I have lived in the community for 11 years. Office is great, always listening and on top of community issues. My neighbors are very nice and offer their assistance if needed. I have never had any major issues other my AC going out last year but was readily fixed.

Cleans and quiet complex. Nice upgrades. Staff is friendly and helpful. Parking is horrible at times, some cars don’t move at all, people park in the drop off/emergency lanes overnight. Security at night, sometimes you see them sitting at the picnic tables on their phones, but I love this place.

Previous tenets, Moved back here after a year and some change. Having the same maintenance issues. Not really sure what their process is for checking units prior to people moving in. Quiet neighborhood otherwise.

The start of my stay here at Meadow Glenn was not the smoothest due to things none of us could've controlled or even predicted. After the process of checking & documenting our concerns the staff were able to quickly get the ball rolling in regards to our new living situation.

Clean, quiet. Office and maintenance staff are great. This is our 4th year here. Don’t plan on leaving. Upgrades are great. Landscaping is kept up with. We have night security. Love this complex.

Typical small issues, but nothing major.. not a lot of care for the community lawn spaces outside of the weekly maintenance. Problems are typically fixed quickly, but there is a disregard for animals that are unsupervised and off leash. Quiet neighborhood for how loud the area can be, more traffic than people. Great restaurants in the area and close to 3 bus stops

Been here for 4 years. Hope to stay a while longer. Complex is clean and quiet. There are a few people on the other side that let their kids run wild and run in the parking lot. Parking can be a problem. All the staff are nice and wonderful. They listen and help to solve any problem.

so far so good, office staff is nice and helpful. maintenance is also helpful. the grounds are kept up for the most part,( people living there need to be more mindful of their dogs messes!!!) I have renewed my lease and I've neve done that at any apartment complex so I think that says a lot

Pros: Staff is friendly Cons: Water is off atleast 1 day a week with no bill adjustment. Parking is limited. Tenants with multiple cars use the extra so company rarely have spots.

Overall experience has been good here our first year. Pretty calm neighborhood with walking distance convenience stores and gas stations. Only reason i would give a 4 star would be because of the overpacked parking we have here and banging from upstairs neighbors at 4am.

Great for an office staff take care all your needs. Whatever it is your needs are. Can be located in two major freeways. The one01 and the I 17. Plenty of schools tons and tons of shopping groceries clothing school supplies all that good stuff.

The apartment is clean. Maintenance requests are slow to get resolved because their maintenance team is understaffed, but any issues we've had are small things that we can live with. And it's cheaper than other apartments in the area.

It has been great. Ryan and her team are really nice, and polite. They attend to their residents needs. I love living at meadow glen. I wish there was a way in which all of the neighbors can meet one another within the complex, or maybe some neighbors game night or something fun

I enjoy the price and living here but I have had a few issues with maintenance work getting done. I still have a request that they still haven't come to fix so I will have to probably put in another one. It has been months. Other than that the office team is very friendly and helpful in answering any of my questions and getting me the help I need.
