Meadow View

This place is horrible! They tried to trap me into my lease and when I found out that they were lying to me and got to move out on my time that I knew that was right. They then sent me a bill from the difference of my deposit for a whole month rent. I will see you in court.

It is not welcoming from the very first step inside the office. The new property manager is not friendly; didn't get up from desk, didn't say hi. Does not seem approachable at all. Now, the apartments, themselves some may be nice. If you have an "upgraded" apartment. But, a new company took over and now smoking is allowed in the apartments, absolutely no amenities; but rent is outrageous. We looked at 2 apartments, but there is nothing appealing about this office manager, property or apartment. If you can afford to move somewhere else; do it. We chose to move to a more welcoming property.

The leasing staff and the maintenance crew are wonderful here. They are so kind and helpful and maintenance does a wonderful job of responding to problems. However, the conditions within the apartments are not so good. We had a 3/1. Maybe the townhomes and the apartments nearer the playground on the property don't have the same problems or problems at all, but ours had numerous problems. The first problem we noticed was the noise level and I am not talking about traffic noise, I am talking about you can hear the parents in the next apartment cussing out their toddlers and children noise level. There is a fly problem in the building we lived in. They came from the hallways and we are pretty sure they came from within the apartment itself, but they never went away, no matter what we tried. When the fall and winter months came, the window sills accumulated water from the condensation from the windows and no matter how many times we dried it, the next day we would have to dry them again. We tried numerous things to try to stop the condensation from happening, but nothing worked. We barely kept anything in our master closet, but when we moved out we found a substantial patch of mold on the closet wall and on one of the walls in the master bedroom. There is definitely not enough air circulation in the apartment. The apartment within a couple of months started to smell just like the building hallway: a mixture of poop and smelly feet. The only time the building didn't smell is when the cleaning crew came to clean the floors and that didn't last long either, maybe for only a day. Again, this happened in the apartment building we stayed in. Maybe, the other apartments and townhomes don't have this problem. However, the building we stayed in needs some serious TLC. I hope it gets it.

I have found my forever home. I love the location and office staff. My apartment was perfect for the price. Gotta check it out!

This property is really well maintained in the area. I've lived here for 5 years and I don't dream of leaving. It's very well kept, the office staff are constantly doing upgrades and doing landscape. Maintenance is really good and timely within 2 days of putting it in unless its an emergency.

Genuine love this community. Ciara and Shana are awesome. They are honest which I respect yet very kind. The community itself is really well maintained and the company is constantly doing clean up and upgrades to the community. Nothing but good things to say about here.

Most quiet apartment community. Very pleased with the customer service from the office. I only toured but I am for sure applying. The leasing girl showed me multiple apartments and it didn't phase her when I wanted to see multiple floor plans. She had things ready and available. I was very impressed with the cleanliness .

The staff was so professional and nice! The apartments are in such a convenient location, close to lots of restaurants and the freeway! My favorite property so far.

I love living here at Meadow View! The office girls are so kind and down to Earth. The apartments are so clean and really nicely upgraded for the price! The maintenance men have always addressed my work orders timely. The property is also kept up very well with landscaping.

I'm a current resident and the office staff is great and super friendly! Every time I encounter the girls, they always have smiling faces. The maintenance staff is also great. They always address my issue within 24 hours! I'm very pleased with my stay thus far at Meadow View. My apartment was really clean and all the apartments that the lady showed me were also very clean. Definitely great quality for the price in Springboro.

This neighborhood is so quiet. All the neighbors are super nice and welcoming! Location is perfect for me right by the highway and easy access to lots of restaurants and shopping. Maintenance is very quick and fixes things effectively! The office staff is very friendly and genuinely nice.

There is no way I would even consider renting any of these apartments due to the fact of how filthy the carpets are. You can get high quality remnants of NEW carpet for cheap! You can tell if property management is poor if they can't even replace the carpet. Absolutely filthy, I wouldn't want to even take off my shoes.

I would recommend this community x a million just because of the friendly customer service by the office staff and maintenance. The community is kept really clean and they screen their people thoroughly. Both the girls in the office know me by name just by meeting me once! The have upgraded the units nicely;putting hard wood floors and fresh carpet in every unit. Love it here!

Safe and quiet community. Great space for the price in the one of the best cities around Dayton/Cincinnati. The office staff are really kind and genuine. Love the feel of the community and that it's secluded with trees. It's very clean too, they do a great job maintaining and keeping on people if anybody throws trash out.

This community gets five stars. The customer service here is outstanding..the office girls are very pleasant and nice. Any issues I have always get addresses timely which I love and maintenance is quick too. I like that they are close by all the restaurants and the high way. I truly don't have any complaints. My apartment was very clean when I moved in and so were the apartments that the leasing girl showed me. The community is really well kept....Great prices for what you get and they all have updated light fixtures and the kitchens have all the appliances plus a dishwasher!!

I have lived here for 2 years and I can say that the new office staff is the best I've ever seen here. They have been getting stuff accomplished in 2 weeks what the old staff took 6-10 months. The community feels very safe to me and the location is ideal for me and my family....next to the highway, restaurants, grocery stores, parks etc. I really like that most of the apartments are all upgraded with nice appliances, new modern light fixtures, new flooring and there's always fresh paint. It was super important to me to have a pet friendly community, which they are and the better plus is they have no weight limits!... perfect for my German Shepard. Maintenance is awesome and fast.

Shana and Ciara really made my moving process very easy. I'm glad to see people who truly care for residents and their job. I'm really happy with my apartment. It was very clean and even the ones I toured other than my apartment were clean; cleanliness is one of my main concerns. I also really like all the amenities they offer like a playground, garages for rent, grilling pads, washer/dryer hookups & on-site laundry and they are pet friendly.

I have lived here for a few years and I have never been happier. The new management is doing an awesome job with changing things for the better and really making this neighborhood shine. The inside of the apartments have an abundance of space with walk in closets. I also like how they have upgrade them with new flooring, new paint, and updated fixtures and lighting. They are super pet friendly too, I love walking my dog around the neighborhood. There are always smiling faces in the office which is nice; they seem to really take pride in their jobs. If you want a great area without the crazy expensive price tag, I definitely recommend Meadow View!!

I really love this community. The new girls in the office are fabulous and made my process go so smoothly! I love that the location is perfect and close to many restaurants and stores. It's a great quality for the price... the apartments are upgraded and very clean inside. I highly recommend this community if you want a quiet community and great office staff!

I am new to the community and I am absolutely in love! The location is so ideal and the insides of the units are kept so clean and are newly upgraded. The grounds are really clean and I love the new management! They are really making this place shine.

I absolutely love these apartments. They also have short and long term leases which is a plus because we travel alot. The apartments are near the highway and minutes away from the mall and shopping centers. I've been here now for 8 months and I can truly say this is my home and the new office staff is absolutely amazing.
