Hello! I didn’t like the place beause of cockroaches

The manager Fransheila is HORRIBLE! She’s very combative, dishonest and unprofessional. The halls are ALWAYS dirty, the power and the water shut off with no warning for days.

The apartment is old with most of the property details not working properly. - The gym has half of the things broken with most of the weights missing - The jacuzzi doesn't work - Maintenance takes ages to reply

Ended up having to pay an extra month while apartment was empty. We signed a 10 month Lease Agreement with specific move in and out days. It wasn't clear we were still required to give a 30 day termination notice. We didn't find this out until the day we were moving out. Also this place is always dirty, it's very noisy with dogs barking and smells like weed all the time. A/C is not central so it gets very hot in the warmer months. Not to mention it's pricey. I do not recommend

For starters, if you want your packages to always get stolen, live here. If you wanna see mysterious pools of blood throughout the stairs of the lobby, live here. If you want 10 cop cars and cops in your lobby looking for someone and you don't know what's going on, live here. If you want to be woken up at 3am cause of a crackhead neighbor screaming at the top of her lungs and no one doing anything about it (including police), live here. If you wanna live here cause of CSUN I wish you all the best...

Do yourself a favor and don't live here, I'm currently in the process of suing the apartment complex in small claims court for inhabitability because of loud noise caused by one of the hallway doors next to my apartment. After requesting for this to be fixed over 10!!! Times over the past 6 months they told me to wear earplugs in my own apartment to ignore the noise when they should just fix the door. After the 10th time I told them they also told me that the door won't be replaced because it's to expensive so I'm currently suing them. Every night I can't sleep because the door slams to loudly every time someone walks in and it's going to take literally suing them in order to get them to fix the door, because that's where we're at now. Also their maintenance stuff is up bright and early at 9 am to scream at one another in front of my unit and wake me up after being unable to sleep in the unit due to their hallway door that slams. Also the units aren't sound proof at all and I can consistently hear what my neighbor is doing. Also when i first moved in my shower was producing brown water with sand in it and it took them a nice two months to fix it :) also the AC breaker will just randomly shut off every 2 weeks and I have to call maintenance for them to fix it, move somewhere else!!

I love the 24/7 gym and study rooms, really benefits my school schedule and work life. Thank you meridian pointe!

FUN COMMUNITY I am happy to live here because it’s so clean, the amenities are outstanding: there is a wifi lounge that I use on the daily and a bbq area with chairs I like to sit outside in. I wouldn’t move anywhere else!

They have amazing apartments you should check it out ! They have free WiFi and a gym and it a great place it write next to CSUN !

Staff was excellent and attentive to any concern or question I had. Great place for gatherings. Great walking distance from CSUN.

The patio area is very well maintained and is spacious enough for groups. In addition, the patio area is very well made to host picnics or gatherings. I would definitely continue to use the patio to have picnics with family and friends.

It’s a good place to have a little picnic with friends and/or family. The maintenance is really clean.

The BBQ area Is great, staff is awesome and this is a fantastic area to hang out while in the valley !!

The facility here is great ! The staff is very attentive , the area is very clean , and it’s also a very secure area. The barbecue are is GREAT for having social gatherings.

This place has great outdoor amenities. The pool is a nice size to accommodate several people without feeling over-crowded. There are plenty of lounge chairs for sunbathing. There's also a nice grill area with shaded seating for that "BBQ at the park" feel. Even though Meridian Pointe is close to CSUN, they have their own gym, so you don't have to walk to the SRC on campus. There is even a sand volleyball court and a games room for friendly competitions and social interactions.

I've been living here for a year and it's awesome no complaints and quick support.

I had to ask to fix my room for couple times for some small problems. They fixed so quick and came right after I submitted work order. It was not completed solved but I could ask them to come again and again for free. It was helpful.

After visiting this location and taking a tour of the complex I fell in love and can't wait to make plans to move in. The staff is very friendly and provided me with a very informative tour....for me location is a must and this location is very convenient for college students.

I have had nothing but positive interactions with the staff and the location is very convenient for college students. Quiet atmosphere with lots of amenities that is walking distance from CSUN which is a must for me since I am always on the go with class and work so the closer to campus I can be the better...we all need the extra 10 minutes of sleep. Next summer when I am looking to move I will definitely consider these apartments.

I've been living at Meridian Pointe for about four years and I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay at during my college career. It is conveniently located close to campus so I was never late to class. The staff are very friendly and welcoming, Regina makes me feel right at home, and the maintenance guys are always on top of everything and extremely helpful.

Ever since my dad first looked at the property and apartments (before I moved to LA) there has been a good vibe about it. The area is lush, clean, and peaceful. Whenever I put in a work/maintenance order, it is taken care of within a few days. I love the pool/hot tub area because it's a big size and never feels crowded. It also closes down daily at 10 pm so it doesn't get too loud or annoying late at night. I love my apartment! I opted for the 1 bedroom Magellan apartment because I wanted a little more space and it's perfect. My apt is on the 3rd floor and overlooks the pool and has a palm tree right outside my window. The walls are thick and I never hear my neighbors. I also love that the laundry machines are on each floor so it's an easy and convenient task. The staff are wonderful and accessible. Regina is a great communicator and responds to any inquiries I have in a timely manner. Everyone who works at Meridian, that I've come into contact with, are available to help and fun to talk to. Another reason I chose to live at Meridian is the proximity to CSUN's campus. It's right across the street without feeling too close to campus. It's a great walk to and from my classes!

Everything I'm paying for is exactly what I expected . Wish it were a bit bigger to maneuver with but in terms of the amenities and excellent price range I'm happy and well satisfied.

I really like living here in my one bedroom. I have just enough space for my things. I feel comfortable living here. The apartment complex is pretty quiet for the most part. Nic and Brian are nice and very helpful. I appreciate that the apartment grounds are kept neat and clean.

I like it a lot. looking for something small for yourself or trying to get out on your own, this is a good place to start. The people in charge are very nice and they make u feel really good. All your request get handled quickly. great place.

As a resident here, the customer service that the receptionists show is quite exceptional. They are very generous when people walk into the building. They are reliable to make sure maintenance requests are taken care of. The atmosphere at Meridian Pointe is also very welcoming.

I've been living at Meridian Pointe for about 4yrs. Anytime I had an issue with anything, they were quick to handle it. Everybody on the staff is friendly and kind to the people that live here. Moved in on 07/25/17, been happy ever since, great place, great location, staff extremely friendly! Clean place, people are cool, my leasing Agent is Regina, she's the best, helps me with everything! I give this place a thumbs up!

Recently I had to get a reasonable accommodation and the leasing agents, Nick and Brian, were VERY helpful in getting me the proper paperwork and keeping me updated on the status of it. They are always friendly when you are in the main lobby and/or passing through. Also, Willy the main maintenance worker is always the best and takes care of every problem I have in my unit for the few years I have lived here.

If you get a chance to live here, do it! The staff is awesome, really nice, and quick to assist you in anything you need. Any maintenance you need is done promptly. The pool is HUGE, the GATED parking that accommodates ALL its tenants is a plus, the 24/7 security guards are nice and always present, the area itself has everything someone would ask for AND the apartments/studios are AFFORDABLE! Love it here so much I had to leave a review!

I love this apartment complex for many reasons but the main reason are the staff. Regina, nick and a Willy are great. They have living here a true experience. Whenever I have a problem Willy is always available to help and fix my issues. Regina and nick are a pleasure to talk on a daily basis, they are always polite to everyone that walks through the front door. I've never met a group of people that are always willing to help you with questions regarding your apartment needs. Much kudos to all three. Especially Regina who is the nicest person you can ever meet.

The Meridian suits the needs for covering easy access to CSUN, is about a 15 minute walk from a Target and a Vons or Albertsons. Staff is always efficient and friendly and is always willing to help you with a problem. They enjoy parties for every kind of celebration and have been renovating and remodeling to keep up with the modern times. It also keeps up your exercise since this three-floored building does not have any elevators. Great place to live if you need easy access to the campus and is secured nicely when the leasing office is closed.

I would recommend this Apartment to anyone. It's in the perfect area in the valley, it's safe. Great people live in the building. Also the apartments are clean, and the prices are reasonable! The Staff is exquisite! It's their pleasure to make sure you are accomedated pleasantly . A quick move in as well. You have the luxury of a gym and TV room.

These apartments are perfect for students that go to CSUN. It's very convenient it's right across the street from CSUN. There facility is beautiful they have an amazing gym and pefert study lounge. They also have a pool and a jacuzzi which is nice. I really recommended these apartments to live in.

I've been looking for housing options so I went by Meridian Pointe and it seems really nice. It's super close to CSUN's campus which is a must for me as a very busy, overly involved student. And they have everything you could ever need. Tons of really awesome amenities and gives off a really cozy, community feel.

Meridian Pointe provides excellent additional amenities that no other apartment includes next to campus. All of the equipment and furniture were clean and tidy. The staff working were nice and very inclusive of multiple identities when helping us in the games room. I would definitely recommend it for outside events and to live inside the apartments.

This is a pretty nice place! Pro: Very near from CSUN They have events for holidays! There are pools, gyms and even study rooms Maintenance team is helpful Con: Not THAT clean Little bit expensive. Overall, if you don’t know what to choose, it’s a decent place to stay. Not prefect but definitely worth a try!

So many landlords in this area behave like inbred, mentally defective scammers, but these folks at Meridian seem pretty fair and their facility is clean and well-designed.

Maintenance team is awesome! Willy, a maintenance team member, helped me out so much. He fixed my leaking sink and actually went out to buy a specific part that was needed to fix my sink. He told me they didn't have it in stocked and instead of putting it off he fixed it right away.

I find it really cool that Meridian Pointe throws Summer and Halloween parties, so it still feels like I live on CSUN campus. Regina who works at the front desk is really nice and goes out of her way to make sure I feel at home. Also, I called for a maintenance request and they came really fast the next morning. Even though I feel my rent is high considering I share a bathroom with my neighbor and it is a tiny studio, I still like living here, especially in my upgraded studio!
