Meadowood Park of Wixom

Meadowood Park Apts has been my home for several years. I have found the front office and maintenence to serve above board. Every so often when I need maintenance service, I am always taken care right away and receive stellar service and excellent care by Ray. Thank You Office Staff...Thank You,Ray!

Over the past two weeks we have contacted them by phone, their management company, and emailed them. We even visited them during their listed hours on Saturday and the Leasing Office was closed. If they can't even respond to messages I'm supposing they're understaffed and are not good at handling maintenance.

I have lived in this apartment complex for 7 years, And I have never had anything but good experiences. People come and go but some of residents are the same residents that were here when I moved in. That has to say something about the apartment complex. I have to say. that the maintenance people are very kind and willing to help at all times. they take pride in there jobs, which makes it nice. The office staff. Joann I think one of the ladies names are, she is always there to greet you with a smile and help you in any way she can. Misty I can not say enough about Misty, if it wasn't for her being the manager of this apartment complex I would have moved by now. She has always been there to answer my questions and concerns . She just has a heart of gold. I am so thankful for all she has done for me and my family . This apartment complex is very welcoming and fair and I really am glad that I can call it my home. Thank you so much for all the amazing employees

I went here Friday for information on an apartment and felt very welcomed by management. They answered all my questions. This place is really nice looking and clean.

An insane monetary requirement for an apartment so cheaply made.

The area is near grocery stores and shopping centers. Also near 12 Oaks Mall. The apartments are well maintained. Also the landscaping is regularly cleaned. There is a nice playground and pool. I have a small dog. There is a dog park near the apartments. The school bus is accessible for K-12. It is a quiet neighborhood and I have lived here for 12 years.

Quiet and clean! Maintenance is quick to fix things too! People don’t bother stuff that u leave on the patio either! Apt complex has a country feel but is close to just about any place u can think of...(expressway, mall, groceries, etc)Very nice place to live!

The manager Misty is just amazing! We had some financial problems and got behind on our rent. Misty took the time helped us figure out. How to get caught up and not have to move. We love it here :) Did I mention that the manager ROCK'S! Everyone in the office is very sweet and down to earth. Easy to talk to managment.

I applied to the apartments and was denied and was told if I could clear what denied me like a bill I could apply again and be approved. I did so in a couple of days literally. I then called back to see if I could a apply multiple times and they kept saying there is no vacant apartments so I can’t apply. But when I came on here it was many available now and soon. They told me to contact them on a certain day and now there is nothing available online. I’m about to give up on trying. But the apartments and areas are nice but now I just feel like because I was denied once so they don’t care to work with me. So advice is make sure it goes through the first time guys cause you might get ran around like me. God bless.

I had initially applied online and Michelle was very good about getting me an approval decision quickly, telling me exactly what I needed to bring to complete my application, what fees to pay, etc. I was able to get all my paperwork in the same day; she looked it over and sent it in to Corporate. I have no issues whatsoever with the service provided locally at the leasing office. Corporate, on the other hand, needs to get their act together. I understand with income-restricted housing there are more hoops to jump through and the verification process is lengthy; however, I submitted my paperwork on September 20th. Today is October 21 and still no answer as to whether I passed corporate’s approval process, if something got delayed, when I can move in, etc. Long story short, I ended up just renewing the lease on my current apartment. I really wanted to move, but if this is the level of service I get as a prospective tenant, I can only imagine how abysmal it will be once they have me locked into a lease.

When I first walked into the leasing office, I met with such Joy. Janay and Ashley welcomed me as if we knew one another for years. Janay was on her A++ game, every question was answered with great detail, Ashley was very quick with the paperwork before and after signing the leasing. You wouldn't have know that Michelle was New because she was quick with getting the result for approval. This is the start of a Beautiful relationship with Meadowood Park Apartments.

I've been here for 7year's I love it! I Alway's Told Melissa she's awesome and took care thing's right awat! I must say Janay as well as Ashley are awesome they treats me with so much kindness and when I came to the office few times for help they got what was needes done in a very professional way I pray hope they stays in the office as management forever I would recommend anyone to these apartments they keeps everything well maintained I alway's was patient in whatever I needed done but the maintenance alway's on time when I ever put a order in! Thanks everyone Z I'm still here I really appreciate you all so much!

I am a new resident. Meadowood Park is a nice apartments complex to lived, it’s affordable, surrounded by hospital, shopping stores, and different restaurants. I recommended this apartments to anyone! The Assistant Manager, Ashley (Congratulations on her promotion) & Staffs are professional, willing to work with you, and friendly as well! I have been living at the Meadowood Park apartment community, since 2016. I have a 3-bedroom, 2-full bath apartment home. It is very spacious. One of my bedrooms, I'm able to look out and see the verdant landscape. The overall grounds are very well maintained; Holiday themes are displayed around the office area, which brings on a positive, festive feeling. I truly enjoy living here. Office staff is gracious, kind in communication and interaction, and stellar in addressing any repairs/concerns (which are very few) that may occur. Expeditiously and proficiently, maintenance staff responds to repair requests as needed. Each time I have occasion to visit the office, I am greeted by a warm and welcoming smile by Melissa (the office manager), Ashley and Janay. Meadowood Park apartment community is a safe place to live, and the comfort I continue to experience is why I'm continuing my residency. This is a community where home can be home for a very long time. I look forward to my continued stay in a place I lovingly call "my quaint castle".

I have lived here for almost 2 years. I have a 3 bedroom, 2 bath apartment. It's spacious, clean and all of the office staff are very friendly. The manager Meliisa is a great person. She assists me in every way possible. If I ever have an issue, it is taken care of immediately. I feel safe and at peace in my beautiful apartment.

I have lived in Meadowood Park Apartments for 2 and a half years. These are spacious, family friendly apartments. Everything is so clean and well kept. Whenever I’ve had to call maintenance, which was only once, they were very quick with responding. Every trip I’ve had to the leasing office has been great as well. Janay and Ashley are great and always so helpful, they keep a smile on my face!!!! I love Meadowood and I’m sad to be leaving.

Today is my move in day and i must say i have had a pleasant experience with these apartments everything was clean and neat the janay and Ashely was very professional and helpful thorough out the entire process. I recommend them to anyone.

I have lived here for over 10 years and I must say it is very safe and I love the convenience of being close to the freeways and shopping centers. My apartment is wonderful and I must say I love having two full bathrooms in my unit. I love the new people in the leasing office. They are very pleasant and they take care of my concerns as soon as I bring it to their attention. We have had three different managers since I've lived here and I must say the current ones have been the best. Melissa, Janay and Ashley please keep up the good work and stay the same don't change. I'd like to extend a personal thank you to Janay for always calling me back and putting my work orders in immediately. If you want a safe environment this is the place for you to live.

They allow a lot of trashy people to live here. It takes them months to do repairs even with you paying rent on time every month. This is not a good place to live. Don't waste yoir time or money.

The community and location of this apartment complex is phenomenal. And while it is a bit pricier than some other wixom locations, it's a better run complex and much safer. However, the office staff is incredibly incompetent and getting answers to any of your questions is nearly impossible. Melissa in particular is extremely unpleasant and seems to just not enjoy her job or the people in the community which is kind of a bummer. If you can look past those who greet you in the office and stick it out through the grueling application process, you will love your new home. Hopefully management begins to focus a bit more on the people in their community.

First, I would like to say my apartment is very spacious. Great office staff. Lots of Parking. Rent is affordable. Maintenance is great always come if needed. Around alot of shopping.

I love my apartment the staff is very nice and helpful and sweet when you need things they always there I really like this place.

this place is full of kids, i wouldnt really say it's a place for teenagers. it is more toddlers and elementary school age of children. the maintenance workers are very polite and they work very efficiently. you may be bored because it's in the middle of nowhere, but the workers at the main office have slight attitude problems that could be fixed with more training, but overrall this is a lovely place to live.

Pinewood apartment is the best complex I ever lived in the staff is very friendly, polite, respectful and helpful when you need them I had a problem with my dishwasher and the maintenance person came over in one day they was very sweet and kind I would recommended this apartment to my friends and family. Its very clean, quiet and the neighbors are nice great locations to stores and restaurants and gas stations and banks I like it so much.

I love, love , love my apartment it is peaceful and quite. My apartment is great for my two children as well there are a lot of children who stay in the complex .That my children play with everyday . My neighbors are great in very friendly . The staff at my apartment are always there when you call for anything . We have a pool as well as a 24 hour gym that I love . My apartment rocks completely. ..

I moved here in November, and I couldn't be happier, Maintenance comes same day, or the next day. And the office staff is great!

I just moved to this address a month ago and I can say it was truly worth the wait! I love my new home and so does my family it's in such a peaceful environment and I love it. We couldn't have chosen a better place to call home than Meadowwood park!

I use to love my apartment but not so much anymore. The grounds aren't being kept up at all. The rent is good for a 3 bedroom apartment but a little small an I need more storage.

The inside/layout of my apartment is fine. The things that I wish were better/different is some of the people/neighbors in the community. Those that liter, allow their children to stay out late, run around the complex making all kinds of noise, ride through the complex with their radio loud, etc.

Currently renting a 3 bedroom/2 bath unit and it is very spacious. Lots of closet & storage space. Washer and dryer in the unit. Maintenance is excellent. They are always prompt to make any repairs. Cost is reasonable for the size. Complex is affiliated with DHS so there are income requirements. Office personal is friendly and helpful. This a large complex and a nice community.
