Property Ratings at Meadowbrook Mobile Home Community
My parents have lived there for over 15 years. A couple of years ago, new ownership took over I believe. I came to stay with my parents from out of state while in between houses. I have a 5 year old German shepherd mix. Two weeks after being at my mom’s trailer she received a letter saying i had 7 days to get rid of my dog because she was deemed as an aggressive breed(i can understand) I went to the office and explained to the very friendly front desk lady my situation, she said it was due to insurance issues. I told her it was fine and I would find a kennel to keep my dog while i was here. TWO Days later I saw a lady playing with her cane corso playing in her yard. Days later i saw a family playing with 2 pitbull puppies in their yard and more recently while walking with my two year old there was a grown pitbull loose...and we have seen German shepherds living here.... as far as i know if an insurance doesn’t cover them if they allow aggressive breeds —- it means all aggressive breeds not just the German shepherd that came to visit with me ??. Idk I thought that was odd.
