Oklahoma City is a thriving city right at the heart of Oklahoma. The city’s thriving economy is complemented by its exciting nightlife and entertainment options. Downtown is home to the Myriad Botanical Gardens and the Oklahoma City Zoo, two extremely popular family-friendly attractions. The Myriad Gardens also include the Oklahoma Shakespeare in the Park production at the Water Stage.
The Oklahoma City Thunder has built a dedicated fan base, and things always get pretty wild around the Chesapeake Arena on game days. The arts community is quite active with galleries, museums, theater productions, and a music scene incorporating everything from underground alternative bands to the Oklahoma City Philharmonic.
The city has been expanding in recent years, and Oklahoma City proper is much easier to get around with public transportation than most other cities in the region, including rail service.

Property Ratings at Meadowood Village Apartments
Water is constantly being turned off several times a week, ROACHESSSSSS GALORE!!!! SOME of their maintenance can fix things definitely not all of them. & best of all , don’t let you get yourself into a hardship no matter what. Not even a full month late with rent due to a new job schedule & they will evict you!!! Hopefully the little gimpy hand lady in the office or the Other lady never fall short.
The new management is so friendly and they always listen to any problems I have with my apartment. They also are willing to work with me when I am a little late on rent. The maintenance guys are super nice and always let me know updates on any issues with my apartments. The pool is so clean and has been open all last summer and this summer!
They say this and that but its all LIES! I moved in Dec and no A/C still after four months of asking to fix it. Also no outlets work and i'm disabled and i can't use my medical bed!! No water pressure and my oven/ stove blew because its all electric and set off my smoke detector at 5AM. Don't wast your time here!
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME, MONEY, AND WELL BEING ON THIS ESTABLISHMENT. Initially, my interest peaked when I saw an advertisement for no rent charged for the first month. In the 5 months that I have stayed in these apartments, I now know their purpose in advertising free rent. Upon moving in, there were multiple broken objects in the apartment (I talked with a couple of other residents and apparently the management is notorious for losing the inventory list you give to them). The first month that we stayed here, after moving in 2 weeks after our set move in date (ten minutes after we signed the lease, we were warned by our neighbor, at the time, to not move here) we had no air conditioning for almost an entire month. This is the middle of the summer, by the way. We were told by maintenance (who insisted every time they came to check on the unit, the air worked, but conveniently stopped working when we were there) and management that it was our fault that the air didn't work. I've had 2 additional issues with this property that has been blamed on us, the residents. The maintenance, as a whole, does not care to quickly get issues fixed (like they advertise). They will tell you they have no issues with pests. But there have been complaints of ant, roach, and bed bug infestations from many residents. The worst of all my experiences here would have to be dealing with the property manager, Dana. She doesn't care for her residents, and somehow finds a way to blame every problem that happens on the resident. She threatens to take legal action against residents so quickly, it makes you question her motives not only as a manager, but as a human, in general. She is a very unpleasant person, and it is very evident upon meeting her. I have 7 months to endure in this hell hole. I am counting down the seconds. Please spare yourself the headache. Go find somewhere else to stay and don't give this management and property the opportunity to gain another dime from anyone.
WARNING.....DO NOT AND I MEAN DO NOT MOVE INTO THESE APARTMENTS....us the outside will get you, they care more about the lawn than the tenants being comfortable. They will stay on you to make sure you pay rent but they do not fix ANYTHING, my 3 year old was hospitalized with a bad asthma attack due to the major mold problem and they did nothing to fix it, I had no heat in the winter and no air in the summer, they came over during the days the weather was not so hot, the maintenance guy Jeremy told me that I need to leave when it is extremely hot out and go to the pool or somewhere else cooler, ummmm so pay rent for what, and the manager Dana was there and said nothing, they tried to tell me that I was just turning g my air off and sitting in the heat, does that make sense when I have a small child and grandchildren. I had no hot water, tub leaking, they do a five second patch up and it is messed up again, I reported repairs to the Assistant Manager Kenisha as well as the manager Dana and nothing ever get done, they are rude, they lie and cover for each other, that was a miserable experience ever. They are so 2 faced and RUDE, the apartments would be nice if they get rid of their management team and maintenance. They deserve no stars. Oh let me not leave out the bad ant problem, I side and outside of the apartment. Their is no confidentiality, there is no reason for a make ready person to be standing at my door with management when they are coming to talk to me and especially when they are a tenant there too and Kenosha's friend. I never liked going in the office for anything because it is like going to the principals office with them, I have saw them run from the lady that brings the snacks but they will take what she leave. The whole time my air been out, I never was offered a window unit at all. They need people in there that care about their tenants. They will also go online and put your repairs in,they tell you they can't go I there and do anything but that is a big lie, Dana said once you make a repair, we put it in, that is a lie, that never happened until now, I have screenshots of it all.
I really like the apartment and the area. I can say that the complex has a great regional manager who really cares and takes care of business. The negative side is the on-site manager has no desire to relate to tenants and made very clear that "we(tenants) all have excuses and we all say the same things," mind you I've been here a year and a half and almost moved because of personnel before, but I stayed because the district manager cleaned house and things improved. I upgraded to a townhome after being driven out of my initial apartment by the people above me who were horrible and broke every rule in the handbook but somehow avoided eviction until I moved. Now in my new townhome I have had several floods caused by the a/c condensation drain line becoming clogged backing up into my living room, hallway, wet bar, and bathroom. It took a month of maintenance coming in and out at all hours before they fixed it. Once that cleared up I wake up to sewage in front of my window next to my door. I called and was told they would send someone to look at it but I was not made aware if they did or did not and wasn't told anything. After weeks of sewage building up I got upset, I went to the office to get an answer, I was told that it was supposed to be fixed but it wasn't. And I'm still left with human waste in front of my door. I've been patient with them and just dealing with the human waste for 7wks. With my patience I for some reason expected some patience in return but the manager basically said she didn't know what's going on with the plumbing, and she has no sympathy that I've had to put up with the sewage backing up for so long. I was told I'm no different than the worst tenant. Being a long-term good tenant means nothing because everyone comes in with excuses. So that's your manager. You're not allowed to have a bad month or make mistakes but it's acceptable to live with sewage 2ft from your door. It's okay that they ignore your request to have something fixed because they're busy and make mistakes. We're not allowed to make mistakes and she does not care about what "we" go through. Her office problems are more important. Once I recieve an apology or she is no longer here I will take this down. But new tenants should know what they're walking into. Like I said upper management is excellent A , they just can't find a good manager and the assistant just writes down what you say but never passes the message along which causes problems when you have issues.
Been here for almost 2 years and it's been great good location for shopping the area is nice the staff have been great few change overs but everybody has been good to me always friendly
I really like the apartment I live in. They are roomy like a house, my neighbors are very friendly and the staff is awesome. I gave lived here since 2009.
Apartment is nice, staff rude, ok pool too dirty, neighbors nice
I have lived here for 4 months now and I have had 8 different maintenance problems. 4 have been leaks in separate areas in the apartment. Also the sewer sometimes backs up right outside my front door. Yuck!!! Lastly the latest leak has taken them a full week to fix so now the place smells like mildew. Moving out when lease is up and would love free rent for the rest of my life!!!!!
