Meridian West Shore Apartments

I have lived in this community for a little over 3 years and made the right choice. I looked at a few others in this area, and I’m glad I picked this one! When I walked in to look at Meridian I was greeted by Lilly at the front desk, then the manager Andrea showed me an apartment and showed me around the complex. They both are very warm ladies and will try and help you with just general questions or if you have a problem in your apartment or on the grounds. If something goes wrong in your apartment and a maintenance request is sent to the portal it isn’t long til your problem is taken care of thanks to Chris and Ryan. The whole team makes you feel at home and the neighbors are friendly. There are social events several times a year in the clubhouse and it’s available for tenants to use. There is an exercise room , copier and office space, and a very nice pool for swimming or just relaxing. I have no intention of moving from here as I do feel at “home”.

I recently moved into Meridian West. My wife passed away in 2021 and I was looking to downsize. At first, I was apprehensive about the move but everything was seamless. Andrea and Lilli are so kind an helpful, they made the change very easy for me. As for the apartment, I absolutely love it! The amenities are terrific, and I have everything that I need. When I moved in, the apartment looked brand new. It is very quiet, I never hear my neighbors. There is a walking path on property that I really enjoy. I've been walking every day, weather permitted. I highly recommend Meridian West Shore.

I have been in the apartment for a month now and I absolutely love the place!! Lilli at front desk is very helpful and approachable. They respond to your concerns efficiently. It is a lovely community to live in. The amenities are amazing too, can’t wait to use the resort style pool next summer!

The property managers Lilli and Andrea are incredibly responsive and very friendly! The property itself is very well maintained and professional looking. We could not be happier here!

I'm a deaf long time resident of Meridian. I've been with them since 2013, which is just after all the first constructions started. The Merdian Community is a safe and secure community. People care about each other here. We're all looking after each other. Some of my neighbors got concerned for me when I ended up in the hospital and gave me a grand welcome home. The landlords care about people who rent here. Maintenance does there job and makes sure everything works right the first time after repairs are done. Come to this community. You can find a home here as I have.

I moved into Meridian way over a year ago, From the time I called and went to see Meridian West. I was sold immediately. The homes are lovely, and what really makes this place are the people that run the show. Lillie and Andrea will do whatever they can to ensure a smooth move. They guide you and get you what you are looking for. You could not ask for more, as they are responsive and exceeded all the way around. The common areas are spectacular and maintenance is so responsive I never had to question or wait for responses. It is as if they are part of your family. The team never bothered me but when I needed anything they were there to help. Excellent team and excellent Place to live!!!! THE ABSOLUTE BEST IN MECHANICSBURG.Thank you to the team!!

I moved into Meridian a year ago and just recently renewed my lease. I cannot believe how wonderful the ladies in the office are and how help maintenance is when u need them. It’s a beautiful place to live and I would recommend Meridian to anyone!

I moved here right out of college and the staff was so helpful and patient (May 2020). Anytime I need help with maintenance or a leasing question it was always handled. AND it was an awesome apartment. Beautiful inside and great amenities at the complex.

I moved into Meridian West Shore eleven months ago and I know I made the correct choice. There are many models to choose from and the layout I am in makes me feel like I am in a small house. The office staff, Andrea and Lilli are on the ball! You call or stop by and they are so helpful and personable and more than willing to help or if you have a problem in your apartment the maintenance staff will be there to fix whatever the problem is. The amenities are many and the outside is nicely landscaped and kept after

Andrea and Lilly were great to deal with and my few maintenance request were quickly handled. Also I received a greater refund on my security deposit than I expected because they did not make some deductions that were warranted.

It has been an amazing experience staying at the Meridian Westshore apartments the last 2 and half years. The management created a seamless experience for us and have been very supportive throughout. Right from the amenities to the apartment itself- we have never had anything to complaint about. The maintainance team is also amazing and all requests get completed in a quick organized timely manner. Would highly recommend Meridian! Kudos to the team!

We have been nothing but happy here at Meridian. Not only does the neighborhood have every amenity-so that when you come home, and you can actually enjoy where you live. But it also has the nicest people living here. All of the neighbors are nice and cordial and everybody takes care of their place, whether owned or rented. The team in the office (Andrea and Lily) goes over and above trying to help you get the things you really need in your unit from the beginning or as you grow within the community, but more importantly even after your already here, they do everything they can to make you happy once you moved in and they definitely don’t have to do that. This place is filled with special kind people, and amenities that you can’t replace, and we could never be more happy living somewhere else.

My wife and I absolutely enjoyed our time at Meridian West Shore. We hated that we were job transferred away. Meridian apartments were very well maintained, the grounds were well kept and any maintenance issues were taken care of immediately. The convenience and locale was perfect. And the office staff should get a 5+++ star rating. Great honest people who care about their tenants. They are more than willing to work through any issues or special circumstances which could arise. I have been moved out for over 3 months and Andrea has continued to stay in touch and make sure the transitioned was fully completed. Plus they have community get togethers which are nice for meeting and bonding with neighbors. I highly recommend the community at Meridian West Shore. Safe, secure and a classy place to call home.

This has been one of the nicer apartments we've lived at and the people have been fantastic. Even after moving out to relocate, the front desk has gone out of their way to help with the complications that come with moving. Highly Recommend!

My girlfriend and I moved to Meridian when I got a new job in a new area. We lived there for one year and would not have left if not for purchasing a home. The property is great with beautiful upkeep. We had a minor issue with our A/C during the first summer and the issue was resolved by the maintenance team within a few hours. I have lived in other apartments and one big reason this was my favorite is due to how peaceful it was. Quiet community and very little sound between apartments. The neighbor below me played piano and it could only be heard, very faintly, if my apartment was completely quiet. The staff was great and worked hard to resolve any issues that were presented. Good amenities and an even better location, close to everything.I would highly recommend this facility.

I have lived here since my apartment building was built nearly 8 years ago. This is a wonderful community and I have felt very safe and happy here. The best part is the responsive staff; Andrea and Lilli in the office are caring in their communication and prompt in addressing concerns. When I thought I may need to relocate for my job, they walked me through my lease and gave me the best advice about my options. In the end I didn’t need to move to another state and am very happy to continue calling Meridian my home.

Meridian is a great community. I have lived here for 7 years and it’s because this place is great..whenever you need anything done, the staff is quick at responding and always super nice. If you are looking for a nice community to live in.. this is by far the best

We moved here from overseas and have had a very chaotic last year but we never had to worry about our apartment. We are moving and decided to stay with B and F properties. Everyone at both properties has made the transition extremely smooth and stress free. They offer everything our family needs. Thank you!

While our new home was being built in a 55+ community, my wife and I lived at Meridian West Shore from February 2020 through October 2020. Our experience living at Meridian West Shore was a pleasant one. The community is simply gorgeous, the staff and residents are friendly, and our apartment was very nice. It was bittersweet to move. If you are looking for a nice apartment in a lovely and safe environment, look no further than Meridian West Shore.

It is impossible to imagine residing elsewhere. I have been living here in the same apartment since 2014. Mechanicsburg has a variety of apartments. They just don't measure up to Meridian. It is difficult to say what I like best because everything they offer has become an important part of my life. From the Clubhouse which includes a fantastic fitness center, great room, and office center to the pool and peacefulness. You cannot beat the feeling of being safe at a luxury resort! The clubhouse is spotless. The fitness center is always clean and never has more than three people at a time. There is an office center with four computers, a printer/fax, and a library. When the Coronavirus is officially over, they will be back to serving the best-homebaked cookies and freshly made coffee Monday through Saturday. The big-screen TV is always nice. Who doesn't enjoy the fireplace during the colder months with a cup of hot chocolate? Nature is so abundant here with rabbits and all kinds of birds. The pool is never crowded. The pool tech is meticulous regarding the upkeep. Even that is not enough! The people who live here make fine neighbors. They give you your privacy, but they are there for you when necessary. The office workers are like family and treat tenants with utmost respect and kindness. Resident Appreciation along with other events are well-loved. Wait until you see the great room at Christmas time. We can't forget maintenance! I rarely need them, but everyone loves Dennis, Chris, Bill and the rest of the team!

I checked the other rentals in this area and I have to say rents are high in the area all around. But what you get for these high rents is best here at meridian. you get good amenities and great maintenance. but what makes it different from other properties is the difference in staff's manners and how far they go for you. The staff are professionals and you can tell. Don't look elsewhere and just talk with the staff and you'll see for yourself.

Meridian West Shore is the pinnacle of quality residential experience. I first moved in here in the year of 2016 from Manhattan, New York. This place is extremely well kept. The residential complex is maintained by excellent and very courteous staff members like Lilli, Andrea and others. All of the girls at the office are amazing. Maintenance personnel, Chris and Bill, are competent and very accommodating. On top of that, the residents are decent and amicable. I have NEVER experienced any noise issues. Shops, schools, hospitals, parks, everything is in close proximity. I highly recommend this place to anyone who prefers quality and peace of mind over anything else. Thank you, Meridian West Shore!

I lived here for 2 years and my experience was wonderful! Great neighbors and staff. If anything broke in the apartment it would get fixed the next day! I didn’t have to worry about fixing any appliances or outside work. There is a beautiful walking path and pool made it great to get outside! The apartment was on the pricier side but I felt very safe there and with the nice amenities it was worth it! I highly recommend living here!

DO NOT MOVE IN HERE. Their apartments are overpriced for what you get. They look nice in the pictures, but the quality of materials used is extremely poor. The paint is a flat white and shows every tiny little mark. If you carry in groceries and the bag brushes up against the wall, you're left with a huge black mark. Overall, this is not a place you want to move in unless you have money to throw away. Maintenance service, like apartment not getting heated is a emergency during freezing weather ,But don't be surprised if you get a $100 bill just because the maintenance guy had to drive in a snowstorm. He practically did nothing. If you want to transfer even in the same community they charge a $450 fee. For the amount they charge you can rent a house. Do not expect snow to be cleared anytime soon. Parking spots are assigned but I always found other people's car in my space and when you tell them, nothing is done about it. During move in inspection the maintenance guy said don't worry about small things, i am worried when i move out they will charge me for it. I also found other residents with same complaints.

MWS is a beautiful apartment complex but the apartments were not well built. The thin layer of concrete between floors allows us to hear all our neighbors doing everything from snoring, using the bathroom (actually peeing and flushing), talking on the phone, sweeping floors and watching t.v. You don't want to get stuck here during a snow storm. 3 days into the 2016 blizzard and not a sign of a snow plow for the residents. People tried to move the 3 feet of snow from their cars and lots but nowhere to put it. Absolutely stuck there. 2nd situation like this for us in the past couple years. Parking for visitors or for a 2nd companion in apt. is terrible. Rent keeps going up and it's so much more than my cost of living raise at work. On a positive note, the office staff couldn't be nicer and try to see that everyone is happy. And the maintenance crew respond to issues immediately.

Lived here for about a year now and am overall happy with my experience. The apartments are gorgeous. They're pretty newly constructed and feel very fresh and unique. Management takes very good care of the property. The amenities are great, the salt water pool is relaxing and the gym is convenient, however, pretty small. Location feels like it is somewhat in the middle of nowhere yet it's close to everything. Only about 15 minutes from downtown Harrisburg.

Meridian West Shore apartments, south west of Harrisburg, PA in the town of Mechanicsburg, PA is a wonderful place to live. Resort style living, 9 foot high ceilings, Glass stove top stove and oven (electric), Fridge and freezer with ice maker. Spacious kitchen, Living room, and it depends on how many bed rooms you need. Garages are available. Pets accepted (small). Apartments have AC. Includes heat and hot water (electric). Outdoor pool (seasonal) Gas grills, fire pit (gas). Well maintained landscaping. Friendly neighbors. We live in the country side so we get the wonderful night sky that you can look up and see the moon! Depending on the style of the apartment you need, the meridian west shore has wonderful staff and are willing to help you. So if you need a shore place to stay, Come to Meridian West Shore. We are sure you will enjoy living here with us!

My apartment is new and of course in pristine condition. My neighbors are helpful and quiet. The office and maintenance staff are friendly. The amenities are fun and bountiful. Pets are welcome. What more could anyone want? Oh my, if only the rent wouldn't go up so quickly and high. So, it would be perfect if I won this prize:)
