Meetinghouse

In a great neighborhood but these apartments aren’t it. The walls are incredibly thin, which makes working from home difficult with the thumps of your upstairs neighbors simply walking, dogs barking, kids yelling. No AC offered in some units, barely any storage space, smells of wet dog and weed everywhere. Water takes forever to warm up, especially in the sinks. Be sure to really tour the unit you’re moving into & beware!

Would you like to live in a new facility? surrounded by an interesting community of stores, restaurants, movie theater, and grocery store. The parking garage accommodates not only motor vehicles but also bicycles. I was excited to find that each apartment had a washer and dryer.

Comfortable floor plans with multiple community-centric features in the building. Not to mention in Sellwood-Moreland, one of the most desirable places to live in Portland.

I loved living at Meetinghouse! Very modern looking apartments, great location, quiet, with extremely kind staff and residents. When I got COVID, management worked with me when it came time to pay my bills and were very helpful any other time I had questions.

It was ridiculously fast and easy to apply, tour and set up the lease. The leasing staff make move in as easy as possible by reserving an elevator and providing a dolly to move your items. Theyre also available everyday if you have questions!

I have loved it here so far. Its clean, comfortable and the location cannot be beat!

Good location, great space, and friendly neighborhood

Meetinghouse in Sellwood is a fantastic place to settle in. From the courtyard to the large windows letting in tons of natural light to the modern finishes, you will like it here.

I have loved living at Meetinghouse so far! I feel safe in this neighborhood and love the Sellwood area. I was nervous about living in a studio at first but I love how I still have a bedroom space and it is the perfect size for me! Everything is clean and the appliances and large windows of my apartment are my favorite! Communication and the leasing process went very smoothly!

Meetinghouse is an excellent community with friendly tenants, a beautiful grounds, a helpful management team, and breathtaking apartments. I would highly recommend.

Great apartments with great amenities at a reasonable price. Lovely neighborhood and very responsive staff- all in all a great experience thus far!

I regret signing a lease. This apartment building is not safe. Theft in the mailroom is frequent. There are regular incidents in which the trash is not cleared in a timely manner and the room overflows with trash. The stair carpets are saturated in dog urine. It is a great location and that is all the good I can say about it.

We have been here 3 weeks and really have enjoyed our new apartment and community. We were looking for quiet and are able to find it in this wonderful neighborhood surrounding The Meetinghouse. The apartment itself is clean, bright, modern and cozy. We have a south-facing apartment and enjoy the light and views of the trees. We also have enjoyed a couple dinners in the large courtyard. If you are a bike commuter you will find lots of ample space in the he bike room to lock up your bike. We are very satisfied with our new home and enjoy all the amenities and food/drink options this area has to offer.

If you love the city like me, but dont want to live downtown, then come join me at Meetinghouse apartments! With easy access to the east and west side, you will be in awe of all the biking possibilities. Whether you want to stroll the local shops or enjoy the farmers market, your dog will be happy too! The staff are friendly and the building is recently built with energy efficient appliances and lots of natural light. Its truly a nice place to live!

I have loved living at Meetinghouse thus far. The big windows allow so much light to pour in, which is a must for me in the winter months. I have a north facing, top floor apartment that has beautiful views of Mt. St. Helens and part of the West Hills and Portland; it's definitely a plus! I love the design of the kitchen with the big island, the fixtures and appliances. It feels bright, relaxing and clean and is a place I look forward to coming back to. The Sellwood-Moreland neighborhood is amazing, there are so many trails and incredible restaurants close by. I've also loved being so close to the river which allows me to go paddle boarding often.

The Meetinghouse Community is a great home. The units are spacious and comfortable with new modern fixtures. The neighbors and staff are friendly. You really get a cozy home within a larger community.

I love the location, which is quiet, feels safe, and easily walkable to parks, restaurants, and the grocery store. It also seems like the residents here are very respectful and considerate with regards to noise levels, social distancing, etc. The staff are helpful, supportive, and quick to respond to my questions. My apartment itself is very sleek and spacious - I adore the high ceilings and big windows! It's been a really positive experience.

Residents & staff are all very friendly, it is a nice place to live.

Paper thin walls and ceiling. Do not come here if you’re a light sleeper. You hear everything. People in the hallways. People entering and leaving their apartment, cabinets shutting. I can w me hear the kid 3 apartments down crying. Very nice but good sleep isn’t a option if you have neighbors.
