My husband and I have been residents at Meridian Park since 2018F. Since Fogelman Management started managing this property there have been positive changes with the new management. This week, we experienced a maintenance emergency, and I contacted the office, and was immediately connected to Katie our new property manager. I expressed my concerns, as Katie listened intently. With care and genuine concern, she immediately addressed our issue. This morning, she followed up with me to see if our needs were addressed. I cannot say enough good things about this new management team.

We sold our home faster than expected, and the staff here we're super accommodating, they were able to get us into our apartment fast and have always been quick to address any questions we had. They made the whole process smooth. The grounds here are always kept clean and neat, with a good amount of space to take out our dogs. Highly recommend!!
I have been living here for over two years now. The management is professional and friendly. They are always helpful and go above and beyond. Maintenance has not been an issue for me, and air filters get changed out regularly. The property has several large green spaces with doggy bags readily available for dog owners to use. The location is great and is close driving distance to the mall and grocery store. It is also in walking distance from a public nature trail and lake area. The pool is always clean and the water is clear. It is a little bit more expensive that other apartments in Collierville, but those other apartments are really not as nice and tend to be overcrowded. I will be renewing my lease again!
I have been living here for a few months now. Upon initial appearance, the apartments are nice and the grounds are maintained well. However, the apartments are overpriced for what you actually get. I constantly hear the conversations and laughter of the neighbors above me and stomping all the time. I know whenever they flush or are in the shower because you can hear the running water through the walls. I can also hear the neighbor beside me snoring at night (or mid day if he's sleeping then). When I first moved in, I had gnats flying constantly and requested pest control at least 2 times (not even sure if they came because the problem continued and I had to take care of it myself). The paint job on the walls is not consistent (faded areas, uneven coats), there's part of the wall that is peeling. The security you expect to have from living in a gated complex is almost none because either the gates are left open because they're broken or cars can easily follow in behind you because the gates are very slow to open and close. Stainless steel appliance are great, included washer and dryer is a plus; however, after living in the apt you will definitely notice where they cut corners and where they saved time and money by using basic fixtures. And to add to all of this, they've increased rent but I haven't noticed any improvements to the complex.
You might as well buy something because the rent you pay for one of these apartments are probably more expensive than a mortgage and you do ALL your maintanence by yourself. Isn’t that one of the perks of living in an apartment home, to have help with maintance requests? Not here. I have lived in different apartment homes for 13 years and the time it takes for a maintance request to be completed is unbelievable. After you beg and plead, still nothing happens. I have never felt so frustrated with an apartment home I have chosen. I’m sure hoping my heat doesn’t go out this winter... at the rate they fix things I would be without all winter. DO NOT RENT HERE... I can’t stress enough!
Have been living here for almost 2 weeks now. The ladies from management office are friendly but don’t expect them to call you back after they say they will. Also, when you ask a question that they don’t know, they will make up lies. In terms of maintenance, this is a brand new apartment but there’s already dog poop all over the place while no one seems to be care about the trash at pet station being full for few days. It’s also not easy to find direction inside the complex, my friends can’t find my building or unit because there’s only a small sign of street number on the exterior of the building, which is difficult to see at night. On the positive note the apartment itself looks pretty good and comes with GE appliances. I really do like the environment here and would love to see improvements to make this place perfect.
