Property Ratings at MEADOW WOOD
Not a good company to rent from. They do not advertise that this is a smoking friendly apartment complex so we found out after our bathroom started smelling. We repeatedly tried to get them to get the tenant below us to smoke not in his enclosed bathroom but to no avail. You will have to buy your own snow shovel because they will make you scrape your own deck. Ants were a big problem that they solved weeks after we requested maintenance. You will also be charged for the basic wear and tear of the apartment. Read your contract carefully and do not expect any of your security deposit back. We got $31 out of $500 after we deeply cleaned our apartment.
