Terrible Terrible Terrible
Several issues with this place, too many to even go into detail to be honest. To name a few: false promises, overcharges, slow maintenance, inappropriate rent hikes for the quality of the building, absolutely disgusting and poorly kept dumpster area,"new" gates that are constantly broken, frustrating parking, rude management that never answers the phone.

Renters beware! This place is horrible!
If I could give this place no stars I would. The buildings here are very old and consistently break down. The maintenance men response times are very slow if completed at all. The office staff will always assure you they will take care of you, but constantly lie about amounts owed for rent, work orders they put in , and any other thing you ask them for. The only thing good about this place is the location and semi low prices. Otherwise, I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

Poor
These pep have no idea how to run this place. We renewed our lease in an agreement that they would replace our appliances,clean our rugs, replace out fan In The living room that had a short in it, refinish our tub that is peeling all up. It’s been over two months and what little they did do we had to go to the office every other day. I have had 2 workers walk right into my apartment! Can they not read the numbers in the doors! They also did not inform me once that workers would be coming into my place! I have a dog and it would have scared her to death. Not to mention the danger of just letting them come in unannounced!I called and the lady said they can come into out apt. Anytime they please! Um no! By law they need to give 24 hour notice! They have a 25 pound weight limlit in With dogs that they do not inforce! We have a upstairs neighbor with a huge dog that we have to listen to running around all day. They do not inforce picking up dog waist and it smells so awful in this heat! They have one area for trash for all these pep! It’s always overflowing and stinks to high heaven! They never clean the ground infront if it. It’s filthy and smelly! Tree limbs fall and they just leave them there as a hazard! For Months!!! The workers trampled my plant and I had to raise allot of heck to get it replaced! The workers also leave nails and trash everywhere! It even got caught up in our jeep axel and a nail punctured out tire! We have been here two years! We thought that with new ownership it would have gotten better! Nope!!! Just as bad as the last owners if not worse! I wish we could afford to move from here. Horrible management! They will straight look you in the eye and lye about why things aren’t being taken care of!!!

Best price!
We decided to move here because of the price it was way better than any others we looked at considering the granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Also the cabinets are new too! There was a few issues in our apartment but Neurise the maintenance guy came and fixed them the same day. They don't have a gym here so that's a bummer...the parking is good so far. HEB is a stones throw away lots of food places around here. Management is super friendly and helpful i think Jorge and Liana.(my last apartment i could never get a hold of ANYONE in the office) I see a lot of workers around here painting the buildings and doing work to the office. i have high expectations for this place and so far its been good.

Save your money and go somewhere else
The A/C is broken and the mantines can't fix it. The refrigerator goes out every month and they still haven't provided me with a new one. The lights in the kitchen flash on and off. They claim they are ordering new lights, but it's been a whole month now and I still haven't received the new lights. When I first moved in to this place I had to clean everything because the restroom and kitchen was disgusting. The trash is suppose to be picked up twice a week and they hardly do that.

Laurel Ridge Apartments review
I have been in my apartments almost 3years now,i absolutely love the location everything is pretty much walking distance,theres an heb right behind my house thats walking distance thats convenient.The staff is always helpful and willing to work with me when iv'e had crises situations,the maintenance staff is always quick to respond when you have a need or emergency,and very friendly,ive always received my packages without any trouble.The pool area is very nice it has a nice barbeque area that is large enough to entertain guests.

Dont rent here!
The is the worst complex ever! I been here for a year now and will be leaving in the next two weeks. The office staff is horriable. Maintenance is extremly slow. and every two seconds some breaks in the apartment and they blame you for it. Stay clear of this place

Love the location!
The apartments are clean and have an "at home" feel to them. The office staff is fabulous and maintenance was there FAST when we had a small problem. You are within walking distance from everything you need!

Worst Apartment Complex I have ever stayed in.
The management is hostile and combative. They also do have a bad cockroach problem. They will change the cost of your rent without telling you. Trust me, steer clear of this place!
