Mercato Grove is an excellent environment! Residents and staff are very friendly, helpful and we enjoy how quiet our unit is. Grounds are very well maintained and we enjoy living here very much!

Mercato Grove is n exceptional Residential Community. The amenities are lovely, the location is exceptional, the apartments are modern and with high end appliances, and fixtures. The cleaning staff keeps the facility immaculate. The Management team and Maintenance Crew are exceptionally courteous, concerned and helpful. The grounds and landscaping are exceptional, making walks such a pleasure! it is a wonderful bonus having the Apartment Complex being Dog Friendly! I cannot imagine a more wonderful place to live than Mercado Grove!

At 70 years old, I hadn’t rented in 50 years. I was very nervous about what to expect. My leasing agent made the process a smooth transition. I love Mercato Grove and all the fantastic amenities. My only regret is not having moved here sooner!

Mercato Grove is an absolutely wonderful place to live! The Staff members are o helpful and caring, and the apartment and amenities are simply gorgeous. The location is superb, as it is centrally located to so many other communities shopping, medical care..... and other residents have become friends and such friendly acquaintances during my stay here. The landscaping is so beautiful! I walk often and it is such a pleasure to be surrounded by such gorgeous Flower Gardens. The General Manager, the Maintenance Crew, the Cleaning Woman, and the Front Desk Receptionists are ALL so helpful, friendly, and concerned with helping the Residents in every way they can.

We have lived here since the time the building opened. We have been pleased with the quality of the service provided, the care of the facility and the convenient location.

Mercato has a great staff, lovely apartments, and is in a location that offers easy access to nearby shopping malls, and restaurants.

The staff is tremendous; each person is eager to serve, assist, meet the Residents' needs, and maintain the apartments and lobby, etc. The amenities are spectacular, and the location is ideal! My individual apartment is so lovely with it's high end finishes and large, nearly floor to ceiling windows and gorgeous appliances.

Mercado Grove is an exceptional Residence. The staff employees are wonderful, approachable, eager to assist. The amenities are so numerous and beautiful. The careful design/ planning has provided for nearly every need or pastime. The apartment is spacious, bright with natural light and reveals many gorgeous high end finishes. The dog friendly environment has been such a blessing! The covered parking is secure and so convenient The close proximity to shops, freeways, pharmacy, coffee shop, Deli, grocery stores and surrounding communities is so wonderful!

Mercato grove has my best experience at renting so far, the price is definitely worth the value. The team working here is very friendly (both for leasing and maintenance), extremely responsive and the apartments have an awesome layout.

Marceto Grove is a wonderful place to live. It's conveniently located in the Lake Oswego area with so many amenities and restaurants within walking distance. The management has been amazing and so helpful anytime we have needed it. If you are looking for a high-end apartment with great amenities and aesthetics, Marceto Grove is your place!

We have lived at Mercato Grove for over two years. We love our apartment and would highly recommend this community. Everything is beautifully maintained, and the location is excellent. We would highly recommend living at Mercato Grove.

The maintenance staff are very responsive to requests for maintenance service. They arrive quickly after a request and leave the work area in my apartment clean. I appreciate their professional approach to their work.

It's a beautiful property and the location can't be beat. Security is amazing! The staff are all very nice, friendly and responsive. The only downsides were the stinky and messy trash rooms, and the expense: rent is high, and utilities are high - for example, water gets equally distributed among tenants. So even if you take 3 minute showers and are careful with water or even out of town, there are still months the water bill will be $300 (for two people)!

Maintenance rarely needed but when it is service is prompt and solves problem

My husband and I love Mercato Grove! The team is amazing and quick to respond to phone calls and requests. The common areas are always clean and/or being cleaned. Our apartment is spacious, with quality fixtures and flooring and our neighbors are kind and respectful. We’d definitely recommend Mercato Grove to anyone and are planning to renew for a second year!

Mercato Grove is a very modern, comfortable, luxurious community in one of the most beautiful areas of Lake Oswego with access to excellent restaurants within the community and walking distance to many others in downtown lake oswego

This is a wonderful place to live. All staff are friendly and helpful, especially Ely and Halle. The convenience of the restaurants/retail here is a great bonus. I am happy to live here.
