First and foremost Meridian Crossing’s website list CURRENTLY AVAILABLE UNITS! Thats rare…most places you have to call and check with an agent to find out what’s available. My parents knew exactly where they wanted to move. Applied on a Saturday, approved that following Tuesday and will be moving in within a month. Easy and fast process….during the Christmas holiday at that! Ashley, our leasing agent made sure my parents transition was smooth from start to finish. And Ms. Roberta, is the sweetest, kindest and most welcoming property manager we have ever encountered. I feel good about my parents decision to move here. FIVE STARS!!!

Dont ever move in here. We extended our lease thinking of all the space. It comes at a premium though. This is most expensive in that area. We maintained the house well. We personally took all pains to clean each and every section of the house. When it came to return advance they charged us 800 for a crack in refrigerator. Now we were sure it wasn't us. They took more than a month to give a picture of it and the picture doesnt even show crack clearly. They are basically charging us for new refrigerator. This is uncalled for since we dont know if it was there before we even moved in and we are expected to pay for it. It is our 6th rental apartment and we never faced this situation ever. People dont even respond to you in these cases. They talk to u only when u are interested in their apartment. I feel we were cheated blindly and hope this never happens to anyone again

You cant find a better place to live with your family in Bear,Delaware . Beautiful walking/running trails , well maintained pool/gym , large ground to play football , grilling area , multiple children playing area , awesome community hall ,elevator and luxury design of the apartments makes it wonderful.What else do you need to live and grow with family? Management is very good and they help you out right from the day you start your application.Very soft spoken and helpful people. Community is good as well.Apart from the few maintenance request glitches (which were corrected later), and water not being free , I didn't find any issue living here. The best value you can get for your money and once you move in you will surely not go elsewhere!!

My husband and I have a condo-style apartment which we love!!! It is the perfect size for the two of us. The neighbors are friendly and pleasant. The staff of Meridian Crossing are the best group of professionals that I have experienced. The neighborhood is beautiful and they take pride in making your living experience one to remember. My husband and I recently moved & greatly love our Condo-Style Apartment! We love the security of having an intercom system & not having open access into the building(s). We love the peace & quietness! Having the community grounds cleaned & shrubbery pruned regularly makes the community inviting to live and inviting guests to visit. We love living at Meridian Crossing!

My husband and I are young-style Seniors that recently moved to Meridian Crossing Condo-Style Apartments and we are so pleased! My daughters came to visit us and viewed our place as a Vacation Resort! We truly are blessed to be Residents of Meridian Crossing! The Leasing Office Staff Members - Ms Roberta and Ms Rhonda are very professional, caring in ensuring our transition was as smooth as possible and it was! We currently reside in the (3 bedroom, 3 bathroom & 3 walk-in closest) that exceeds our expectations! Our well designed kitchen, double sink bathrooms, just the room size of our luxury apartment lets us know how blessed we really are! The Clubhouse is absolutely gorgeous, with its Olympic Size outdoors Pool, indoors; quality lounge area, computer room, exercise room and state of the art - movie theater is just the amenities anyone could ask for. We truly love our new home!

We downsized from a large 4 bedroom home to a two bedroom condo that we absolutely love. The community is wonderful and offers lots of amenities for all ages. Love my new comfy cozy home.

Well maintained property, fantastic neighbors- not one issue. Nicely appointed units in a peaceful, quiet community. Worth every penny.

It took two months for them to fix our busted luggage cart for the 900 Roger Chaffee Square building. The bump guard at the bottom kept falling off and hanging up in the wheels. It's now been 3 months that we've been trying to get maintenance to fix holes in the walls of the common areas, the vandalized elevator door, and a common area stairwell that resembles a slum property in East Baltimore. They'll take your money for an exorbitant rent, but don't expect service or property maintenance to match it. I've been back and forth with the Regional Property Manager for Reybold Residential after she came and did a walkthrough with me, and we still have no resolve. It's one excuse after another without this company and there are still multiple issues that we've noted on our move-in condition form, that they STILL continue to disregard. They've offered to terminate our lease early, rather than just uphold thier end of the lease agreement and fix the problems! The paint used in the units are nothing short of white primer. Don't have kids or your foyer will look atrocious in a week. There's no cleaning the walls if you bump them. They saved the good paint for the common areas and they can't even keep that clean. RENTER BEWARE!

Coming down the winding road to Meridian Crossing makes me smile, EVERYTIME! I'm entering an oasis of neatly manicured landscaping and meticulously kept buildings all surrounded by friendly neighbors! Once I enter my SECURED bldg, I'm greeted with perfumed smelling elevators and taken up to my gorgeous condo, granite tops, crown molding and curved archways! An oasis within an oasis... Love my condo, my HOME!!!

LOVE this place...quite, beautiful, great amenities (gym, outdoor pool, walking trails), and amazing interiors with brand new appliances and granite counter tops! Right on Route 40 with multiple grocery stores, convenience stores, restaurants/fast food nearby, close to the mall and the hospital, and right near 1 and I-95 for ease getting around! Could not have asked for more, would pick this place again in a heartbeat.
