Property Ratings at Meridian Place Apartment Homes
To All Future Residents, As a current resident I feel that its my duty to save you from the pit fall that is Meridian Place. The staff is deceiving, the grounds are dirty and disgusting and I have passed multiple homeless people smoking substances directly outside the entrance. While walking my daughter to school trying to shield her from this she asked me: "Hey Mom, What was that woman smoking?" This was the last straw for me... I no longer feel this a safe environment for me and my children and I have complained the the office multiple times but there has been no response. 1. They will take you on a tour of the front of the building but the entrance on the side of the building looks like Skid Row with multiple homeless people camped out there. 2. The elevator they have you using for your tours is the only one that works in the building. The rest have dirt, poop and mud all over the floor and stop working every other week. 3. The amenities don't actually work.. they closed down the pool, hot tub and clubhouse for the majority of the year so don't let them convince you the rent price is worth it. Its not.. 4. There is NO SECURITY my car has been broken into twice and when you call the " security" line no one answers and no one follows up. 5. The pipes in the parking garage will explode on you with cars getting soaked over night and no one being notified that this is an issue. 6. They DELETE reviews and don't follow up on complaints so they are not required to take responsibility. I really thought moving here would be a good start for me and my family but it has been nothing but a NIGHTMARE. I just wish they would fix these issues and care about us that live here. I would NEVER recommend or refer anyone to this building. The staff is extremely rude especially Rachel, Brianna, and Jr. They are all lazy, condescending and make everything difficult. They’ve lied in so many situations and they NEVER answer the phone, just super shady people. We have had so many issues with staff, the unit we lived in and the overall building. Security is nonexistent even though they claim they have patrol. Someone broke into my husband’s car, people trash and break into the mailboxes, steel packages and any shoes left outside the door even for just a few hours. The elevator is ALWAYS broken and or covered in dog pee. Key fobs and garage gate always has some issue. Overall, terrible management. You should be able to have good communication with the staff and feel like home but that is not the case at Meridian Place Apartments.

BBQ area is perfect for gatherings and just having a good time with friends! The pool area is so relaxing after a long day of school. I would definitely recommend living here or just to come check it out(:
