Meridian on College Avenue

Great place to live and lots of space. Building does a good effort in planning activities for various events such as finals week and Christmas.

My apartment is great. Price is very fair. Sometimes stuff breaks, but someone is always here to fix it promptly after the request is placed, so it’s not a problem. Location is a little out of the way, but the white loop stop being right here makes up for that.

Very good experience, maintenance is friendly and quick. The front office always has fun things planned for residents, the study room is nice, the gym gets the job done, and rooms are big. Great place to live for the price overall

it is great here. def feels like home a lot of space. maintenance responds very quickly and are very helpful. i had a problem with our heater, and they helped immediately

i have loved it here. i think it’s so convenient that there is a bus stop right down stairs and also a gym! This is so nice in the winter to not have to walk far

I've been having a blast living at the Meridian! It's clean, a good location, and a bang for my buck! I also appreciate the close laundry room and rewards.

The meridian is very appropriate college living, large size living rooms and friendly staff! However the windows on the first floor aren’t ideal as it lacks privacy and doesn’t block headlights pulling in and out late at night

So far so good, minimal issues living here, undoubtedly much better than the dorm life last year. The lease renewal reward also a good surprise.

The only downside of living at the Meridian is doing laundry. If they offered in unit washing machines and a few more modern looks it would be perfect.

Staff have been so nice and helpful. The price to live here is also very reasonable, and would recommended highly for PSU students. The parking here is also a great perk.

The meridian is a great place if you’re looking for a more inexpensive option downtown. The apartment and complex is clean and maintained often. The staff is friendly and very responsive to any possible needs.

I love how much the desk does for us and the donuts on game day, tacos, valentines treats, etc. It feels super welcoming and I have never had a problem with anyone Ive met!

Everything is clean, it is in a quiet location, rent is affordable, and maintenance responds quickly! The front desk staff is also very accessible and helpful!

Overall pretty great for the price. Bus stop is convenient but can still walk to campus. Little bits of damage or aging here and there. Smaller room is a bit too small for two people.

Overall, a very good experience. The apartment is functional, the appliances work great, the furniture is comfortable, and it is spacious enough for 4 roommates. Maintenance is also very quick to respond to any requests and handles them very well. An added bonus is that the Meridian holds many things such as breakfast during finals week and a free voucher for an entree at a food truck.

The Meridian on College Avenue is a great place to live! The residents are all considerate of one another, the staff is amazing, there are community events very often, and even a bus stop attached to the building!

It’s nice here, good place to go to college and close to the campus. It’s clean and the staff are really nice as well. I think it’s a good place for first time living on your own

I have had a great experience so far! Very friendly staff and helpful! They have many community events and provide free merch! They also accommodated my friends and I to live very close to one another within the building.

Meridian is tough. I heavily mess w it. It's clean, staff is nice, rooms are large, and location is ideal. Only gripe is that laundry machines are often taken up.

I am coming back because meridian is great. Laugh Live Love Meridian. Very affordable and quick quality maintenance whenever it is needed. Love it.

Love the location and bus stop. Great first apartment for college students. I recommend getting couch covers though, the furniture isn’t the best quality.

I've had a very pleasant experience living here. The location has been perfect for going about everyday college activity. Rooms have been comfortable and accomodating. Some issues with getting WiFi through the walls of the apartment but otherwise very few complaints to be made.

Nice, no complaints. Kind of far from campus, but you can’t beat the price for quality this high. Always free food being given away too so that’s a bonus.

I haven’t had any problems here! It’s been great, office is super helpful and it feels safe here. I also love that there is a gym i can go to and a study room.

Could be cleaner in the hallways of the apartment here at the Meridian. Other than that most things in the building are good and there is nothing else to complain about.

Apartment is clean and living room is spacious. I am in a two bedroom and two bath apartment. The size of the rooms are very different though.

Amazing place to live at! The staff are very friendly and the apartment is situated right across campus and also is not in the center of downtown which is kind of peaceful!

Great service, it was really easy to read the descriptions of the different options for rewards. There were many different selections from any major brand I could think of, would definitely use again!

It is a very nice location, I have frequented it. I find that the structure of the 3 buildings makes it easy and obvious where my destination is. The front desk is very friendly and are always helpful.

The meridian is great value. Its pretty cheap and good value for what you get. As long as you don’t want a swimming pool or anything crazy its perfect for the price.

It has been amazing here. Sometimes it gets loud but It doesn’t bother me at all. It’s a great location and I find there is a lot of comfort!

It’s been very good, they offer a lot of free food and the rental office is very helpful. They also have a printer and any office supplies you could need

Good experience, the building management is super friendly and they are always in a good mood, whenever you have a problem with the apartment they always come to help you the same day, really super happy with the people who work here, the only thing is that the apartment does not come with a dryer and a washing machine, if you want to wash you have to do it in a communal space and you also have to pay, also something that I do not like is that the rooms do not have light you have to put a lamp in the place but well, there are more good things than bad and for the price these things are understandable.

The place is nice and my roommates are enjoying the apartment. The smaller room is quite small but the rest of the apartment has a decent amount of space. All appliances and plumbing works great.

Great location, amenities, and apartments. The best amenity is the maintenance. When you put in a request it is typically completed within 24 hours, sometimes even within the hour.

Great experience! All maintenance requests responded to quickly and effectively. Office staff are very very friendly and helpful with questions and concerns.

Moving into the Meridian was a very smooth process. There were parts of the apartment that were unexpected, holes in the wall, marking on the carpet, etc, but overall a great apartment so far.

I’m having a good time here so far and the staff is extremely helpful. The location is also super convenient and the bus system is also pretty good

Great space that comes with lots of furnished items. The walls are very thick in the apartment allowing for not much noise. One bedroom is much smaller than the other.

Only gripe is that the drawers under my bed were assembled wrong and it’s difficult to open them. Everything else is good though. I like it.

It's a little rough around the edges but overall, it is what you make it, it is cheap, decent, and in a great location. I have no complaints other than my parking spot being so tight!

Love this complex. Maintenance and staff are attentive and amenities are as described. This is my second year living here and I can not recommend it enough.

The Meridian’s community is an amazing one to be a part of. I am surrounded by friendly and respectful individuals. We are always there to lend a helping hand to one another.

If you want to get your moneys worth, then I’d suggest getting a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment for 4 people. The rent will be cheap enough so you won’t have to worry too much about it, and it’ll actually feel like the right pricing for what you get. The Meridian isn’t anything crazy. The units aren’t that big but it has everything you need. The kitchens are fine, the bathrooms are adequate, the bedrooms range from tiny to comfortable. In short, the mediocrity is the most standout thing about this place. If you’re living with friends who know how to make a dry place feel like home, then you’ll be ok for a school year. If you’re living with randoms, be sure to get the better room first.

We love the space and the location. The apartment looks really good and everything is available. All common areas are well maintained and well managed.

Have had a great time so far, and the apartment is very nice! The room I am staying in is very big and the kitchen has a lot of space. We matched with a random roommate and he was very kind and respectful.

good so far, no complaints. Have not met with any administrative problems yet, and the apartment itself is nicer than i thought it would be.
