I have lived here for around two years now. I have even transfered units and the leasing office really helped me out in my situation and moved so quickly to get me set up in a new place. The units are so clean and fresh when you move in. Maintanence is quick and also very kind to have conversations with. No issues living here and happy to be staying.

We absolutely love living at memorial hills. Prior to this apartment, we had never resigned a lease to stay at any apartment we lived at before but I resigning at memorial hills was a no brainer. We love our space, location, and the amenities.

I was diagnosed with CIRS a few months ago, and finding a clean, well maintained home to live without prior water damage has been a challenge. The air quality in the building is amazing and the dehumidifier below the HVAC in each unit is brilliant. I will be posting Memorial Hills as the best option I could find in Houston for meeting the needs of mold sensitive CIRS patients across the support groups I participate in. Memorial Hills is a hidden gem ?? the CIRS community is about to get aquatinted with.

It’s great here. It’s peaceful and quiet and the location is amazing. The complex is clean and the amenities well taken care of. Renewing my lease was a no brainer.
So far I have no complaints. I've only been here three weeks and hope my initial experience continues throughout my time here. Neighbors are friendly. Apartment is quiet and serene. Staff has been extremely accommodating.

Very nice. Liked the view from the 6th floor balcony and the staff is very helpful. Coffee lounge and the pool side area are the best to spend time.

With the recent hurricane and subsequently the power outages; the water supply situation is abominable. It is absurd that we pay this much money to live here for the “luxury amenities” but the moment we lose power we also lose water and somehow you can’t provide a backup generator? So far this complex seems to be the only place charging luxury prices while leaving their tenants stranded with not a plan B in sight. Do better.

Memorial Hills have been a positive living experience overall. Fantastic location in Houston, close to almost every major road or freeway, close to so many shops and restaurants. I just moved into Memorial Hills a couple weeks ago, and I have nothing but positive things to say so far! The entire touring, applying, and moving in process was seamless — the leasing team was extremely helpful and they were clear communicators every step of the way. It’s a great complex in an amazing location.

Memorial Hills is the best place I’ve ever lived. I love how well it is managed and maintained and the location can’t be beat. My neighbors are the best and I always feel safe.

It is a very nice complex. I wish they would work on maintenance and there are ongoing issues with doors, garage entry points. I am happy near however they need to work on ongoing issues more in details. I think the building maintenance has changed since new management. Pretty lax about issues with various things include printer and various amenities. I am not very satisfied living here are the rent is pretty high compared to other places, there you would imagine the maintenance would be excellent. If things need to be helped they need to be replaced.

I really love it here. the community is beautiful, and clean, and the management is very friendly and helpful. The amenities are beautifully kept.

I love this place. Great community atmosphere and everyone is friendly. Amenities are great and you have trail access 5 min away walking distance.

Been living here since October and my resident experience has been a 10/10. Office does a great job communicating with residents, the resident events twice a month are so fun, and overall, I love the location of where we live!

So happy living in the Memorial Hills. Brittany and the front office were great. Love how close it is to walk over to Buffalo Bayou and tall ceilings in the apartment. Everyone has been so nice. Really happy!

The location alone surpassed all other complexes we looked into. Great place for kids with ballpark and playground across the street. Office is always clean, hallways smell good, and neighbors are nice.
