The Mercer is an excellent place to live in Lower Downtown Denver. We live walking distance to the sports arenas and to Union Station. No noise complaints and the staff is always working to maintain cleanliness. Damion & Jordan have provided top tier service and make it enjoyable to live here.

It’s a nice building but management has consistently failed tenants. They’ve been promising parking across the street for months, repairs take weeks, one of our elevators didnt work for months

Mercer is at a convenient location. It’s like 6-8 minutes walk from Union Station. We are here for a short stay like 3 months. The team working on the site is amazing as they try to make you comfortable as much as they can. They also answer questions with calm and kind attitude. But sometimes they are hard to find if not present at the desk in working hours. We are renting a studio apartment which is furnished on the 8th floor. I would highly recommend to have a virtual tour or in person tour of the flour or apartment. We were surprised and dismayed that the only window of our room cannot be opened. No fresh air in the room. We didn’t ask for the tour and Mercer didn’t offer one. Also the window being permanently closed was not mentioned. But the good thing is it’s a short term lease and we are managing. Another good thing is the AC and exhaust type fan run in the room. So you will have access to that. Apart from this, Mercer has a nice deck area, staircase sitting area and fitness studio. These are the best. Also, there is a coffee machine which allows you to have coffee multiple times a month for free. I would recommend to stay in Mercer after having a tour of the apartment.

My experience at the Mercer has been nothing short of incredible. The building is close to the action of downtown Denver. The staff is kind, warm, responsive, and caring. Any concerns are listened to. The management makes constant and swift decision making to better the experience of the residents.

Very poor customer service including unpleasant experience with management team absolutely unprofessional and rude customer service.I would not recommend any Greystar properties due to intentional misleading especially fees and screening process. My experience was awful and I learned my information didn’t match records on file with third party service where they made an error with social security number that agency did apologize for mistake , however management at Mercer did nothing. Outrageous customer service and for those reasons I can’t recommend them.

The Mercer, so far, is great in my opinion. I’ve never had built-in wifi, which a was a fun surprise, as it follows you throughout the building and not just in your apartment. LOVE the monthly events they host; super fun, super cute. Staff has been absolutely AMAZING. Coming from previous properties who have had a less than good management team, this team meets the bar and just tops it off with the professionalism and kindness. Damion and Jordan have been so attentive and helpful to the many questions and concerns I’ve run into. They do not make me feel like a pest when I have a million questions. Staff really makes it for me- everything else is a plus!

If you are looking for a family oriented building downtown at a reasonable price, extra-caring staff and nice neighbors!! Look no further. The Mercer is the place to be. The state of the arts 24 hour gym and the free laundry room are some of my favorite places! The conference rooms also help me study with my baby. Damian and Jordan are very nice! The apartment gave us tenants a valentines party and it was soo nice to see people get together. So far this is my favorite apartment, especially being thousands of miles away from home. To you gentlemen, keep up the good customer service. When you do something from the heart, it shows.

THE best spot in Denver to live. It is a brand new building with the BEST staff. I also work in the residential industry, so I know how hard finding a good place can be. From day one, the amazing property managers Jordan and Damion have been as helpful and friendly as can be! Rori, the maintenance tech, has also been friendly and amazing! This property has gone above and beyond to meet my needs as a new move in and the location is far better than expected. It is so fun to be right by union station, with such a great price too!

The Mercer isn’t one of those huge megaplex apartments where you feel like a number. It’s giving more of a boutique hotel vibe where the staff care and you feel taken care of.
