Mercer 1900 has been extremely thoughtful and attentive to our needs. The maintenace team is fabulous, handling any problem very promptly and kindly. They are real wizards. And the staff is very human, nice, understanding and compassionate. They are really spacious on the inside and have nice backyards. Mercer 1900 really maintains everything inside and out to keep it looking pretty. Whenever we've had any issues they've been more than willing to discuss them and to find a good solution, which is rare in landlords. They are also GREAT about allowing pets. I would highly recommend renting from Mercer 1900 and I can assure you, I am a real resident here. While we understand that real estate is a business, they don't make it feel that way...maybe because it's family run.

Awesome Neighborhood and Staff. Living here is pleasant because of the cleanliness, friendly staff and location — I enjoy living in this apartment community. Honestly, my time living here started well. But about 3-4 months in to my lease things turned poor. Loud neighbors and music at all hours of the night and day. The trash issue here is wild to me. Management can push out daily trash notices, but there’s zero accountability and follow up. Management threatens fines, but those fines are never assigned because people continue to leave trash all over the hallways and at the dumpster. If anyone is wondering why the entire complex is infested with cockroaches… there’s you evidence. For how much we pay every month, I would hope that things would be maintained and clean. This is not the case with the gym. Nobody respects the gym, nobody maintains the cleanliness of the gym, and nobody holds anyone accountable for damaging gym property. Y’all want to know why your ac in the gym went out? Residents are why. Leaving the doors open and causing the unit to have to over-work. Do better. Be better. Assign fines for trash and noise violations.

Apartment is clean and amazing, safe locality, good gym and community hall, lake side walking trails. But the apartment service is not up to the mark.

Trash is always left at the bottom of our stairs building 2. The gym and community areas are always dirty. Not been the best experience so far.

I have called the office for two months asking for a handle for our water spigot. I was told they would drop it off for me. Two months and 8 phone calls later- I’m now told they don’t give those out. So I guess I was lied to for 7 weeks. I was asking for the spigot to pressure wash the back patio that has been covered in bugs, nests, and mud since move in, and I was told months ago I was put on a list to have that cleaned. It still isn’t and last time we called in I was told that’s not something you can request. Another lie I guess. The gate to enter is broken frequently, leaving me stuck outside the gate or having to get out of my car to enter a code. The facade of the building is falling off in large blocks and shattering everywhere. Instead of cleaning up the shattered blocks, someone swept them into my yard. The yard is a dirt patch that has not been maintained either. The building is nice enough for me to keep living here but I would just like to stop being lied to or tricked.

Everyone has been very helpful so far. Apartment was not totally clean when moving in and we have a couple problems like a toilet leak and ac problem.

Mercer 1900 Apartments are located off of highway 635 and 35, just on the border of las colinas and the farmers branch area. We have now been residents here for 16 months. It's been great living here. We have gated community and it's secure. Easy to go anywhere within 15 mins max. Overall good.

The community is very nice and friendly. The valet trash is the best part considering I live on the third floor. In the short time we have been here I like it so far!

I love living here. The pricing is great, the management and maintenance team are great. However, I wish that other residents understood that leaving the trash on the compactor platform is unacceptable behavior. I mean come on. We’re adults here. Pretty dang lazy if you ask me.

The complex is nice and pretty quite for the most part. I never have to fight to find parking spots. Only complaints is we have been told our grass yard would be changed to turf and that has yet to happen and the pool was closed for most of the summer due to people breaking glass around the pool. Overall, it has been a great complex to live in

The Hallways are very dirty. Neighbors don't clean up after their dogs. On top of that, the walls are so thin that you can hear everything your neighbors are doing.
Pros: Nice neighborhood and amenities like pool, gym, community club center. Cons: Apartments rent are very expensive and package delivery lockers are not secure.
dealt with to many problems with the staff and management, very unprofessional and so glad we left. Definitely is a place that cares only about money then the tenants they have. Never would recommend this place to anyone. Horrible mail room, got two packages stolen and they were no help at all.

Maintenance crew is really reliable have never had an issue with them. Noise level is a bit high just cause there are alot of semi trucks in the area. Plenty of water to fish and sidewalks to walk.

I had amazing experience with this apartment. It is amazing and the maintenance persons are helping out with all our concerns. Management is top class!
Worst staff and security as no one is responsible for the package getting lost in the locker rooms and there is no proper camera. Staff also so rude

very wonderful community in farmers branch when compared with any other communities. Amenities are top notch and very silent and clean ambience.
Love my new apartment. I just moved in and the experience was great. I look forward to the next year. the team and the grounds are so nice and clean.
The property was great itself, but not a lot of accountability at all. Stepping in dog poop and smelling weed constantly where l live, when I am walking outside with my kid. Also did deal with some miscommunication with the property manager and manger at the leasing hall but overlooked that. Not the best place for its price, but a decent place to live. very poor management

The apartment staff is amazing and makes you feel welcome. On my first day there everyone was in a good mood and had a great attitude about me joining the community.
I came to tour the apartment a month before I moved in and decided to get a garage. The garage I was assigned had trash all in. I specially asked if it would be cleaned when I moved in and they said yes. It was not and 2 months later is still not cleaned.

Good experience. Apartments are modern and beautiful. I haven’t had any issues so far. It is a safe place to walk, have pets, etc. There are issues with parking as people like to park in visitors spots. So if you get home late it is very likely you’ll have to park in the street
It’s great. We love love it here. They could do better with location of garage for people that live in the same building. also, do a little bit better cleaning the hallways and getting trash up.
Corridors are really dirty and full of crawling and flying bugs lizard and insects, always smells like marijuana. Parking entrance always filled with garbage bags

Overall apartment is good with all amenities pool is clean, staff are professional and maintenance requests are addressed timely. Gym and equipments are too good
Really loved the neighbourhood maintenance would be better. Amenities are really really good. The only thing which can be improved is cleaning the stairs and corridors in buildings.
This has been the best move in experience I’ve ever had. The apartment complex is well taken care of, quiet, and the office staff is so friendly.
Living in mercer has been better since we have Robert as the new manager. There has been more organization and cleanliness. Robert is also very attentive to the needs the residents.
Eileen was wonderful to help a resident find the apartment and The unit looks so wonderful, would appreciate some warm welcoming from the rest of the staff to make sure they are the part. else everything is so wonderful.
The team themselves are nice and the units are like any other luxury apartment. However all the amenities and services that are supposed to be “luxury” are typically broken or more frustrating to use than they’re worth. If anything breaks (I.e. the pool, gym equipment, gates, any door that lets you onto the property) it takes months to fix if it gets fixed at all. There have been multiple issues with cars being broken into or stolen and there are little to no parking spots for guests. When moving in, another “amenity” was a small convenience store in the mailroom that they shut down within two months and have yet to reopen. Lastly, my renewal offer was even higher than the market price. If you’re willing to spend a luxury price, save your time and look for another, ACTUAL luxury apartment.
