Live in Paradise! Melrose on Waters is a community of 1 bedroom Apartments. Unlike cookie-cutter boxy buildings, our property is designed with balconies and windows and has a homey feel. All units have balcony areas and some have yards. All units have a storage room included. The interior of the units is highlighted by Stainless steel appliances, hard flooring, laundry machines, granite counters, and warm earth tone paint colors. There is a sparkling pool in the common area and parking. The grounds have beautiful trees and grass areas. Please apply on tbpmg.com We do not accept pets. Common utilities start at $65 per person per month extra and vary depending on the number of occupants. We do a 1-year lease.

Melrose At Waters Review

I've lived at Melrose at waters for three years now and I will tell you this, you won't find a most peaceful place to call home. The staff from management to maintenance everybody have been quite friendly and display great customer service. The neighbors have been pretty good during my time as far as being to noisy or causing trouble in anyway. The only real reason why I won't be renewing this time around is because of the current is out of my range that I would like to pay($800-850) which wouldn't be a problem if I made more money. The unit where is stay had a washer/dryer hookup and was a nice and remodel inside. I'm going to miss it here but it was time to go.
