Property Ratings at Meadow Walk Apartments
I have been living at Meadow Walk Apartments for 26 plus years. I have always experienced excellent service from the managers, maintenance and office staffs over my tenure as a resident. I must commend Dani, Susie and Terry in specific for providing exceptional customer service over the length of five years. I hope they will remain at Meadow Walk Apartments for the next 26 plus years and continue providing exceptional customer service to me and the entire Meadow Walk Rental Community. I wholeheartedly recommend Meadow Walk Apartments to any individual I know who want to become a rental apartment resident.
If you think you coming to live in a great community you wrong. The office they don't reply if you have a complaint the apt are big but dark the floor causes that you hear everything from other tenant and other tenant knows when you pee , s, taken a bath. And if you get a tenant in top who make noises the office will not do anything . You will be paying a high rent for a horrible place. Maintenance horrible Dont rent here you will regret it
I have been living here since late 2018 and I can't complain about many things. It is expensive rent but it is in a good neighborhood, the houses are nice and clean plus there is good maintenance staff in case any damage occurs. A plus is we don't pay water here so it balances out. I like the neighborhood and the fact that it is close to main street. The apartments are very nicely kept and include a pool and laundry which is a bonus. The only two complains I have is 1. Parking and 2. Noise. The parking is impossible, since there is no assigned parking here if you arrive to your home later than 8 pm any day do not expect to find parking near. Sometimes you won't find parking at all. I have literally seen tenants parking across the street from Meadow walk because there was no parking and that is silly to me. They really need to enforce their 2 car per apartment rule or give out assigned parking per apartments because the fact that we pay rent to live here and then don't even get to park where we live half the time is ridiculous. They should also add guest parking in the back somewhere to avoid non residents from taking our spots during the weekends. Another complaint I have is noise. If you work night shifts and need to sleep through the day this is not the place for you. The walls are very very thin and you can hear your neighbors quite easily. Unfortunately, for me my neighbors are extremely loud and inconsiderate. They are always waking my husband and I up at 6 A.M. Everyday with their screams and their child that screams back. This happens even on weekends and we are very very tired of it. Aside from this, even if you do not have loud neighbors like we do you will most likely still hear noise every now and then and that is not too bad. However, the truly annoying thing is the maintenance. If you work from home on some weekdays like I do you will constantly hear very loud noise from maintenance coming from the outside. This is expected from a place like Meadow walk where they are always keeping the buildings clean and fresh. I understand this disruption (Unlike my neighbors) but this is why I mentioned that if you work a night shift job and sleep through the day this is not the place for you. Those noises will definitely keep you up. And if you get unlucky like my husband and I and get toxic loud neighbors that scream and slam doors at all hours, god bless you.
The staff at Meadowwalks apartments are the best, the are very friendly and caring, One thing I like about this complex is that they come right away and fix things, and its kept up very nicely, I moved here from Philadelphia the staff was very helpful to me.
DO NOT RENT HERE. Association Management has many strategies to scam you for your money. For example, Management always posts paper notices on your door for time sensitive situations(Apartment inspection, etc). This time they sent me an email to my personal and did NOT put a envelop on my door stating I had to remove my car from the complex by a certain time because of renovations, if not it would be towed and I would have to pay $100. Of course I didn’t read the email like other residents and had my car towed down the street without knowing. 2 weeks later they put a nice envelop on my door reminding me I had to pay the 100$ on top of my rent LOL. This money goes straight to the association not even the towing company. Imagine how much money they made off the elderly people who don’t use emails? DO NOT RENT HERE.
Property Manager at Meadow Walk Apartments, Responded To This Review
Thank you for your review. We strive to communicate as effectively as possible with all residents regarding upcoming projects and unfortunately, email communication wasn't very effective for you. We also made various attempts to knock on doors and contact residents on the day of the project who had not moved their vehicles but we were obviously unsuccessful there too. Any fees charged to residents are direct cost incurred from the towing company and time/labor delays. Nonetheless, we'll take your feedback and use it to improve our methods of communication going forward and hope to better service you and all residents of our community.
Been living in Meadow walk apartments for over 7 years, living in their one bedroom for 4 years and in the 2 bedroom for the last 3 years. I couldn't be happier or pleased by the service and maintenance provided. The quality and spaciousness of the apartments are also exceptional. But were Meadow walk shines most brightly is in the staff that go that extra mile to make you feel at home. The office staff is friendly and very enthusiastic to help you. And the maintenance personal is very knowledgeable, never had a complaint when something needed fixing in my apartment. Highly recommendable.
I lived here for a year and love it. The building is conveniently located near a grocery store, and my kid's school. The management is responsive and professional. Overall, it's a great place to live!
This place has gone to the dogs. Noisy rude neighbors and an uncouth, uncaring property manager. Only good thing about Meadow Walk is its proximity to main street. Not a nice place to live. Staff is nice until you have an issue.
The worst company I met. They withhold my deposit of 2000. I talked to them and they asked me not to contact them again because I have moved out. They used my deposit to upgrade the kitchen appliance and said I "damaged" them. Ridiculous!!! I strongly recommend you not to rent their apartments or you will say goodbye to your money.
Friendly staff, great amenities, great location! Beautiful area and complex! Love it!
