Located in northern Central Texas, Fort Worth is often coupled with neighboring Dallas. But Fort Worth has a unique character all of its own. Equal parts Wild West and modern sophistication, Fort Worth is known as the City of Cowboys and Culture. In Fort Worth, you can just as easily visit a championship rodeo as you can a world-class museum.
There is no shortage of world-class museums in Fort Worth. You have your choice of exploring the Kimbell Art Museum, Fort Worth Museum of Science and History, National Cowgirl Museum and Hall of Fame, and many more. Head over to the Fort Worth Stockyards National Historic District to step into the Old West and learn the history of the livestock industry in Texas. Every Friday and Saturday, you can witness the Stockyards Championship Rodeo at Cowtown Coliseum.

Property Ratings at Mercantile Square
we was approved for unit 10 apartment 302 ! Or something like that & THEY SYSTEM WAS SO CALLED DOWN ! We went up there today and seen an lease on the counter but they told us they couldn’t give us our lease ! WHILE SITTING in the PARKLOT we see another resident walking out WITH AN LEASE !!!!
I have been a resident for only 1 month and I hate it!! My upstairs neighbors are so noisy!!! All day all I hear is loud thuds that scare and wake my 1 year old out of her sleep. I hate I even signed a 1 year lease. I am so ready to move it’s not funny. Whatever you do do not move here!!! The walls are thin and you can hear everything. Right now my upstair neighbors are throwing a party & I can’t even sleep. This place is unbearable!!!

Hello, We apologize that you had a negative experience. Customer service is very important to us and we value our residents as well as the feedback we receive from these reviews. We hope that you will still consider Mercantile. Thanks!
They are worse than a used car lot. They don't follow their own process of income proof. Your W2 shows your annual income however they try to add to it and disqualify you. And tell you that you can have up to 7 people in a 3 bedroom. This was the worst experience ever and very shady.
Property Manager at Mercantile Square, Responded To This Review
Thank you for your review. We appreciate and take all feedback seriously. We are sorry you feel you had a poor experience at Mercantile Square. I hope we can clarify the application steps for you. The first step is to "prequalify" your income. If we have determined that your income may qualify, you move on to the 2nd step of completing the application. Once the application is completed, the background check is ran and we get a "pre-approval" determination. At this point if you have are "pre-approved", the following steps is to "prove" your income, rental history, etc. (examples: check stubs, child support, etc.). The next step is for the file to be reviewed by the Community Manager and then sent to our compliance team. The process can take anywhere from 7 days to 30 days. It all depends on if the leasing team has EVERYTHING they need from the applicant, if there are any mistakes on the application or sometimes how many applications the property has can determine the length of the application approval process. We would like to speak to you personally to clear up any other concerns that you may have. Please email MercantileSquare@NRPgroup.com, Attention: Selina Gonzalez, Community Manager. She will be happy to assit you. Thank you.
They wasted time of a friend for almost 2 months now , they keep telling her to bring stuff and later said they are waiting for the management to approve her . If you have 2 month to waste , you can try them . They don’t care about you .
