Wouldn't recommend. Rent raised without prper notice. Property Management refuses to speak to me and send one of the leasing consultants to communicate with me even when I'm in the office.

I've had a fantastic experience living here! The attention and service from everyoje are exceptional. Whenever I had questions or needed help, they were always there to assist me promptly and professionally. The community is well-maintained, and the team goes above and beyond to ensure residents are comfortable. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a great living experience!

Place is nice. People are wonderful. The water doesn’t get hot enough for me. The food trucks are a good idea. The yard sale is great too. Thanks for having me here

I have been through 3 management companies since I have resided here and the current one has to be the worst yet. For a property that isn’t even 10 years old you would think they would some kind of control over the appearance of the property, there is a trash compactor on site for waste disposal but the side of the building that houses the compactor has become a community DUMP site that is a complete eye sore to say the least and then you have residents that choose to just place their bags of trash in the breezeway with hopes that it gets picked up by someone and disposed of, otherwise the trash just sits there. There are more attractive apartment communities to choose from in the immediate area, as this one has appeared to go downhill in the last year or so, if I could break my lease without penalty I would break it without hesitation, if your looking for a clean property to reside in, look elsewhere

I love it here!!! It’s a nice friendly community that allows my pets and has great amenities. They occasionally bring food trucks and host nice pool parties and community activities.

As a resident Meridian Obici, I have seen its ups and downs over the years with the past and present administration. However this present administration is showing much improvement with the up keep of the premises. I enjoy the community communion with the bingo nights and pool parties. This is a great way of getting to know our neighbors. I would love for administration to allow the residents to use the fire place and grill area after 8Pm.

Love our little community. Pool is amazing. People are great. Workers too. Fun and games as well for the community to meet and greet. Food trucks on occasion. Bingo in the office once a month with neighbors and staff. The best thing are the elevators if you live on the 4th floor

The grounds are not kept up for a luxurious apartment complex that is advertised. The grass is either way to high or you are walking through wet grass clumps every where . Jill is super sweet and is very attentive anytime I come into the office. Lexy is very sweet as well. They really do their best to make sure that you feel like thus is your home.

Living here has been a nightmare! It is infested with cockroaches and management does not care! I have been seeing big roaches on almost a daily basis recently. I have requested pest control and they said they won't arrange for an exterminator to come for whole month!!! I can't sleep because whenever I look around there are roaches crawling up the walls. Disgusting and deceptive! It's basically uninhabitable - I can't wait to move out :(

This is a very friendly place.We are greeted by fellow residents seeming to be a friendly place to live.Driving in the community people ALWAYS wave to welcome us.AWave and a smile goes a long way!!!

clean community, easy move in. waiting on my fob but that’s not under their control. my dogs love the dog park and with how big the community is, walks are easy

What I've enjoyed most about living at Meridian Obici is the quiet, relaxed vibe.My apartment is spacious and filled with natural light, providing a cozy yet open feel.

Everyone is very sweet and very beautiful apartments! Great community and an amazing place to live. Pool life guard is also very sweet and welcoming.

We love it here....some neighbors are a little too loud at night and some don't pick up dog poop but all in all good experience so far. I will say by far the best office staff!!

The Meridian Obici is a great place to call home in a cozy little corner in Suffolk. There are all shops you could need within a 5 minute drive of you. Management is super friendly and helpful. Safe community with a lot of smiling neighbors make for a great environment for guests of all ages and ethnic backgrounds. The dog park always has a few family pets quick to greet you with wagging tails. Laundry machines in the units are super helpful as well, as you do not have to work around the rest of the complex sharing a couple community laundry machines.

Quiet complex, always has been. Landscaping is always maintained. But recently there have been some questionable business practices to say the least. How can I get a list of options for my lease renewal and then once I agree to one of the said options I was given, my contract that’s prepared is something totally different? It’s little stuff like this that has been happening over the last year or so.

I just moved in 2 weeks ago and everything is or seems to be in perfect working order. However, to early to tell but I feel “Right at home.” The few residents that I have met in passing, appear to be exceptionally nice and cordial along with the maintenance staff. Angel has been very helpful and kind in getting me through the difficult process of reestablishing myself in a new residence. She's very knowledgeable,professional and was an important influence in my decision to become a resident here at Meridian. Thanks.

It can be very nice if the people who run it actually cared about the complex. Trying to get a maintenance called answered is beyond ridiculous.

The place is beautiful, the service is great as well. Amazing amenities with a pool, gym, a lot of restaurants and grocery stores close to the apartment. I feel like I'm living in a hotel.

The community is very quiet and peaceful but in regards to the upkeep of all of the amenities this is why I give the place a two star rating.

My apartment was and still is not up to standards. I do love the fact that the staff is very friendly and polite and caring. I also like that they do monthly community functions so the residents can get together, im excited to attend my first one. I do hope that they do this monthly. So far everyone seems friendly and I love the fur babies.

My daughter and I moved to a 2-bedroom unit in the same complex and the transition process went very smoothly. Thank you to all the Meridian Obici team for making this experience seamless! Susan Weber

Great place to live. Very friendly people and peaceful environment. Looking forward to warmer weather to enjoy the pool. The community has a beautiful wooded backdrop.

So far so good. Quiet neighborhood and everyone I have run into are respectful from property team members to other residents. If I have any issues they are handled in a timely fashion.

Clean apartments, nice staff, and a great community to live in. Rent is cheaper than most places in the area with lots of accommodations and quality living.

The resident is very nice and well maintained, the amenities are very nice and convenient. I'm excited to use the pool and carwwash. The application process is fast and easy and the maintenance team is fast and efficient.

It has been a very good experience so far. The staff is very nice and knowledgeable. They treat you like family. I would recommend this community.

New resident but so far my experience has been great. The staff is amazing and very helpful and the complex is very nice. Its close to all the shopping but not too close to make it noisy.

New management is great. They care about the community. Ms. Jill is amazing. I am very pleased with the new changes. The cleanup and dedication now says alot.

Meridian Obici is a beautiful place to live. Spacious apartment, and a lot of amenities like the pool and club house that my kids love. I love the ease of the entire process and customer service like Iman and Angel ! I love how we are literally in the middle of downtown so it’s easy to get to stores and restaurants in like a 2 minute drive. I’m excited to live here and see what comes next.

I’ve been at Meridian for about 8 months now and the complex is pretty nice and quiet. Although I can’t go without saying that the property has many issues with amenities working. I’ve been very vocal about the issue with amenities and nothing has been resolved as of yet. I can’t say that the price of this place is worth it just because we are paying for amenities that never work. Also, management has changed multiple times with no solutions to the amenity problems. I can say I will not be renewing my lease because of this and sad to say this place is nice but I can’t keep paying for amenities that have never worked and don’t seem like will ever work. This problem to me could have been fixed a while ago especially with the price of rent.

Love this place. Best choice I’ve made. Quiet and clean. Must have. Everyone is so nice here as well. Haven’t had any issue thus far. Just smiles everywhere

At the beginning I really enjoyed living at Meridian Obici. The management has changed many times over the 6 years I’ve lived here. As of last many things has changed. My ac/heat unit has been broken for almost 3 weeks. The elevator is broken and the community has not maintained its luxury standards.

Very nice , quiet & luxury . Everybody’s so nice , the place is beautiful . It is very expensive but it’s not hard to manage lol the Club house is awesome I love it here .

The community is not being kept clean. The buildings need to be washed and de-webbed , elevators are messy. The car wash station is one of the amenities offered yet it has been disconnected over a month or more. It was bought to the office’s attention and nothing is done to resolve. The community needs to have means of security because quite often there are incidences occurring on the premises. There needs to be neighborhood meeting where we can express our concerns and give solutions. QOur community has the potential to be better if staff be more proactive , especially with reviews that are submitted.

My experience at this apartment community has been less than desirable. The front door has a space at the bottom which gives the outside bugs to come in. Daily I have nasty black worms crawling on the floor. We are having to spray constantly. There are also silverfish that I keep seeing. Also my neighbors are extremely noisy and loud and have no respect for those who live under them. I work overnight and can barely get to sleep much less stay asleep because they are up moving furniture around, dropping things, kids running back and forth across the floor until 11 or 12 at night. I am looking forward to moving out. For the price it costs to rent this apartment, I should not have to experience some of things that I have experienced.

I feel that the property is nice. I would like to see more security or surveillance since our car has been broken into. Nothing was done by the property owner to increase security on the property.

Friendliest place I have ever lived! I am excited to have moved here! From the front office, to the maintenance staff, and the community that speak and say hello has been a breath of fresh air!

Very nice place to live...rules have tightened but people's behavior have cause this.Really love it here!!Nice little dog park..Rules for people who take dogs for daily walks.Meredian Obici management requires you to clean up behind your dog..even supplies needed bags for our convenience

Not really soundproof like was told in my walkthrough other than that everything is fine. One other is that it’s a hard time getting in contact with someone in the office via phone.

Move in process was good for applying and getting lease signed, but move in wasn’t the greatest

The apartment itself is a nice size. The closet in the master bedroom is extremely small in my opinion. My neighbors are really, really loud in the apartment above mine all times of the day and night. A complaint was made to management and it was NEVER acknowledged.

Not a bad place to live. Especially if you are a short term resident. I feel that long term residents, should get treated better when it comes to the cost of renting. Rent cost go up every year, so it's really hard to budget! Not really sure if Office Administration care about anything other than money!

Management has been great! They made a situation right with no hesitation. They checked on me and family to make everything was good. Maintenance team is awesome.
