I lived here for 2 years (between 2022 - 2024) and moved out of state, for over 3 months now, hence can share my experience with no strings attached. The Facility Manager - Nate and staff - DeAngelo (fondly called World's Greatest DeAngelo) were phenomenal. They exhibited high level of professionalism, empathy and service. Maintenance requests were speedily handled. I had awesome neighbors who became like family to me. Though the apartment is relatively old, a blend of the above made it feel like home.

Great apartment The apartment was great. Maintenance was always quick to resolve our issues and the property was always well kept. The only thing we can really complain about was a lack of washer / dryer (and the fact that the on site facilities were always lackluster, but that was mostly due to college students that don't know how to do laundry. Additionally, I wish there was more of the apartment that didn't have carpet. Stepping directly from the outside onto carpet is not great.

Thank you, Meadow Park! Meadow Park was a wonderful place to live during my time in Bloomington. It's quiet, safe, and clean. The office staff and maintenance workers promptly respond to concerns and needs with kindness and professionalism. It's also one of the more affordable (but nice!) places to live in town. Would highly recommend!

No A/C, no problem! The day we moved in we noticed the A/C wasn’t working. It was so hot, and from my past experience at an apartment complex, I expected to be miserable for many days if not weeks! But the very day we realized, maintenance came and put in a portable unit! Then, the next business day, they came and fixed it super quick! They even came back later to make sure it was still working and remove the portable unit! We are very happy with how fast it went and I am excited to be living here! Thank you!

Fixed my initial problem right away and then found out my plumbing was leaking under the kitchen sink and they also fixed that right away. Made sure to do a good job and that the problems were fixed correctly. Thanks a lot.

Maintenance came in while I was at work and they fixed both problems I was having and even cleaned up!
This is my 2nd time living in MP. So glad I moved back. Pros: quiet units; nice neighbors; trees! cross breezes; lots of storage; front porches; good views mostly; good maintenance & office staff and affordable. Cons: some dog owners don't pick up.

The staff claimed they sent a check to me when I left the apartment for good reasons. That was addressed to my old roommate who doesn’t live with me anymore and posted the letter to my current address. Which is unacceptably stupid even for a fourth grader. When I inquired about it they said my roommate might have cashed it. Which is moronic given that he couldn’t have received that letter with my address. Secondly when I said that the staff said my name is too long and they confused about it and further implied I must be lying about not receiving the money. Absolutely horrific and stupid staff.

Hands down the best place I have ever rented from! From the front office to the maintenance - the staff is absolutely phenomenal. This is one of the quietest housing complexes I've ever been in, always clean and calm. If anything breaks maintenance will be there within an hour to fix it for you. Everyone is very nice and understanding of what it's like to rent an apartment. I absolutely recommend living at Meadow Park!
We've called Meadow Park our home for the past 6 years and during that time, the community went down from 5 stars to 1 star. Very rude and highly unprofessional management. The management always have irrational answer ready for any problems you might encounter. The property is in shambles. All the claims of wooded and beautifully landscaped property are false, instead you'll find ugly dirt patches littered with pet poop . Not worth the money. Much better options available in the price range. The management has changed before us quite a few times over the several years but the current management is the worst we’ve ever seen. This management never responds to emails. I’m highly disappointed to see the friendly and professional staff to be replaced by this highly unprofessional and rude staff. The property itself has several issues. There has been a water logging issue right in front of our door from the past year. Just 5 minutes of heavy rain results in the huge puddle. Dirt is right up-to my door. (We’ve pictures to support this). Even the maintenance gets disgusted seeing that, but they "don't have approval to fix this". Despite several written and personal requests to fix the issue, it has not been taken care of yet. The management always have a non-sensical response to this issue. Insulation is poor, our May electricity bill came to $200 while we were out on vacation. The toilet flush has problems (water keeps running, wasting a lot of water). All the repairs performed by the maintenance are highly temporary. The new maintenance staff, though friendly and polite, takes like forever to respond in sharp contrast to the previous staff which responded within a day of the service request. The area around the property used to be beautiful, now it is full of cat & dog poop and trash lying around. In the name of the landscaping projects, which has apparently been going on for months, all the plants have been removed and ugly bare dirt patches are on your face .
The management will never work with you. No maintenance. They are rude! Please do yourself a favor and do not sign a lease with meadow park.
I have to admit with my experience everywhere else I always claim that customer service has left the planet. Well I was wrong, it's still alive and well at meadow park apartments. I get home late and they had accepted a package for me. I called because I couldn't make it during office hours. Not only did they deliver my package they volunteered to put it in my apartment. I got home and everything was taken care of. Such an awesome team here. They are always willing to go the extra mile. Thank you ??
I have lived at meadow park for about 6 years all though it is one of the older apartments it is a very wonderful place to live and very well managed and maintained! I never worry about being safe.It is a place where young-older-people of different origins-color-live .at ease we are located close to Indiana University -shopping-Doctors-Hospitals-Pet care-anything you might need. Meadow P ark offers the best ,of living spaces i think there is.All i can say is that it should fit any budget we have -pool-laundry -workout-facilities -we have a country setting,with all the advantages of the city! It's a great place to live, the one bed room apt is very spacious However, if you are late on the rent, they charge you $40 per week.

We charge a one-time late fee on the 4th of every month if rent is not paid in full by that date. There are no subsequent charges for each week rent is late. We are also willing to waive your 1st late fee with enrollment in our FREE automatic rent payment program ensuring you will never be late again.
