They accept low income, have worked with us for almost 2 years now. The place is older but clean and had a pool they care good care of. The only thing I have a complaint about is packages getting stolen or going missing. I understand that is not completely their fault - but also some packages get sent to the wrong building. Staff is pretty friendly and do great at communicating. Maintenance is always quick and do the job ASAP (within a couple days for sure). I would give this place a high rating overall. I love living here for the most part.

The Office staff are great! The maintenance crew is very good and keeps property in very good shape as well as units. this seems to be a very safe area compared to other parts of Seattle and Shoreline. Not to leave out my neighbors who are all friendly and good neighbors!

Don't try to take advantage of their understanding just call them they will give you the true help you need if you just talk to the management. They care about their residence. Meadowbrook Apartments is located in Richmond Beach Community in a very quite and nice area. It is a peaceful home in a pleasing landscape setting surrounded by an abundance of trees and greenery. The small stream that runs through the property ads beauty to the place. Beside the outdoor swimming pool, and the elevator access, It has a nice parking lot, and it is accessible to public transportations and to elementary and high public schools. The management, the leasing professionals, and the maintenance people are very nice and friendly. The apartments are very wide and comfortable. The public library and the Pacific Ocean is about 10 minutes walk toward the west. The grocery stores and the pharmacy are about 10 minutes walk toward the east, and one block to the north from the First Lutheran Richmond Beach Church (FLRB). I have lived here for almost 9 years comfortably.

Management and some of the residents gave me a sweet welcome. The creek in the courtyard is soothing/relaxing; and the 0.8 mi walk/bike ride to QFC is nice on a beautiful morning or evening.
