Please stay away unless you want to live under a tyrant. This place is unsafe for children. It's unsafe period.

Unsafe For Children(Speeding)
I do not recommend Meadowbrook Estates Quality Homes! ESPECIALLY IF YOU HAVE CHILDREN. They have removed speed bumps and allow people to speed the trailer park. My children have almost been hit multiple times. And management does nothing, But tell you to handle it like adults. And when you speak to people about it and ask them to slow down they want to get all offended, and say they went speeding. And police won't get involved because it's private property! Honestly if you truly care about the safety of your children don't come here. Because it's 10x worse in the Summer time.
