Property Ratings at Meadows II Apartment Homes
This is an excellent well tucked community. Everyone keeps to themselves, the amenities are nice and our kids love the pool. Management and staff are great and responsive. The only con is the rent increases yearly but it’s to be expected and when compared to other apartments in town rent is comparable or still of greater value especially for the square footage. It’d be amazing to get a special offer or discount for renewing. Other than that a great place to live for a family or roommates.
The management of this community has for years now, been skimping on normal upkeep of the buildings. The exteriors needed to be painted YEARS AGO, and now the roofs need to be replaced... but nothing gets done. The community looks shabby and unkempt , and it NEVER used to look like this. The manager is not in the office A LOT,but "your emails are welcome". She does not communicate at all about basic things that a community manager would normally inform the tenants about, such as when the pools opening day is, and when the pools last day is. Today, I just went up to use the pool one last time before it turns the season, and surprise! The pool was closed for the season, without any notice or warning.This manager does not effectively communicate. My theory is that she gets a bonus at the end of the year if she keeps costs down.... and in the meantime we all get to live in a shabby, ugly community that does not get refreshed, so she can forego spending the normal money that should be spent to upkeep the community in a respectable manner. This new manager has raised the rent each and every year, and even during covid lockdown year, she raised the rent! No care or concern for what anybody was having to go through. When this manager came on, she put everyone on a water and gas meter, so that now we all receive an extra $50.00 bill each month, that used to just be included in our normal rent. No happy at all with her or the "maintenance" workers, that really don't do much.

Being a long-term resident, I am sure you recall the pool closing shortly after Labor Day each year. We were pleased to extend the pool amenities for an additional two weeks this year and hope your noticed our efforts. In the future, we will send out pool opening and closing memos through our updated communication portal powered by Rent Café”. Also, please review the bulletin board at the mail center where Important updates and notices are posted. As for rent increases and utility billing, we greatly understand your displeasure. We hope you understand that we try our best to provide value to your tenancy by keeping the landscape beautiful and Completing all maintenance work orders promptly (usually within 24 hours) and are hopeful that you will notice the future updates we have planned. The trees were just trimmed and we are beginning an exterior lighting upgrade next week. We sincerely hope you will continue being one of our valued residents and thank you again for voicing your concerns.
My wife and I have lived in this apartment for almost 7 years now. I can tell you first hand that they will treat you fairly and courteously. Any issue we've ever had, even the most minor, they have jumped to make sure its not an inconvenience to us. They even went an extra mile for me as I'm a disable person in making sure my needs have been met. We've had very few issues over the last 7 years and even with all that has gone on with CoVID and etc, the owner worked out a solution for all residents living here. They care about their residents and the community around them! I can really say, "We love it here. We will continue to remain here as long as we can." Thanks again!
Be very careful Pat wants your $50.00 and then she said she rented it out and told my friend she had been working with another person for seven days and I was working with her for five days I faxed my credit report and my room mates back ground check and yesterday she wanted my room mates credit report I am a great tenant and was floored when she said she rented out and they do not except credit cards debit cards and take your money and then rent it out to someone else she also said it was because I did not put the down payment of $400. it states clearly that once you get the credit check then you put down the deposit why would I send a $400. deposit until my credit check I want a copy of it but like I said this is a scam. This sounds like a total misunderstanding. I know Pat. She has been in the business for 35 years and does not scam anyone. A lot of offices do not take credit or debit cards. Maybe this was just a first qualify and do a deposit gets the apartment.

This is completely false. We can not hold an apartment without a deposit and we never received one. The customer was told up front that the credit check was good and to bring a deposit to hold. Which she never done, therefore it was rented.
Visited this property recently and was impressed with the area. Nice quiet community with senior center close by. Very likely to call them back when my current lease is up. Very friendly staff to show up around the complex. I was impressed with the area and community.
We have lived here for 10 months! The staff is amazing! Maintenance repairs issues within 24 hours, usually within an hour. The complex is quiet. Love the gym! Beautifully landscaped! We had a bad experience before this for our first time renting after being homeowners for 15 years! We LOVE living here!!
