Management is caring and efficient. We love the location, the apartment and the 55+ community. So close to all shopping and services. We could not be happier!

About six months ago, I was looking for a quiet, new place for my retirement life. Melbourne IV 55+ is PERFECT. What I love about my residence is everything the professional management team described to me but much more. 1. First and foremost, the outstanding professional management team who goes beyond their responsibilities to make sure you are happy with your residence, following up to see if there is anything that I needed once I had moved in. 2. the quiet yet friendly neighbors 3. the kind, professional and so knowledgeable maintenance team who always makes sure they listen and immediate handle any requests leaving no mess behind 4. the beautiful landscape of bushes and trees are kept very nice to enjoy from inside or outside my place In conclusion, Melbourne IV 55+ is and will continue to be my place of choice because they really care about their residents and they show it! I love my home here.
From the beginning Leasing agent Abriana was the best exceptional help in explaining what Melbourne 55 had to offer. Same day we looked at a demo apartment as they were under construction. I filled out application and Abriana worked on it and I was approved within an hour. The apartment itself I really love brand new nobody had lived in it. Many great qualities front load washer and dryer in the unit ceiling fans, plenty if closet space. Laminate flooring living room and kitchen, carpet in bedroom. I really love the walkout door the a huge deck also the building has elevator. Any maintenance issues have been addressed in a timely manner. I highly recommend Melbourne 55 and over living
