1. Excellent Management. Always availble for help. 2. Service and repairs are always looked after in a timely manner. There is on-site repair person and an on-site cleaning person, Service people are friendly and knowledgable. 3. Apartments are large with odoor and indoor storage. 4. Fireplaces-electric and some still have wood-burning. 5. 1 block from Fish Creek Park!!! 6. Shopping close at hand. Dentist and Doctors and physio and Pharmacy. Fast food places are nearby. 7. Onsite security. Very very low for crime rate. I have not seen or heard of any B&E ever. 8. Excellent construction-almost fire proof. 9. New renters are screened. No loud parties etc. 10. The office is right at hand and available on a walk-in bases for any concerns or questions. There is a very comfortable hang-out inside the "chalet" style office. 11. The grounds are meticulously groomed and kept up by a professional company. 12. The common areas and laundry room are cleaned on a regular bases. 13 All legislative acts etc. are fully compled with. 14. Bus service 1/2 block. 15. Katz are welcome-small security deposit. 16. Garbage pick up is always timely and looked after. 17, Parking is available and the cold-weather plug in is looked after and paid for from the parking fee. 18, Deer, rabbits other furries as well as a variety of birds visit the grounds. Nice to see. 19. The smoke-free policy is a welcome item. Well, Enough for now. This review is written by Bonny.
