Mrs. Miller is the bomb.com! She made my move in worth the wait! Mrs. Miller is ALWAYS available! I love my apartment! No complaints very quiet and very bright at night for security!
I have tried getting help with these people over me. There are 5 small kids in the apartment. The kids are the parents run, stump, yell, and simply do not go to sleep. I have to leave to go to friends and family house with my kids in order to sleep or if I want to take a nap. The police has been there several times. Management has told me they are moving them a month ago. They are VERY nonchalant also. Needless to say don’t waste your time calling no one answers in the office EVER. They have not given these people any lease violations which is unbelievable because my neighbor complains about them as well. I am breaking my lease I simply cannot take anymore. Save your time and money DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!!!

My experience with Meadow Springs has been by far the most pleasant experience I’ve ever had. I’ve owned and rented. Ive lived in several different states because I’m a Veteran. I’m a retired Georgia Real Estate agent. This community by far was the most professional and accommodating to my needs. They took the time to help me and my mom’s information. Made sure to that we could move in a timely manner. Cynthia who was there from start to the finish. Was always pleasant and professional. Even if she was the only one available in the office. She’s a serious multi tasking, customer service oriented professional! She definitely deserves high praise!???? I feel safe. And my neighbors are very polite and welcoming.?? I highly recommend this community!??
I love my apartment home. The community is well maintained. The staff is very welcoming and friendly. always professional made me feel right at home from the first day that I went to inquire about an apartment. I really appreciated the Happy Birthday email that I received made my day.
No, no, no. I have been a faithful tenant for years, and plan to move this year for a number of reasons: 1. Lack of organization: Because I was not given a notice until one month before my lease expired, I was unaware of possible new terms. Since they were unfavorable (increasing by $100 when no upgrades having been made to the property), I declined. Yet still, I am being charged a fee for inadequate notice to vacate? WHEN IT'S THE LEASING OFFICE'S FAULT THAT I WAS NOT GIVEN TERMS UNTIL 1 MONTH PRIOR TO MY LEASE ENDING?? So someone did not do their job correctly/timely and the tenant pays the price for it? Unprofessional AND unacceptable. 2. Lack of pest control attendance: I have had bugs in my apartment since I moved in. 2 years and over 10 pest control treatments later, still no results. Again, unacceptable for the price. 3. Gate is open entirely too much: I pay for a gated community, why is is not gated a large amount of time? 4. Pool was out for an entire summer (2016): Part of the reason I moved here was for the pool. Amenities cannot be used, yet the rent increase? Unacceptable. 5. Exercise equipment constantly breaks: self explanatory. Unacceptable. Overall, IT IS NOT WORTH THE AMOUNT THAT IS CHARGED FOR RENT.
management customer service is bad working with tenants is bad they only have one maintenance man to a whole property trash around the dumpster never get your service work done on time won't ever rent from them again
Went By to see a 2 bedroom before I can get in the door Nina already had the rolling of the eyes, I was like Dang already, I proceed to her office we still no welcoming greeting her attitude is dead on arrival. Never set up to shake hand and didn't come from behind the desk, talking to me like I don't make 52,000 a year. Moving from the city to see more space and thought this was a nice fit.. but I'll pass.

I do not even want to give one star to this aprartment honestly. I hope I can upload some photos to show what's going on. I requested for pest control on Wednesday and the next following day on Thursday, I see bunch of maggots on the corner of wall. It is not even small amount of maggots that you see, it starts from ground to the ceiling that you cannot even reach. It's already passed for six days and I understand that it's including the weekend but still.... how can you live with maggots in your room? When pest control guy came over here to take a look at it, he was saying it's definitely from the outside that I do not have anything with me. All I have is duck tape on the wall right now. I do not know how they manage it but this is serious. IT MUST BE KIDDING. WHOLE CORNER OF THE WALL WITH MAGGOTS. The funny thing is, I went to the leasing office about three times and I left my phone numbers and notes to call me back to know what will be the schedule to fix this and I never got a phone call or anything. The maintenance guy that manager promised to be here on time and never on time. I am still calling the leasing office to talk to manager and waiting for the maintenance guy to come.
Called to inquire about leasing an apartment. The leasing agent Nina was the most rude person imaginable. I decided to not deal with this property because of her sour attitude. To think, a person working in customer service being upset I ask questions about the property that I would be signing a year lease to. She needs an attitude adjustment.
Very quiet community in the middle of everything. Never had any problems with management or residents. Diffently renewing my lease this year.
I just renewed my 1 year lease for another year at meadow springs. I feel so at home here. Though Riverdale is not a very quiet area, these apartments are SILENT, day and night. Its peaceful. I do think they need parking decals, not having a space after 11pm is annoying but common. The parking is really the only downside. My 1 bedroom apartment is HUGE. They will also pest control spray EVERY Wednesday if you request. I request maybe once a month. However, they have NO problem providing service. The entry gate is always working. Staff are SUPER friendly especially Kenyatta, she's the sweetest and makes sure all of my needs are met. I would recommend this apartment especially for single women who live alone. It is very safe and I could not feel more at home.
Nice 2 bedroom 2 bath. great community, I work in Marietta Ga and are tired of traveling to and from Atlanta daily. This is the only reason I'am moving
I've been living here for three years now and I love my place. It's a really nice complex especially with the new upgrades. The leasing agents are really helpful and nice. They really do care about the people here. Maintenance is ALWAYS efficient and fixes ANYTHING that needs to be fixed right away. I'll be sad to move when I buy my home because I really do love this place.
This neighborhood is nice and modern. It's a safe neighborhood I've been here 3 years and I've never had an issue. It is gradually becoming a bit pricey but it's not too bad. I've never had to many issues here
