We are in our third year and I love living here. The staff both management and maintenance are super helpful. This is a pet friendly complex with a dog park. Very quiet and it's great to see wildlife around. Close to shopping. You won't regret living here.

We recently moved in, and the process was very easy. The leasing office was quick to offer their help if we needed. Our mail key didn’t work, but the maintenance crew didn’t give a second thought about helping us. They attempted to make us a new key and ended up giving us a new lock so we could have access to our mailbox, even though it was the end of the office hours. So far, it has been an enjoyable experience and we’re excited to call this place home for at least this next year!

I’ve lived here for several years and I can honestly say that the quality of living has definitely increased drastically. Apartment/townhome living is difficult no matter where you are, but Meridian Meadows has made so many changes over the past couple of years that have living here enjoyable! We’ve had so many challenges with our specific unit, but management has made sure all of our needs have been met no matter how long it takes. Mackenzie, the leasing manager, is so kind and makes you feel like a friend rather than just a resident. I am so blessed to have her managing our residency.

For being my first place on my own Meridian Meadows is amazing. The front office staff makes it feel like a family and with there being little restrictions at all it still gives you the sense of your own personal home not a townhouse or something you are renting. As well as that the whole neighborhood is so welcoming and nice, it’s a great place to live and even grow a family
We enjoy our time here at Meridian Meadows. It is a safe place to live. close to the mall and all kinds of shopping. The staff is excellent.
Meridian Meadows is a nice place to call home. This year is my 10th anniversary living here. Services have been improved a lot(Parking lots no more holes, gym, Swimming Pool).

Very hard to deal with the folks in the office.. They are nice when you move in but then you are on your own. Maintenance requests will take weeks or sometime months to resolve the issue. No one picks up calls or return your phone call when left a voicemail. Stayed there for two years and only can say to stay away from this miserable place.

I lived here a few years ago and I remember it as the worst apartment of my life. Almost 7 months out of the year I lived, I had no air conditioner and heater because they don't fix it. I talked to them dozens of times, but they just came and looked and didn't fix it. Even clothes and luggage were damaged by water from the air conditioner, but no guarantees were made. We've been living in the Meridian Meadow over a year and we are in love with community. I love location, school district and the management. It's reasonably priced and whole office staff work so hard to make tenants happy. It's apartment and there's problem of course but as long as the management wants to fix it and done right, I am a happy tenant.

Julie is the best! We just moved in to a 2 bed 1.5 bath townhome and are in LOVE. Julie helped us with the move-in process and all the other little odds and ends that we needed help with.

Throughout my time here I have had to have my fridge replaced because it stopped working shortly after moving in, there have been many leaks in the basement, the bathtub/shower tub and walls were painted over so when I use any type of cleaner (I’ve tried a few) all of the paint chips off and I have to clean it. There is mold. Lots of it. There are carpenter ants and they get very large. Maintenance usually takes a couple weeks to respond to issues and they and the leasing office say there is nothing that can be done. This hasn’t been the easiest place to live.

We moved from out of state to Michigan to a home we were supposed to purchase. Upon arriving and inspection of the home, we realized there were more problems than were originally thought so we backed out. I had 24 hours to find a home for my family and Meridian Meadows definitely stepped up and helped me out! Super impressed with their staff and the maintenance. The grounds are beautiful and the location is perfect. It's a great place to live!

Meridian Meadows has by far been the worst rental experience I have ever had. It is poorly managed, and the maintenance team is awful. We were without hot water for 7 days, our bathtub leaked through the ceiling on the second floor, into the basement, we had mold in the walls. We ended our lease early and the only reason I am allowing for 2 stars, is because of the pool.

The staff at Meridian Meadows made my move in experience seamless and weightless. Due to the ongoing pandemic, email was the easiest way to communicate. Very fast response time. Once I moved in, there were some things that needed to be addressed, and the staff has done a wonderful job communicating until the work was complete. The online app is very user friendly and helped me through the maintenance process. I am very satisfied with how everything was handled and I already recommended the place to others Shout out to Alycia and Zoe on their continued hard work.

We were only here for a few months because it was so bad. Kids run around all over out of control and toys scattered all around. My car has dents from kids playing in the parking lot. I told the office about this and they said they would contact people. I never heard anything more. When pressed they seemed like I was telling them this the first time. No one follows the leash rules. Even if they do most people just keep there dogs on a leash unattended. Barking all day! Dog poop is never picked up. Trash is always all over, and staff uses the dumpers so they are always filled with carpet and boxes so No one can use the dumpsters by the unit. I can't even state enough the amount of trash on the ground in this place. No one follows covid rules. I had to ask several times for people to stay 6 feet and to put on a mask. Kids all running and touching everything and everyone in this area. The grounds people never wear mask when out and about. Heck the grounds people are always in the golf cart speeding around doing nothing. It's a shame that this place doesn't match how wonderful the community is. They are using the closeness of everything in the area as an excuse to not grow and better this place. They get away with it at the price because it's in Okemos.

Meridian Meadows is fine provided you don't mind things breaking frequently and not being fixed appropriately. If you want something fixed in your apartment just do it yourself. It's a quiet community but you have to tolerate a lot to live here.
