew. Apartments are carpeted, wall to wall heat and ac come with dishwasher and disposal in sink. Some have two bathrooms and walk in closets. There are numerous school routes and a elementary school two minutes away with excellent rating in a good community. We highly recommend these apartments they even except pets and have areas outside for them. We have been here for four years and couldn't ask for a better environment to live.

Located on the edge of town right off of rt. 140, its placed far enough away from the hub of traffic easily within reach of local grocery and restaurants. Staff and maintenance have always been friendly and helpful. While Meadow Creek Apartments in Westminster Maryland are far from the best apartments in town, what they do offer is affordability, security, and accessibility. In this struggling economy, affordability would come at the cost of the other two. Meadow Creek Apartments is a good place to start for a young family.
